Condo was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the chairs on the balcony for morning coffee. Could use a little upgrade with coffee mugs and wine glasses. Bathrooms and kitchen are dated but were fine for our short visit. A/C worked great. Location was perfect!

everything was great. family enjoyed their stay very much. the only negative would be the chairs on the balcony are ripping on the sides. they were like that when we got there.

Girls vacation

Condo was very nice, clean but could use some upgrades. Chairs on the balcony were very old and should be replaced before someone falls through one. Location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. Parking onsite was a plus!

The Ashworth was a great place. The condo itself was very dated, very tired without any upgrades. The location was perfect for walking and grocery store etc. would stay again just a different condo. Although decent price for the place.

Was good size condo but floors were dirty on our arrival(I know that sand is hard to manage but was not what we expected) and feel that unit needed updated. Living room furniture dirty and wall paper in bathrooms peeling off.

Sorry to hear that you had issues during your stay. We were unaware that there was an elevator outage at the property, but the HOA is usually very good about getting things like this addressed asap. The glass tabletop was secured as it should be. However, it's not meant to support the weight of a person.

The unit was very clean (with the exception of some almost inevitable beach sand on the floors!) and quite roomy. Our group of 8 felt they had lots of space. The view from the balcony and master bedroom was fantastic. Very close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely book this unit again!

Sweet Escape

Thank you for sharing your place with us, the location, the view, the surf, the people, the food was absolutely amazing. The Melt, Buoy on the boulevard, the Local Restaurant & Georgio’s has fabulicious food. The Voyage has a great crew to go watch Dolphins! I’m sure you are aware the carpet needs a deep deep cleaning or to be replaced. We understand how things like that get thrown to the back burner sometimes. All in all our trip was wonderful.

Overall Great Stay

The size is phenomenal. 3 bedrooms with 3 baths in a condo is amazing with a larger family. Management was great. They were able to accommodate us coming into town earlier than normal check in, which was also a huge plus with small kids! The only thing I would maybe recommend is updating the washer and dryer. Especially the dryer. On average, it took 3 times of turning it on 80 minutes for that load to dry (3-4 hours). We just scheduled it accordingly and it wasn’t an issue. Overall, great place! Would I stay again? Absolutely! Buut, I think they should look into updating the washer/dryer.

Condo needs some updates and maintenance. Could smell the mildew odor as soon as you walked in. There was a dehumidifier but it had shut off due to being full of water. There were also containers in every room. Carpet also needs to be replaced.

Worked for the fam

The location of this condo was amazing. The beach access was amazing. The condo itself was amazing. The beds were uncomfortable, but nothing a pillow topper couldn’t fix. And the only complaint I would have is that we dedicated one day to the pool and the staff that monitored the pool area were so creepy and rude. It was so bad in fact that not only our family but other guests left the pool area for the day. And we noticed from that day forward that the pool area stayed empty for the most part. So, keep that in mind if you have a pool day. It was bizarre. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others if they don’t mind skipping the pool.

The rental condo was pretty spacious and clean albeit there’s a whole lot of work that could be done to it to make it look a lot nicer. Eventually things start looking shabby. Some of the floors have been replaced with LVP so they looked nice. The rental manager’s office could be a bit friendlier but I only had to converse with them a couple of times so no real big deal. Just when you’re spending that much money for just a few days and check in is late and check out is early you would kind of like to feel like they appreciated your money a little bit. But all in all it was a fun time with our son and daughter-in-law! North Myrtle Beach will be on our beach list from now on!
