¡Ven a ver por qué este condominio de Phoenix West es el mejor para tu familia!



Nuestro condominio está perfectamente situado en el segundo piso con vista directa a la playa, el río lento y el tobogán de agua. Evita los ascensores y aparca directamente en este piso. También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo en toda la unidad. Con más de 2,600 pies cuadrados, la propiedad de vacaciones es muy espaciosa y cómoda. No se escatimaron gastos al convertir este condominio en el lugar perfecto para vacacionar en la playa con todos los muebles nuevos de excelentes líneas como Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn y Restoration Hardware. Nuevos colchones, televisores, iluminación, inventario de cocina, pintura y cortinas también!



Las comodidades abundan en este condominio de Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, televisor SMART de pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y televisor SMART de 55" de pantalla plana en el maestro, televisores de alta definición en segundo, tercer piso y 4 dormitorios, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, una litera completa sobre la cama matrimonial y dos camas gemelas en el segundo dormitorio, una cama tamaño king en el tercer y cuarto dormitorio. También tenemos un sofá cama en la sala de estar para dormir hasta 14. También hay nuevos muebles de gama alta con balcón de Polywood con una mesa / sillas de 6 plazas, un banco de picnic para niños, dos sillas de capitanes con mesa y dos tumbonas.



Hay un río lento, tobogán de agua, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños cercada, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y canchas de tenis en la azotea.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.

Easy to check in, unit was lovely. BUT, Parking is expensive since we're already paying for stay. The indoor pool was not heated, disappointing. The cutlery was dull, knives and scissors wouldn't cut. Can opener did not work and we borrowed one from neighbors.

Wonderful property

We have stayed at Phoenix West multiple times and love it there. This particular condo is very convenient and the rooms were furnished in a way that worked great for us, especially the bunk room for all our kids. The furniture in the living room also was a drawing point but it is either broken (recliners) or worn out (sofas) so not really very comfortable. The closet door in one of the bedrooms needs to be repaired as well but overall we loved our time there and would definitely book it again.

Enjoyed our week long stay with kids and grandkids!Positives:Amazing location, views, and amenities (indoor and outdoor pools with lazy river)Perfect lay-out to the condo-spacious living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms, huge deck with stunning views of the gulf, very nice patio furniture, beautiful decorNegatives:Very dirty floor and area rugs (we had crawling babies and had to purchase a bucket and mop to clean)Worn out furniture, needs a refresh- recliner is broken

Family Beach Trip 23!

Management is highly responsive! Condo is nice but the appliances, cookware, and family room furniture could use an upgrade. The lazy river, water slide and pool were a hit with the kiddoes!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the additional ice maker was beyond Perfect!! The ONLY downfall was the water slide. It was only open 2 full days during our week stay. The slide was a big part of our booking due to having 5 grandkids with us. The lazy river did save the day! Staff was very pleasant! We can’t wait to return!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the past 9 years we have had a family vacation at Phoenix West in Orange Beach Alabama—and have never had a reason to stay elsewhere. Of course there have been a problem or two over this period of time but a phone call took care of it within a couple of hours. The location is so convenient and the condos have always been clean, inviting and have all the conveniences of home. View from the balcony is such that we always spend a great deal of time there. We just got home yesterday and have already made our reservation for next year!!

Family vacation

As always we love staying at the Phoenix West. As far as the unit goes there was some little issues that may need addressed. The stool in bedroom 2 needs a new seat before some really hurts themselves. The mattress on that bed does not match the boxsprings, its too small. Needs a stove light and a light above the stove. The kitchen was stocked great with dishes and pots and pans. Loved it!! dfit the

Lovely condo on the beach

We all absolutely loved the Phoenix West. Great location! There were 12 of us, from 2 years old to 63. Clean, well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you would need. Extra ice maker was very handy. Spent many hours at the water slide, lazy river and pools. Evenings were spent with our little grandkids playing in the sand and ocean during sunset. Spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony. Enclosed parking was awesome! Definitely came in handy the morning we were leaving. It was storming like crazy and were were able to load the vehicles and remain completely dry. Great place to stay!

Good location; Updating may be needed.

The facility is in a beautiful location and well worth the effort to get there. Excellent views and gorgeous beach.--Checking in: This unit is managed by a company that is NOT onsite, so if there are issues (like the door combo not working), you'll have to call the office between 8 and 5. Luckily, we arrived within that timeframe, otherwise we were told Phoenix West cannot assist with getting into the unit . We also had to come back for the bracelets - remember to ask for those.--The unit itself has a good layout and the kitchen is well equipped. 2nd floor means very little elevator time. However, the unit is well-used and in need of someone to go through and just take a week to fix/replace/update (ripped/ill-fitting screens, furniture that is difficult to recline/fold back into place, sagging couches, etc). We avoided the leather recliners after the first try - make the young kids sit in them so they can get back out. The fire alarm also went off twice due to humidity so we had to keep doors and windows closed, and we kept it below 70 degrees per Security's request. --Pool is located 1st floor, but you have to walk across the parking garage (only a short distance) and through a gate to get to the pool and beach. Ok for all us adults, but might be an issue for those with impulsive little ones as we saw a few dart across when they got excited about going swimming. They have a security person at the gate to assist.--Check out was easy.

We did have two young adults (one male, one female) approach us just as we arrived asking about inspecting the property. They didn’t have any uniforms on and looked as though they just came from the beach so we didn’t trust them right off the bat. We were concerned they were scamming us. After contacting the rental company, we were made aware that they were legit. Maybe just knowing that should expect inspectors would have been good. My only negative is that we had zero trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels upon our arrival. It wasn’t a huge deal to purchase those things but it’s listed in the amenities so we didn’t think we would need to. And you can’t buy just one or two trash bags. Other than that, it was a great stay! We went out to Flora-Bama Bar and had a blast. The weather got scary thanks to Hurricane Ida, so we had to leave earlier than expected on our departure day. Beautiful property and very friendly staff/locals!

I took my two daughters and their husbands and all 5 of my grandchildren here. We have age range 5 years to 3 months. This unit was perfect! The 0 entry pool, kid pool, lazy river and slide were all a hit. We had plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was huge and overlooked the slide and lazy river. The manager of the property was very responsive when I had a question. The unit was clean and in great shape when we arrived. We are already planning to book again.

It was SOOOO clean and very well set up to accommodate the bunkbeds in one room for the kids. Hope they don't change that room with the bunkbeds. Having three other rooms with king size beds was absolutely perfect! The patio area was perfect for us with enough furniture for all of us! We rebooked it already for next year.

Highlights include a fully stocked kitchen (appliances & utensils), a walk in pantry, lots of seating, and the beds were SO comfortable! I slept like a baby the entire week! One of the recliners got stuck in the "legs up" position while we were there. I emailed Charlotte and she had a maintenance worker up there within an hour! The one and only thing I can think of that would have been better would be the floors. Maybe this is just a product of being a beachfront property, but the bottoms of our feet were black within an hour of walking around barefoot. Maybe the floors could have been more thoroughly steam mopped prior to our arrival? At any rate, that was not a deal breaker for us. The low floor was fun as you remained "in the action" but it stayed quiet inside if you needed some peace and quiet. If you are looking for a sweeping view of the ociean, this is not the floor for you. If you want a more 180 view, you would need to go up to at least the 4th floor. Overall, the unit was AMAZING, Charlotte was WONDERFUL and the building staff was so pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again!
