Quiet house by the sea Les Sables d'Olonne

Quiet house, ideally located in the heart of La Chaume, old fishermen's quarter and cradle of the city of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Ideally located, you can easily walk or cycle to the seaside of the wild coast, the covered market, restaurants, shops and the mythical dock of the departure of the Vendée Globe.
The Passeur allows you to cross the channel and have easy access to the Grande Plage and downtown Les Sables d'Olonne (info and rates on the water crossing: http: //www.passagesdeau-lsdo.com/ ) ..
There are also very nice walks by bike or on foot in the heart of nature, along the coast, in the forest and marshes.

House of about 70m², on 2 levels with:
- a large living room / lounge with convertible sofa television, stereo
- living room open onto a fitted kitchen (gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and tassimo espresso machine, kettle)....)
- a south facing courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue
- a bathroom on the ground floor with shower and toilet
- attic floor: a large bedroom with a double bed for 2 persons, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a mezzanine area

Children are welcome. We provide an umbrella bed, a changing mat, a baby bath and a high chair.

All beds are equipped with duvet.
The linen is not provided (towels, tea towels, sheets).


Free parking in the street (alternating parking with side change on the 1st and 15th of the month)

Access by public transport ("bus stop" Armandèche "line 6 15-20 min from Des Sables d'Olonne train station)
