¡Esta casa de lujo, contemporánea y personalizada viene con impresionantes vistas panorámicas de un millón de dólares! Una elegante combinación de vigas grandes y un elegante diseño moderno de montaña se unen en esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños con capacidad para 11. Acceso incomparable a esquís, bicicletas, caminatas y raquetas de nieve por la puerta. La decoración de la casa es elegante y moderna en la montaña con techos abovedados de lengüeta y ranura, acentos con vigas de acero, una cocina gourmet bien equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y una estufa de gas de 6 quemadores.

Entra y sal a esquiar en nuestra casa de Granby Ranch, un excelente complejo familiar de cuatro estaciones con golf, senderismo de clase mundial, ciclismo y aventuras fuera de la puerta. Devils Thumb Ranch, elegido # 1 en el Nordic Cross Country Resort en América del Norte en 2018, está a la vuelta de la esquina. Winter Park / Mary Jane Resort, votada como la estación de esquí n. ° 1 en 2019, también está cerca, con un servicio de traslado gratuito que cruza la calle desde nuestro vecindario.

Granby family weekend getaway

This beautiful home was a perfect weekend getaway for our family. Check in & out was very easy and simple. The home was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious with lots of room for our kids and grandkids to spread out. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Great house with features

We enjoyed the house. The kitchen was exceptional with a lot of items to use. The driveway was a little hard to fit 3 large vehicles in with all of the snow, but we got the hang of it.

Just bring your suitcase and food.

A very well stock home, everything you need. Checked in on Christmas day and celebrated Christmas. Close to Granby Ski Ranch. Very spacious and comfortable. We would rent again.

Fantastic weekend Ski- getaway

We had a group of guys for a bachelor party stay over the weekend. We had a fantastic time on the slopes. So easy to get in and out. We enjoyed the open space and large kitchen. The easiest check-in check out I’ve ever had.

Great ski property for big families!

We did a late holiday celebration here with two families. We had a total of four adults and five kids. In short, this place is amazing. The actual home is beautiful with several outdoor patios. The house is filled with windows and natural light giving us postcard views of the mountain and snow from every angle. There were plenty of space for us to all have our own beds and space, which were all very comfortable. The house is a quick five-minute drive down to the Granby Ski Ranch. I was not comfortable using the ski in/ski out paths as one of our more advanced skiers in the group had a difficult time skiing in (skiing out is a breeze). The hosts were communicative and welcoming. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful property

We used this property as our “home base” for a wedding weekend. Perfect for entertaining a large group with all its seating area and gourmet kitchen. Very comfy beds!!

Serene Summer Retreat

Our stay in this Granby vacation home was fantastic. The home is beautiful. The views are amazing. The owner was responsive. It served as a great home base for a week of Colorado summer fun for our family. In terms of the house, everything is well appointed and the layout was fantastic for both group fun and time alone in one of the many nooks. The accomodations were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The decks outside made for unbelievable views. The kids loved the lower level and the ping pong table. Everything about the house met or exceeded expectations. We could not have asked for a more amazing home or setting. The only negative was outside the homeowners control. The community is undergoing expansion which meant construction and some of the noise that comes with it. That said, the crews respectfully kept reasonable hours, so our mornings and evenings were peaceful and quiet regardless. Plus, we were out on excursions during the days, so we rarely noticed the inconvenience. In all, it was a great stay and we would be excited to do it again!

Beautiful mountain property

We loved our stay in Granby Ranch. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful views and fabulous summer mountain weather. The home is tucked high up in the neighborhood and very peaceful. The City Market grocery store was convenient. There is a lot of construction in the area, but we were not disturbed. Would highly recommend for Summer or Winter vacation!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, large mountain home. It was very comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. Our kids loved the bunk room and numerous board games! Our biggest complaint was the inattention to snow/ice removal of the driveway and walkway. Eventually the driveway was cleared but our entire stay the walkway remained icy and dangerous for walking (especially for the little ones). Very happy with everything else, would definitely return!

The perfect on-mountain winter/ski retreat in Granby!

Our group of nine (two families) just returned to Texas from our Spring Break stay at this property, owned by the Guyton family. We have been coming to Granby for years since the kids - all boys - were little (now 16, 14, and 11) and we decided to upgrade our accommodations since bigger, teen boys require more space. LOL. This house did not disappoint! The house is stunning and well-appointed with amenities, space, and gorgeous views (the house sits up at the highest access point/road). It was the perfect place to not only watch the falling snow that dumped on us while there, but also to hop out the back door and hit the trail, taking us down the main ski resort area. We did have to call Allison to determine the best way to get out to the trail, since there had been so much fresh snow, but she promptly responded, and we were on our way! The kitchen is amazing. It had all of the tools/cookware/dishes we needed to cook hearty dinners for our party of 9. The teen boys claimed the downstairs "lounge area" as their own and spent their apres-ski time/evenings playing on their Nintendo Switch that was brought from home. It also kept them contained while the adults enjoyed conversation and cocktails upstairs in front of the huge fireplace. My favorite amenity in this house was the steam shower in the master bathroom! It felt heavenly after coming in frozen from a day on the slopes (it had never been this cold in all of our years coming here) to melt and defrost in the steam/heat! Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful house! Rent it for your stay - you will not be disappointed! The only suggestion I have is to maybe add a TV to the great room upstairs. Since the boys were occupying the TV downstairs playing video games, the 4 adults had to retreat to the master bedroom to watch TV together. LOL! Thanks so much for the amazing stay, Guyton Family!!

Mardi Gras and Snow

Our stay was phenomenal! We loved the access to ski in /ski out for those who were able to ski in. The home is very comfortable and cozy and provided amenities for all ages. Really liked how the floors emitted heat during the winter when walking around ! The setting of the house is private. It is short distance Driving to and from the lodge for skiing, etc as well as the city market for grocery across the highway. This provided us with the convenience to quickly run to and from the grocery when needed. Allison responded to questions when needed and was very easy to get in touch with! We hope to come back again soon!

We love the accessibility of this neighborhood from Denver and the Front Range Communities. The views from the home are vast and beautiful every single day, rain, shine or snow. We can leave the house on foot or bike and within 5 minutes can access miles and miles of trails. Within 15 minutes by car, one can experience Winter Park, Devils Thumb Ranch & Spa, YMCA Snowmass Ranch, Granby, Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Forest----endless possibilities.
