Cocina abierta / sala de estar, ideal para pequeñas reuniones. Televisor inteligente de pantalla grande con WiFi de alta velocidad disponible para trabajo o entretenimiento básico. Can't beat it!

I've lived in Texas my entire life and we have stayed in San Antonio dozens of times. If you do not want to stay downtown, but want quick access to downtown, and other attractions such as the botanical gardens, this is the place! We (4 humans and a canine) were in town for a veterinary conference , here is our story..... Pros: The location is great, on the edge of a good neighborhood right off the highway. Our Uber to and from the river walk was about a 10-12 minute ride for about $15-$16. The rate for this place is unbeatable. This place has curb appeal and the house was very clean. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds were more comfortable than ours, kitchen is large and fully furnished, the yard is perfect if you are traveling with your dog. There is a 24-hour store within walking distance, washer and dryer on-site, good water-pressure in the shower. The owner responds very timely. Con: The awning in the back needs attention. Conclusion: We would stay here again!

Great place to stay, great owners

This place was perfect for me and my two dogs to stay while in San Antonio. The backyard is fenced and it is a good neighborhood to walk the dogs. It was clean and the owners were super responsive. I ended up coming a day early and leaving a day late and they were very helpful getting that arranged. I couldn’t be more happy and would definitely rent again.

Lovely Home

It is basically a home away from home. I loved the area, very quiet. Big yard for the dogs!! Loved that part. Everything was very accommodating, the owner was response to any questions. Would highly reccomend to anyone renting.

Wonderful Home with a Great Location!

Every year, two friends and I take a trip somewhere in the country to enjoy the local sights, food, and craft beer scene. This year, we chose San Antonio as one of our destinations. We stayed at this property from July 28 - August 3, and we could not have been happier with our accommodations! The house was in a quiet neighborhood near The Quarry, a large shopping/dining destination. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great! We made breakfast each morning, and there were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and dishes available. The refrigerator was large and allowed us to easily store any food we bought or brought home from local eateries. While the kitchen had no dishwasher, hand washing the few dishes we dirtied was quick and easy. I cannot stress how great the location of this property is. We were a few minutes away from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and an H-E-B. Better yet, we were no more than 15 minutes away from anything in the city: downtown/River Walk...7-10 minutes; the missions...15 minutes; The Quarry...5 minutes; the zoo and the botanical gardens...10 minutes; Pearl...10 minutes. We were close enough to everything that we wanted to see, yet we were far enough removed from the tourist areas to find peace at the end of the day. Finally, Jes (the property owner) was wonderful! She was very quick to respond to any question I had, and she made sure that we had everything that we needed. She was always kind and helpful, giving us tips when asked. She cared, and these days, that kind of personal attention is hard to find. If you find yourself lucky enough to be traveling to this beautiful city, select this property for your stay. You’ll be glad you did!

Newly modeled home in the middle of everything!

This house is awesome! It’s perfect for everything we wanted/needed to do. Newly remodeled so it looks great in the inside and it’s in a good neighborhood; not to mention it’s close to just about anything you need! Jes was a great host! Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing Hosts & Great Location!

Jes and her husband truly went above and beyond in every aspect of renting this home. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in process was simple enough using their lockbox; no issues. The home itself is in a very nice neighborhood and was very clean. There is a spacious backyard, along with a nicely decorated living area. Kitchen was very modern, including an island bar area. I was using this home as a means to be near downtown, and it's only a 8 min Uber ride away, so prime location. Again, Jes was very thoughtful throughout the stay and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!
