Encuentra tu santuario en esta impresionante casa de lujo frente al río. Entre en una casa decorada profesionalmente con los mejores muebles y electrodomésticos de alta gama. Encontrará 7 habitaciones, cada una con baño y sala multimedia / literas. La cocina está completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina y 2 refrigeradores separados para su comodidad. ¡Muchas características encantadoras incluyen dos sillones de masaje, una máquina de espresso, un acogedor rincón con estufa de leña, áreas de juego separadas y más! Proporcionamos 3 lavadoras / secadoras.

En el exterior, encontrará un patio bellamente ajardinado que conduce directamente a Spring River. Puede relajarse en la hamaca o la bañera de hidromasaje, jugar a la pelota de bochas o a los zapatos de caballo, o relajarse en el patio trasero mientras observa a los niños jugar en la estructura de juego. O bien, tome un flotador pacífico río abajo en nuestro bote de remos o un kayak. También ofrecemos una variedad de bicicletas para diferentes edades / necesidades. This home is perfect for a large group. The location is ideal, close to resort but so peaceful and quiet. We loved kayaking and canoeing on the river right in front, the hot tub, the game room, spacious living room, etc. Everyone slept great in their comfortable beds. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and was fully equipped and the 2 refrigerators awesome!!!! Highly recommend!

One of the best houses we ever rented for a vacation. We are a family of 16. 8 grandchildren with 4 under 4. Plenty of room with lots of outdoor activities nearby. The backyard is amazing with a beautiful river entrance. Thank you Charlene

Fantastic slice of paradise

Spacious and quiet home with fantastic amenities. Love the access to the water with provided equipment. The giant deck was also a welcome space. We didn’t find ourselves needing anything during our stay as everything was already there. Very thoughtful host. Host would respond to questions nearly immediately. Would love to come back! Thank you!

This place is great for multiple couples. Off the busy path of Sunriver, but close to everything there. Beautiful place and the owners are very accommodating. Will return.

Best Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our whole family from infants and toddlers, for teenagers, our grown children and for the two of us. We try to do a family trip every year and the consensus was that this was the best place ever and all are planniong to do it again next year. We spent lots of time on the water and enjoyed being away from the crowds at Sunriver.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home as a large extended family. It’s large & accommodating. Clean and comfortable. The location on the water is perfect. Nice large yard (sprinklers continual keep the grass very wet, though) Definitely recommend

Great week

Excellent property to stay for a large family gathering. The adults, teens, and younger kids loved the location and spacious property. It was awesome being able to enter the river from the backyard and being so close to so many other sites for hiking and biking. The owners are really great and respond very quickly for any questions

Amazing Property!

We had the best time here! Everything was better than we imagined. The grass backyard and access to the river was so fun and relaxing. We had 17 people 8 adults/9 kids and everyone had so much fun. Couldn’t ask for a better place! Everything we needed was here. Host was great to communicate with.

Family get away

This is a great house for a family get away. We had a golf tournament at Sunriver and this home on the river was great for our group of 6. We have stayed in the home for over 15 years and we were happy to be back. The neighbors are so nice and their dog was very nice as well. Super quiet street with plenty of room to play in the great back yard. Thanks for letting us stay.

Nice Family get away to Sun River

This place was absolutely fantastic. We had an easy checkin. The location was fantastic and right on the river for paddle boarding and kayaking. The house was very furnished for families. There was a lot of activities for the kids to play and keep them constantly entertained. The layout of the house was great. We had two families each family with a 2 yr old and a 5yr old and we had plenty of space for everyone. The owners were fantastic to work with. They were easily accessable and always proactively reaching out. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back!

Exceeded our expectations

Charlene is a delight to work with, very communicative and accommodating. The house is beautiful, large and fit our needs well. The backyard with bocce/pétanque course, horseshoes, disk golf, hot tub, play set and playhouse, not to mention the canoe and kayaks, were well utilized by all. We loved the location, quick access to all the lakes and mountain bike and hiking trails near Mt Bachelor. We loved how kid friendly the house was, but also very adult friendly too with high end kitchen appliances. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Family Property

We are an extended family group that gets together every Labor Day. It is 7 siblings and their families (only had 6 this year) The house is spacious and beautiful! Each bedroom having a bathroom was perfect! The kitchen was fantastic and very well stocked. The best thing ever was the river! The access, the boats and paddle boards. The only complaints we had was lack of basic products; toilet paper & garbage bags, etc Notes state not to use any other product than what is supplied. But for 18 people 5 days we were running out before we left

Fantastic stay at this stunning location

This is one of the most wonderful places we have ever had the privilege to enjoy. We came together for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration - 8 adults and 9 children ranging in ages from 12 to 15 months - and we had everything we could possibly need to enjoy each other. The Spring River, which joins the Deschutes down river, was shallow and slow moving though deep enough for even the 5 and 6 year olds to safely use the kayaks that were stacked by the dock. (The game room had plenty of appropriately sized life jackets though we also brought some of our own.) The stand up paddleboards were a kick and used by both adults and kids. In the beautifully appointed house, the kitchen just shone in its organization with TWO fridges and all the equipment one would need. The dining table easily accommodated the masses, and the huge couch was the center of lots of cuddles and some interim naps:). The location was very quiet, private, and peaceful - the beds comfy and plentiful. Communication with the host EXCELLENT and very helpful with recommendations. All in all, we really can't say enough about the Sanctuary (which is the absolutely the right name for it!) and we hope to return soon. It is without question the PERFECT location to enjoy Sun River.

So much to keep everyone busy (happy)

Quiet neighborhood with long driveway, so all ages can ride their bikes warming up for a longer orderly ride to Sunriver paved path network, about a mile away using the main road's bike lanes. Some of the group biked to village for morning coffee, all biked for daily group rides. Although there are various bikes in the garage, and we used some of them, our personal bikes worked out better for us, and we also rented a couple bikes from the village. The on property river access is just great for all ages. It is a shallow, slow moving tributary to the main river it tees into, just short of a mile away. There are singles kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe. Roomy deck with table, chairs, umbrellas, a view of the lower positioned hot tub, then looking out over the manicured grass to the river, keeping track of everyone, but relaxing just the same. Home was very clean, roomy, plenty of bathrooms and showers, and the kitchen had upscale appliances with large btu gas stove / oven. Lots of things in the home and garage to keep entertained. Charlene, our host, responded within minutes either to VRBO messaging, or a personal phone call. Jay & Jana

Best family reunion so far

Everything about this home was fabulous. It was comfortable, for all ages and little surprises all around (toys, books, nook under stars case). Rooms were all comfortable (bunk room very "cozy" and warm). Plenty of room in the fabulous kitchen for many cooks to be in there working. Having 2 refrigerators was perfect...and the stove...wow...our wanna be "chef" loved it! The kitchen was one of the best stocked I have seen, We forgot a spice and there it was, honestly we could have probably forgot most of the spices we needed! Lots of serving dishes and bowls which was very nice. The backyard was perfect for all ages, the water level may have been too shallow for many but our age group it was perfect. The small kids had a great time and and the adults could relax and watch. Yet the water was deep enough for the paddle boards and canoes. Lots of "outside" towels. The garage held many surprises lots of balls, games and puzzles. a couple of little kids chairs and table so that was a nice treat. I can't say enough about how welcome we felt and lucky that this family shares their home with others. I do have to say one negative which I did read in a couple of reviews...not enough toilet tissue...but I am telling you that was the only negative!

Lovely comfortable home, lots to do, get the insurance!

We spent a hot labor day weekend here. The property is beautiful and as described. The house was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful functional kitchen with 2 fridges/freezers plus an icemaker. Lots to do. Kids enjoyed the media room, playground, toyroom under the stairs and bikes. Adults enjoyed the pool table and hot tub as well as the river activities. The deck was lovely. Heads up though: the river was FREEZING cold and only 2 ft deep in most areas! So don't expect to swim in it. It's perfect for kayaking though! We really enjoyed the canoe and kayaks provided. The owner was very helpful and responsive and went out of her way to get us some bikes. However, after we left, we were blamed for breaking some things that were already broken when we arrived. So make sure you check the condition of all chairs and pool sticks etc upon arrival and communicate any problems to the owner right away. We got the insurance, so it didn't cost us anything to replace those items. But it just doesn't feel good to be blamed for it. Live and learn I guess. Overall, I don't regret our stay. We had a great time at this lovely home.

We are glad you had a great visit. We apologize for the accusation. After investigation, we discovered that our cleaner had given us false information on the state of things. That cleaner is no longer with us.

We would be happy to share any ideas for activities with you.
