Encantadora casa cerca del estadio Michigan. Ubicación tranquila lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio del campus con serenos senderos para caminar cerca. Espacio recientemente remodelado con cocina gourmet completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Súper acogedora sala de estar con comedor, seccional grande y una televisión de pantalla plana de más de 50 años. Cable y wifi, así como lavadora y secadora. 3 dormitorios / 2 baños y sótano terminado con seccional adicional con pantalla plana, chimenea, mesa de póquer, etc. Bonito patio con garaje y mucho espacio para aparcar.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable, especially for getting to the football stadium. The host was wonderful—the house was superbly stocked, and we truly appreciated the welcome basket of goodies they provided.The only small piece of feedback is that the mattresses were very firm, which made sleeping very challenging. Addressing the mattress comfort would make this property truly five-star!

Great Home Away from Home

This was an exceptional stay. The house is well cared for, super clean and easy to find. Staying here felt more like a home than a rental: waters in the fridge, chocolates on the counter. We forgot plastic wrap and found it in the pantry. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. A really good experience all the way around.

Relaxing Stay

The house was exactly as described, very clean and comfy. The owners make sure the house has all the little things that you would need: shampoo, laundry detergent, K- pods for coffee and my favorite snacks to eat. We will definitely reserve again for an Ann Arbor trip with the family.

Go Blue!

We loved staying at this house!!! My husband and 3 daughters were in Ann Arbor because my husband was receiving an award from the University on Friday night. A bonus treat was having tickets to Saturday’s game against USC. The house was within easy walking distance of the stadium and it was wonderful not to have to deal with driving and trying to find parking! The house is adorable and was very comfortable for the five of us. It is the most well appointed VRBO home that we have ever stayed in, by far. It is also a very quiet, solidly built home. Even sitting on the corner of a busy road, the house was very quiet. There is plenty of room to spread out, has a really neat “sun room” that is connected to the garage. We didn’t use it but I imagine it is a fun place to sit and visit during the colder months. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely seek out this home for future visits!

Walk to Big House!

Cozy, well appointed home a stones throw from the Big House. Very comfortable with all the amenities of home. Every detail has been thought of. We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving weekend! Definitely, would stay again.

Fantastic stay in Ann Arbor

We were so lucky to find this gem of a house in Ann Arbor. Perfect to walk to game. So comfortable and well stocked with supplies. The house is beautiful and comfortable! What else could you ask for. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in town. The owner is responsive but we never had any issues to bother him with! We stayed here during parents weekend and it was perfect!

Great home close to Michigan Stadium

I stayed here with my niece who was checking out U of M's campus, and my family. It was the perfect location. We were easily able to get to campus for our tour, have a nice dinner on Main St, and get to the football game on Saturday. Would definitely stay here again.

Ann Arbor Family Gathering

Overall impression was quite favorable. Home was comfortable for 6 adults, location was very near a main street so it was easy to get anywhere in town. Unfortunately a severe storm came through the area halfway through our stay and the power went out for 2 days. No lights, no refrigerator, no A/C (it was quite warm). We found some flashlights and the hot water heater was gas so we made do. A couple of us slept on the couch in the basement as it was much cooler there. Luckily we didn't park in the garage, as the electric door opener was the only access. Our family gathering was at a nearby park so the power outage didn't affect our plans too badly. I can't say it was a totally comfortable stay but it wasn't the fault of the home or the host. We would book it again if we are in the area.

Excellent home, cozy and spotless!

The overall experience was great! Justin and Danielle were always very accessible. They’re outstanding hosts, and have done a great job stocking the home with key necessities, and more. We flew in from NJ and stayed from Thursday through Saturday so we can visit University of Michigan. This was the perfect home, very close to UMich. The home is decorated nicely with a new kitchen, two comfortable living rooms: one on the main level, and one in their finished basement with nice size flatscreen TVs. Great stay! Highly recommend this house to all visiting Ann Arbor!

Visit to Ann Arbor for my 50th

This place is nicely decorated & is just as the listing shows. Lots of little extras throughout & the owners have really taken care of this home. I communicated with Danielle and she responded very quickly when I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

I love adventurer and enjoy traveling and staying in others properties all over the world.
