NUEVA LISTA y TOTALMENTE RENOVADO !!

El Windsor Palms Resort, abierto las 24 horas, está magníficamente ubicado a menos de 3 millas de Walt Disney World. Considerado como uno de los complejos vacacionales más buscados en el área de Kissimmee con su piscina olímpica, cine en el lugar y gimnasio, entre otras comodidades.

Esta es una hermosa casa moderna y ha sido totalmente renovada de arriba a abajo. La piscina de chapoteo, que se puede calentar por una tarifa adicional, está completamente protegida para que no te molesten los insectos. Hay una mesa y algunas sillas afuera. También hay una valla de seguridad para niños.

La cocina ha sido totalmente renovada con hermosos mostradores de granito y placa para salpicaduras de azulejos, gabinetes nuevos. Está totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesitas. Incluye microondas de acero inoxidable, nevera / congelador y lavavajillas. También se suministra una licuadora, cafetera, etc., etc.

El salón tiene dos sofás de cuero, una gran televisión de pantalla plana y un DVD en el salón. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y también hay cinco taburetes. Los ventiladores de techo están en el salón y también en todas las habitaciones.

Perfect for our stay

We had a great stay. We stayed for 6 nights to visit the theme parks. There was plenty of room and our family of 5 and our 2 dogs were very comfortable here. The communication with the owner was fantastic. The house had everything we needed and I would highly recommend the property to anybody looking for a place to stay.

Listening was just like the pictures. Great spot close to parks and restaurants, communication with the host was amazing. My family really enjoyed the pool with food and bar on side. Cleaning crew could do a lot better but over all a great experience.

Family Disney Trip

This was the perfect place to stay!! Close drive to all the Disney parks. Easy access to Walmart for groceries and supplies. Laundry and dish washer in the unit and free to use. Kitchen stocked adequately to feed my family of 5. Could have comfortably fit more people in this unit.

Let me tell you, this was my first time booking a VRBO vs a hotel and I enjoyed it. The condo was spacious and myself and 2 kids loved the theme of the place. We went for a soccer tournament so we were out more than inside but enjoyed the space and time when we could rest. Would definitely book again.

Perfect for our stay

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It really was pretty easy to get back and forth to WDW. We found a seafood place (Crazy Crab) close by which was fun, and it was convenient to Aldi and Walmart. We enjoyed having the pool and appreciated that it was warm enough to swim. Everything was pretty much as advertised. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, which our dog enjoyed on his walks. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location and space for families

Location was an easy 10-15 mins from the parks with traffic. The community is very quiet, clean and is gated. The unit was comfortable for our family. The themed rooms were fun and each room having its own bathroom was very convenient. Communication with property manager was easy and efficient. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful with fun themed rooms and exactly as described in the listing. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having our own private pool. It is very close to the Disney parks and staff at the gate house and clubhouse were friendly. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. This property really helped push our Disney World trip over the top! I highly recommend staying here!

Clean & Fun Condo!

The Four Corners condo was perfect for our family of 5! The mini-pool served its purpose. We went in a handful of times but we mainly hung out at the community pool. The community pool (5 min walk) gets crowded but we were fine with it. The condo's décor definitely gets you in the mood for an amusement park! Close to everything so have at it. We didn't cook much so not sure if they have all the necessary cooking gear. We recommend the condo!

Absolute Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It’s very spacious & very well kept. Exactly as pictured. The beds were super comfy, and the location couldn’t have been any better. There’s a ton of restaurants nearby. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, so we didn’t get to enjoy the resort amenities, but the clubhouse looked nice. The pool at the townhome is very small, but perfect for cooling off on a humid day in Florida. The only thing I can say that isn’t really even a negative is there were no washcloths or hand towels provided. I felt like this was probably just an oversight by housekeeping, so I never contacted the property owner about it. We just went to Walmart down the street and bought some. I would definitely stay here again

Weekend get away

The pictures on Vrbo appeared to be nice, but when we got to the property everything was extremely outdated. We immediately had to swifter b/c there was a strong stench. I was disappointed in the mattresses and couch. They were extremely uncomfortable. The landlord/property owner was very attentive in responding and I appreciated that. I just believe it’s time to upgrade the property. The upstairs master bathroom shower was stopped up and the liner was dirty. So many rules, I don’t feel like I was on vacation because I was trying to make sure I followed every single rule.

Great theming for our Disney holiday!

My husband and I came down with our small dog(fur-baby) for the month to escape the New England cold.I was thrilled with the communication from our host, Mike. He was super-responsive to any questions I had in preparation for our trip, which allowed me to plan appropriately for our winter holiday.The setup of the property met our needs perfectly and the theming was AWESOME!!!The couple of very minor issues we had upon arrival were addressed IMMEDIATELY (code did not work, but was reset remotely, and a few lightbulbs were burnt out - Mike was at the door within 30-minutes with replacements).We were able to enjoy the local theme parks often, as they are a short ride away - all Disney properties average about 15 minute drive. Sea World 25-30 minutes depending on traffic on I-4. (Anyone that is familiar with the area understands how difficult I-4 traffic can be at times).Walmart, Publix, and CVS very close by for shopping.We had an opportunity to host some friends and family various times throughout our stay and was a nice set up since each bedroom had its own bath. (The only reason I did 4-star for online accuracy was because it was originally listed as 3.5 bath but it is a 3 bath and this has since been corrected).I work remotely, and did so a lot of the time I was staying. The WiFi was excellent.We enjoyed many meals in, using the fully equipped kitchen and had all the comforts of home.We appreciate the wonderful hospitality from our host, Mike!

We will never forget

As grandparents we are always looking for ways to spend quality time with our grandchildren before they grow up. We took our 9 year old grandchild on vacation and it was amazing. This property is so close to everything. The house was will stocked with items which cut down on the packing. We hated to leave and will surely be back

How it all began…

Once upon a time in a faraway land, a young prince lived in a shining castle…Oh no, wait a minute, different story…

Our true story started with our kids who us when we took them to Walt Disney World, “Daddy, this is the best day ever!”, and this is when we realized we have to buy a vacation home here so we can enjoy more moments like this with my family. Our Florida dream came true on May of 2017 when we went to Orlando for a week-long conference. We immediately fell in love with the city, weather, and all the exciting things we could do with our family here.

Call us crazy! We took a leap of faith and purchased our first vacation home in Florida within 2 months after we left Orlando...and it changed our lives forever.

We started our vacation rental business journey without any experience, but we knew if we kept our home clean, comfortable, fun, and unique, and made sure each guest got stellar guest service, people would book our home and continue to come year after year. Right after we purchased our first home, we began working on the design and remodel. Our goal is to give our guests, the "Best-Day-Ever" experience our kids told us when we first brought them to Disney. We made sure every room, corner, and wall had something special. We want our guests to book our home and feel excited about coming to a magical place. Our slogan is, “Don’t Let the Fun End at The Parks!”.
With this new home being a smashing success and, in such demand, we knew we had to purchase more homes so more families can enjoy. Fast forward today, we now have 7 homes near Disney to serve our guests.

This is our third property in Orlando, and our mindset has always been, "how can we make it better each time?" Due to our success with our vacation home rentals, we have learned what our guests liked and didn't like. We took a lot of valuable feedback from our guests and put all of our love and effort into this third home. We wanted to buy another pool home where families and friends can get together and create long lasting memories - right here in our Mickey Clubhouse Villa.

We quickly went to work and found this great property boasting over 2400sqf with 6 bedrooms and a private pool. Both the Star Wars and Frozen rooms were hits for our first vacation home, so we continued with these two themes but made it better. We then wanted a room where all the kids can hang out and watch TV and play games while the adults can socialize and have fun in the living room. So, we turned one of the larger rooms into another kids' room with a twin-over-full bunk bed in order to create more space to allow a foosball table and extra room to play video games and watch TV. This is how the Avengers Room was born!

We didn't forget about the adults! We've got the perfect outdoor space for you! Relax and float your worries away in your very own private pool and spa. Hungry? No problem! The covered lanai is perfect for grilling while watching your kids having fun in the pool.

Windsor Palms is located in the Formosa Gardens area close to Disney and is one of the premier vacation spots in the Orlando area. Windsor Palms community offers 24/7 manned entrance, resort style clubhouse, business center, movie theater, arcade room, fitness room, volleyball court, two tennis courts, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, large outdoor heated community pool & spa, kids splash area and poolside shop.

Just a few minutes away is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has a large supermarket, shops and a good selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Carrabba's, Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell, Subway and Red Lobster.

Nearby the Windsor Palms Resort are Super Target supermarket, Ross, TJ Max, Olive Garden, On The Border, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Logan’s, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Pollo Tropical, Panda Express, Bonefish Grill, Hooters, Orlando Ale House and Applebee’s. Also, Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart are close by.
