Completamente renovado, en el centro histórico de Padua, en las inmediaciones de la Basílica de San Antonio y Prato della Valle.

El apartamento está ubicado en el entrepiso de un pequeño edificio de apartamentos, conveniente para las paradas de autobús y tranvía, a 15 minutos a pie (o 5 minutos en tranvía) desde la estación de tren.

El alojamiento es ideal para 4 personas con una cama doble, un sofá cama francés en la sala de estar y, si es necesario, una cama individual adicional en el dormitorio.

El baño tiene lavabo, inodoro, bidet y ducha.

Sala de estar con TV, sofá cama francés y rincón comedor.

Perfect location, comfortable home

We loved our stay in Padua! The apartment is located close to the Basilica and botanical gardens, and within walking distance to the Scrovegni Chapel. We also discovered nearby the top-rated gelateria (Portogallo) in Padua, and were delighted to agree. The home is comfortable, clean, and Angela is a delightful host.

Lovely stay in a great location

Angela was very easy to communicate with both via internet and in Padova. The apartment is ideally located to visit both the city and public transport for further afield trips. Everything is within easy walking distance. The courtyard is a bonus and the apartment is beautiful. The little added extras, information guides and books made the apartment feel very homely. Thank you for accommodating us.

Unforgettable stay!

This is the perfect spot to stay in Padova. The apartment is roomy and bright, with tasteful modern decor. The lovely courtyard is a very nice addition to the space as well. Everything is there for a relaxed and comfortable vacation. It is also perfectly located on the tram line and just a short walk from the markets and lots to see in Padova. And finally, our host Angela was superb--cheerful, informative, and extremely helpful! In particular, she recommended several excellent restaurants nearby. We would recommend this apartment to any of our friends or family.

Lovely apartment

Angela is a wonderful host. Gracious upon arrival; taking the time to show us around and explain how everything works, and up until our last day when she arranged a taxi for us to pick up our car. This apartment is clearly very well thought out, including everything you need if you decide to cook at home, which we did a couple of evenings. It is a very short walk to Prato Della Valle, which we loved, as well as the Basilica of St. Anthony (incredible experience to see!). I cannot recommend this apartment enough and would stay again if our travels bring us to Padova.

My spouse and I couldn't be more pleased with our month long stay in Casa Ninetta and particularly it's location. Located in the "heart of it all". Tram and bus transpotation is essentially right out your front door. BUT you can easily walk to the major historical venues, tons of eating, coffee bars, shopping from small, bargain stores to the very high end shops ....and among our favorite walking allong Via Roma to our favorite viewing off the evening passigiatta! I am 80 and my wife is 77 and we walked 95% of the time...Angela is a great hostess and we loved the apartment. Highly recommend!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Das Appartment entsprach den Bildern und Beschreibungen, es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Der Kontakt unkompliziert und es gab viele Tipps. Die Lage des Appartments ist Super. Vom Bahnhof aus mit der Tram (und dem Gepäck) schnell zu erreichen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist der Verkehr drinnen kaum zu hören. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir uns zu Fuss erschlossen, auch das kein Problem.

Hübsches Appartment in zentraler Lage

Klasse Lage,allerdings fanden wir nur schwer einen Parkplatz 1, 2 km entfernt. Hübsches,kleines Appartment ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Der kleine Innenhof entspricht nicht den Fotos, viele Mücken.

Hello Linda, thanks for your review. The apartment is located right in the center and on the edge of the limited traffic zone, sometimes to find free parking you need a bit of patience. But paid parking is always available a few minutes walk away. I'm sorry about the mosquitoes, it was a very rainy spring and it was a widespread problem in all the city, we did our best to eradicate them. But I really don't understand how you find the courtyard different from the photos, over time only the plants have changed

Schöne Wohnung in wunderschöner Stadt

Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage. Über die Via Roma gelangt man schnell ins Zentrum, Bars, Caffees und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Angela ist eine großartige Gastgeberin.

Perfect location to see Saint Anthony!

A wonderfully thoughtful property with everything you need and right around the corner from Saint Anthony’s Basilica! Even though it is on the main road, the double glazed windows make the bedroom so quiet and the huge kingsize bed is super comfortable. We especially enjoyed have a cuppa outside in the pretty little courtyard. Thanks Angela for a delightful stay in Padua.

Bella Padua apartment!

Our stay in Casa Ninetta was wonderful! The location is superb! The apartment is so cozy and spotless. It is equipped with everything that you need. The garden is lovely. The tram is easy to use but Padua is easy to walk. We did 2 easy trips to Verona and Vicenza. Everything was so convenient, including grocery stores, restaurants, gelato, coffee, and historical sights. The Basilica is around the corner, which makes frequent visits possible. We really enjoyed the nearby botanical gardens and the outdoor market. Thank you, Angela, for an unforgettable stay in Padua!

FABULOUS location, lovely outdoor terrace too

This cute apartment is really well situated to enjoy Padua with many main sites only 5-10 minutes walk away. The tram is literally right outside the building, giving easy access to the train / bus stations for travel elsewhere if you choose. Angela graciously met us at the tram stop after explaining where to purchase tickets outside the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful city --- it has far more to offer than we imagined. Thanks too Angela, for the great restaurant recommendations!! We enjoyed each one that we tried - Enotavola is a MUST !! Hope to visit again one day, and would definitely stay in this lovely, well equipped apartment again. (Barb and Craig - Vancouver, Canada)

This was a very nice, large apartment. Location was within walking distance of everything. It was easy to do day trips from here to Venice and Verona.

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood

We had a delightful week at Casa Ninetti. The apartment is charming and well laid out for a couple. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It has a lovely outdoor space, and is nice and bright in the mornings. There is beautiful artwork as well. It is located in one of the best places for visiting the old city. Just at the mid-way between Prato delle Valle and Basilica di Sant’Antonio di Padova. There is a tram stop right outside the door to take you anywhere else in the city. We took the tram several times, but also went everywhere on foot, as it is all so close to this apartment. There are many excellent restaurants in this area. We particularly enjoyed Vecchio Falconiere and Osteria Ai Scarponi. The coffee shop across the street, Cafe Sant’Antonio is also excellent. Our host Andrea met us on arrival and gave us a lot of helpful information. Thank you for hosting us Andrea! Casa Ninetti is wonderful, and we hope to return some day.

Beautiful city with a small town feel

Angela met us at the metro stop and provided us with a map and even answered a late email from us regarding transportation which was greatly appreciated. Padova was a stopover for us on our way to Venice but we could have spent a few more days there for sure!

Lovely, handy, reasonable, comfortable

Just lovely—cozy, simple, homy. Just off the tram line which made for easy access to the train station and day excursions elsewhere. Angela was accessible so when we needed an extra set of keys, she was right there in a jiffy. Courtyard was great for morning coffee and evening wine. Easy to run home, relax, then go out again. Only positive comments😉
