I am so sorry that the condo did not serve you as well as it could. If there is anything that you need or want, it is my job to ensure that you are happy and taken care of. All it takes is for you to ask. After speaking with you I learned specifically what you needed. If given the chance, I could have easily remedied all of the issues. To be specific, if you need more coffee cups and a different fry pan that is easy for me to provide since I live locally. The couch, I understand, was too deep for your comfort. I chose this couch specifically because it is deep, which many of my guests prefer. Then, pillows can be used to alter the depth to your preference. The three sections of the couch are not fastened together thus, the ottoman is meant to be moved around. I also would be happy to provide more pillows than the ones already there- big, firm, small, whatever you need. This is easy for me to do. If you couldn't get the temperature just right, I can also bring over fans or heaters and set it up for you. I'd rather you communicate with me than be stoic and polite.
