Great location

This was a fantastic place to stay. Close to several local beaches and parks. Close enough for us to enjoy the aquarium and museum.The property was clean, well maintained, spacious and fully stocked with what we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great stay

Hidden gem

Lodging options in this area are limited, so I was ecstatic to discover Magnolia Point. This was our first VRBO experience, and it couldn’t have been better. The home was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and easy to reach, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly a fantastic stay—highly recommend!

Friends wedding

First time on the East Coast, was a lovely stay property was really nice and very convenient for many things. It was also super close to the venue of our friend’s wedding! Trina is a great host! and is very communicative if you need anything.

Quiet and Clean

Everything was perfect. Clean home with soft beds and sheets. A lot of space. Big kitchen and dining area. Lots of little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely enjoyed our time there.

Lovely home for our family

A very nice and homey house. All the supplies you needed were there and it had a well-stocked kitchen in terms of cook and eating ware, and a small cupboard with oil, spices, etc...A very large yard that our 1 and 1/2 year old grand daughter could run around in. Lovely front porch with rockers, just like growing up in the Midwest. The only surprise was that the house is on a major street through town, almost a small highway, which we didn't expect. It wasn't particularly noisy because it was set back a ways, just a bit of a distraction when we sat on the porch. We couldn't figure out how to use the upstairs TV and for some reason there was a continual gliche in the VRBO webpage during our stay that wouldn't allow us to contact Trina for instructions. Prior to that, she was very quick to respond to inquiries.

Family Time

This was an wonderful and inviting cottage to get together with my son and his family for a summer visit. We were in close proximity to Points to enjoy a day on the beach. Communication with host was exceptional.

Lovely getaway!

I grew up in the area, but live on the west coast now. This place is my new go-to for visiting my family. There aren’t great hotels in the area, IYKYK. Plenty of room for my little family, and we felt comfortable and relaxed. Thoughtful touches throughout. We even saw a deer in the backyard that came about 20 feet away from us while we were trying to catch fireflies! Location is perfect for seeing fireworks from the living room (we were over the heat that day, but you could walk down to the water and see them even better). Can’t wait to return in a few years!

Perfect stay for families near Baltimore

Trina’s cottage was perfect for a family stay with a toddler. The space had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our daughter to play outside. The adults enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and picnic table. There were many playgrounds nearby as well. The city was close enough to do the things we wanted, but we enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood away from the chaos of the city.

Visit to Maryland

Visiting from Michigan to see our daughter. Great location for us to travel to Columbia, MD and nearby areas. Home was immaculate and nicely decorated. Had everything stocked that we needed. We definitely will be returning for another stay.

wonderful spotless home exactly as listed

I have done many Vrbo and so have my friends, we all felt it was the cleanest we had ever booked. exactly as listed, nice little neighborhood and close to so much, we drove to Annapolis each day and it was only about 30 minutes. Host was very responsive; although we did not need much but when we reached out the response was very quick.

Perfect Cottage in Great Location

This house was perfect for everything we needed! It was absolutely adorable & very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and relaxing, as well as playing games in the living room. It was close to so many great spots... we checked out the Baltimore Aquarium, Ellicott City & Merriweather Post Pavilion for a show. I would definitely recommend this spot & hope to make it back some day!

Clean, cozy, and cute!

This house is adorable, super duper clean, and really well kept. I particularly loved that is located in the heart of the community, directly across from the local high school! There is plenty of parking and a really nice and deep backyard! This would be a great place for families who enjoy spending time together outdoors. There is a grill, seating, and a fire pit. My family agrees the beds were super comfortable! They are on the softer side, which is our preference! I can't think of a single thing I would change! Thank you so much for the nice day and for sharing the history of the property and your family! We really enjoyed reading the news articles in the home!

Southern Charm

Very clean and homey. Centrally located to the attractions we wanted to see. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants close by. Comfortable beds, nice full kitchen. Tastefully decorated. Nice to sit outside and enjoy the aroma of the flowers. Perfectly named for Magnolia trees in the yard giving a Southern Charm.

Magnolia Point

The lovely remodeled cottage was perfect for our home base while we were visiting family in the Towson / Baltimore area. The home is beautifully decorated and in an excellent safe location with easy access to 695. After this first stay there, it has become our first choice for lodging during future visits to Baltimore and surrounding suburbs. 5 stars in all aspects!

My daughter had surgery at John Hopkins hospital.She, her husband and we live 5 hours away.

The house was clean and well outfitted for cooking etc. We used the washer and dryer. Food store nearby was helpful. It took about 20 minutes to get to the hospital. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful.
