Perfect for family gathering

The villa is beautiful and is perfect for a family gathering. It allows plenty of together time (shared kitchen, living area, balcony), but also has the independence of each family member (big rooms with own bathroom). The pool, jacuzzis and beach area, the restaurant and the people working there were amazing too. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Wonderful resort stay

Accommodations were exactly as presented. Fantastic for Grandparents, parents and kids. 6 people. Resort was nice. A couple of tips, for best service set up by the pools. Make sure to tip the folks setting up lounges and chairs.

A little bit of paradise!

You could not ask for a nicer place. The staff is very accomodating from the time you walk in the door. Everything is perfect, very clean - the pool with the swim-up bar is fantastic! The food at all the restaurants was outstanding. It is also a short walk (or cab ride) into Bucerias where there are lots of shops and excellent restaurants. Brad and Joey answered all of our questions, they were very accommodating, and their place is beautiful. Everything was outstanding and we can't wait to come again!

Perfect stay!

Our group of seven booked the three bedroom villa and it was just as pictured. The grounds at Villa La Estancia are beautiful and the staff is so friendly. We did not do the all inclusive and enjoyed stocking up on beverages and groceries at La Comer and enjoying dinners out in Bucerias. Brad and Joey were very helpful and sent a cheat sheet that was comprehensive and gave a lot of great tips. The beach in front of the villa is incredible, soft sand bottom ocean and lots to do. We would highly recommend booking here!

Family Thanksgiving week

Property is beautiful and perfect for all ages- Gorgeous ocean views, very well appointed kitchen, etc.. with 2 plus 1 for 3 total bedrooms with great balconies and very nice living space- The on property staff are outstanding from excellent staff by the pools and beach, very helpful concierge team, etc.. Perfect and beautiful place to spend family time! Brad and Joey are terrific at keeping in communication and making sure all is going well- Highly recommend booking with them!

Spectacular View and lots of Amenities

Brad and Joey's unit has an unbelievable view and it is very accommodating. They provided us with about 10 pages of things to do, places to eat, and places to go - this document was invaluable. It was very helpful explaining all the amenities and places to eat at the resort and it was especially helpful when we went into Bucerias for the day. This was our second trip to Villa La Estancia and we will most certainly be back. Thank you.

The perfect place to stay

This was our 6th or 7th visit to Villa La Estancia and we have loved every one of them. Beautiful condos, great pool on a pefect beach, great weather and a great location. We love Bucerias, just a short walk or cab ride away. Loved our meals at Culi, Toscana Mia, La Casona, Mezzagiorno, and Loma 42 this visit. We stayed in a Brad and Joey 3 bedroom unit and it was perfect - nicest unit we have stayed in anywhere. Tons of room for 6 adults, privacy and great views. Aaron at the pool for chairs and towels is a really hard worker and a nicer person. Also, kudos to our pool waiter, Santana.

Will be back!

First time staying in the Bucerias area in all the years we've been travelling to Puerto Vallarta. We travel with a group, 6 to 12 of us, ages from 6 to 50 so always looking for a place to please everyone's taste. This year there were 10 of us and Villa La Estancia fit the bill. The tranquility of the resort is what we were looking for and Bucerias is just a short walk for the night life. We rented a 3 bedroom suite from Brad & Joey who were fabulous to book through and responded quickly to my every question and concern. The villa was everything we expected and would definitely return. The staff at the resort are 5*! Food was fantastic although we ate off the resort most nights.

Paradise - We will be back

The resort is fabulous. Service was amazing. The location of this particular unit was super convenient with a great view, and easy access to lobby and pool. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, had all needed amenities. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions. Also loved the location of the resort to to Bucerias. Several excellent restaurants on the beach. The food at the resort is also excellent if you don’t want to venture out. We’ve stayed at the Las Estancia in Cabo. They are very similar but Vallarta was not as busy, which we enjoyed. We took the resort shuttle from airport, and cabs to Bucerias. All very clean and inexpensive. We did not feel the food or beverages were pricey at the resort, or in Bucerias, especially with the conversion rate right now. Thank you for letting us stay! We will be back!

Hubbie's 50th Getaway Celebration

Fantastic stay in PV! We have stayed at La Estancia many times and rented through both the resort and various owners. Brad & Joey were BY FAR the easiest to rent from in both communication and pointers for both the area and the resort itself. This is the first time I have rented a unit with two master bedrooms which was perfect for us, our 3 adult daughters and a son-in-law. We had a family of cousins with us who rented a unit from another owner in the resort and all had a fantastic time. We did all take advantage of purchasing the all-inclusive for the minimum time (3 days) which gave us worry free eating and drinking resort time but then gave us additional days to go out and about. We spend most of our time in Bucerias when leaving the resort and appreciated the add'l info from Brad & Joey about newer restaurants and pricing. Sandrinas and Karen's are two of our favorite restaurants that we always have to hit up as well as Jan Marie Boutique is a neccesary stop for fabulous merchandise. We highly recommend renting from this friendly and helpful duo. Also noticed attention to their particular unit as we have stayed in so many.

Love Villa La Estancia

This trip was our 5th stay at Estancia. This year due to growth of our family we rented the 3 bedroom unit. The location on the 2nd floor near the pool was great, as was the layout of the unit. We did have some plumbing and HVAC problems that had not previously been pointed out to the property manager. All were repaired within a reasonable time. The kitchen was a little under stocked with eating utensils and dishes for a large group wanting to prepare meals. Wifi did not always work, possibly because of problems with the internet provider. Because of these issues, I am not comfortable with giving a 5 star review for this trip. But would gladly go back next week and expect to have a 5 star experience. The staff and property manager were all very helpful and responsive.

Fabulous 3 Generation Getaway

We had an amazing vacation! Everything went extremely seamless from booking to the beach! Brad & Joey answered all of our questions and helped us book with ease and confidence - they were fabulous hosts. We’d stayed at the Flamingo before, so loved having access to this resort also. The additional restaurants and another pool - that was more suitable for our active boys, was perfect. We love staying at places with a kitchen, so we can cook a few meals. It’s super easy to get a cab to the nearby supermarkets! The spa is one of my favorites, while my husband and parents love the beach massages! I highly recommend this suite (loved location & view) and resort.

Great Location Beachfront

This property was enjoyable! Very quite and the location can't be beat close to Bucerias! We really enjoyed the usage of the property next door at the Flamingos which included two different evenings of entertainment! One was a Fiesta night and the other was a Beach Party dinner and show. Our group purchased the three day all inclusive packages and we had one breakfast buffet at the Las Estancia, this experience wasn't great as the food wasn't hot. We chose to eat our all inclusive meals at the Flamingos next door with no issues. My first drink order for a strawberry margarita was made with a red syrup mixture instead of fresh strawberries, not great! don't order this, and yes they have fresh fruit at the bar. I respectfully suggest making guests feel more welcomed by ensuring bottled water is included when you arrive at your Villa. The fridge freezer could use an ice tray and the kitchen to include dish soap. It seemed odd the all four bathrooms had half used toilet rolls. Brad and Joey did communicate by sending information about the local area and the Villa Las Estancia before our arrival, this was very helpful. Thank you for a great stay!
