¡Ahora estamos alquilando nuestro paraíso / escapada de verano! ¡Una ubicación perfecta y preparada para su familia! Ubicado en Antler Acres a solo 3 millas de la rampa para botes de Honey Creek State Park. Nuestra nueva casa móvil moderna está situada en un lote de esquina tranquilo, con una vista muy bonita. Excelente entorno de vecindario, con 2 lotes de espacio en el patio para juegos y fogatas. Tenemos mucho espacio para estacionar, incluido su bote o motos de agua. Bonita terraza delantera grande con vistas a una gran vista del estanque y al aire libre. La casa tiene un concepto abierto que vive con un área de cocina completa. Parrilla de gas en la cubierta trasera para cocinar al aire libre. Un dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y un baño principal, el otro tiene una cama matrimonial con un segundo baño cerca. Encontrará excelentes caminos para tomar con seguridad esos agradables paseos refrescantes y todo el vecindario que lo rodea.

Before you book a property you need to read the house rules that are listed. Everything was clearly stated before you even booked our property. You booked our property knowing what the property entailed. We love all pets and have always had one or 2 at the same time. Alot of people are allergic to pets so we have decided it was best to not allow them. You should have followed the house rules and not have had more people staying at our property than what is allowed. Our rental sleeps 6 people comfortably not the 7 people you had in there. You did not even stay at our property.

Our adult children with their kids were the ones who stayed there, we were only there for a short time in the morning for breakfast. It was very clean and spacious.

The best hosts!

Can’t say enough great things about Brad and Bernie as hosts. Clean and comfortable accommodations combined with regular check-ins and communication - they made us feel like family. This is a GREAT option if you are visiting the Rathbun area to hunt, fish, or just enjoy some of Iowa’s finest outdoors and wilderness areas. 5 stars, highly recommend! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Our property is on a corner lot with a great view and is very peaceful. We only have neighbors on the east side of us. Plenty of parking and lots of lawn area to use. Sit on the front deck and enjoy the breeze coming off the lake!
