July 4th family reunion

Property was perfect for our group of 5. Location was great. Restaurants near by. Parking was great. Quiet street.

Fabulous house

The house is very spacious. Great location close to the pier and restaurants on a very quiet street. The back yard is great. Best part ,aside from how clean it is ,is that the dressers are empty so room to put away your clothes. Lots of space in kitchen to put your groceries as well Hope to go there again. Great communication with host

It was fine

Response with a maintenance issue was great. All communication with owner was excellent. The house was bigger than we needed. Great for a fishing vacation. House felt a little gloomy, especially during cloudy, rainy weather.

Fun Times in Rockport

I have rented the house before so was hoping all was the same inside and it was. Had a very nice time. A/C felt so nice after being outside and we sat on the front porch a lot. If anyone is thinking of renting the house I would recommend renting it. I have already told several people. They have everything you need including games stored in the closet. Will rent again for sure

False claim

We arrive to the house at 7pm and when we got there the house cleaners were still not done cleaning. I asked for the WIFI password, and I never received a response. I also asked how to get into the house and never received a response. Luckly the house cleaners were there and left the key on the table for me. Then I received a claim for a dirty carpet and extra house cleaning charge. The home already had stains all over the carpet and we made sure to clean the home up before we left. Im not to sure what extra cleaning charges were needed. Good thing we purchased insurance. We definitely wont be renting this home again.

I wanted to love this place but............

Location is great, walk to most things, neighborhood was mostly quiet (a bit run down), except Tuesday night somebody lights off fireworks. No (working) Refrigerator, but did have Roaches! I threw away the packages of food that were left in the cabinets that had been eaten through. Really wanted to like this place, but over $700 for three nights? I had to buy two ice chests, and get 40-50 pounds of ice each day. And yes, I communicated broken fridge to the owner/agent. Did not seem convinced. I am 58m, have a Master's degree, spent 27 years in the Army, and yeah, I know a bad fridge. The cold beer I put in there became hot foamy beer. Homer Simpson test!

Dad's and Sons Fishing Trip

Myself and another dad took our teenage boys to Rockport for a quick Spring Break fishing trip. The house was great for a bunch of guys. Nothing fancy but very clean, well stocked and in a great location. The price was very fair. We will return and recommend to anyone who's not too concerned about fancy accommodations.

Such a lovely home!

We loved our time at this incredibly clean and comfortable home! We enjoyed walking to dinner each night, having coffee in the completely shaded back yard, easy access for launching the boat and so much more! We will most definitely be back!

First time using Vrbo was an awesome experience!

Great Location

This house is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the playground for the kids. The owners are very nice. They actually called to check in on us, because we were there when it rained over 16” in a few days. So we didn’t get to go to the beach because it was closed the whole time we were there. Instead spent quality time with each other at the house. The kitchen and living room is opened up so we didn’t feel crowded on those rainy days. Over all this is a nice place to bring the family.

Walk to the Pier

This place was perfect for my family with young kids and elderly Aunt. There are plenty of places to play outside in the yard, and lots of roomy rooms inside. It was very spacious for a 2-2. Both rooms had private bathrooms in them. The pier was straight down our street. We would for sure come back. If you love to fish and have kids, this is the place.

Absolutely amazing!

We have stayed in dozens of places in the Rockport area. This one was absolutely perfect for a couple of 2 couples. Close to restaurants, large driveway, huge living room and master bedroom. Fully stocked and GREAT backyard for dogs with dog door. The hots were extremely nice and communicated perfectly. We will mister definitely be staying here again in the future. Bob & Lindi

House is located within easy walking distance of every thing in Fulton. Couldn't have been more pleased with the large yard and comfortable surroundings.

Convenient and clean

Great little place, huge backyard, view of the water from the front porch, walking distance from water, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood. For relaxation, I highly recommend it. One block over and at the intersection of TX 35 is a great seafood store.

Spring break stay

Nice clean property. Great for a family. Pet friendly. Walking distance to Fulton Pier and bait shops. Have to buy renters insurance to rent. Overall great place to stay.

Perfect for us.

Very comfortable place to stay. Very nice owners who were only interested in us enjoying our stay. Responded immediately to communications. Great location. Less than a block to the water's edge, a new fishing pier and local restaurants. A very short drive to grocery and other shopping stores. Kitchen fully supplied with everything required to prep meals, we only had to supply the ingredients. Big clothes wash room. Pet door with access to the fully fenced large back yard with huge shade trees. If you don't have a great experience staying here, you have no one to blame but yourself!
