Ski-In, Ski-Out Actualizado Mammoth Condo con impresionantes vistas

Unfortunately, I'm not surprised by this review as this guest made it clear after his stay through numerous harassing, threatening and vulgar messages that he would do what he could to negatively impact the rentability of the condo if I filed a damage claim against him. In nearly a decade renting on VRBO (only 5 star reviews and Premier Host status) this guest was by far the worst I have ever encountered. He caused nearly $1,000 worth of damage and a number of items were missing after his stay. He brought a service animal that left dog feces and urine throughout multiple rooms, left dirty dishes and pans everywhere in the kitchen as well as large amounts of grease and food spillage on and inside nearly every appliance. In addition, upon his departure, he left on every single light in every single room. Please know that I have never had to file an insurance claim before but this guest left the condo in such bad condition that insurance approved the claim in one day. Regarding his review, during his stay I received messages that everything was good with the condo. He claims that cleaning didn't leave soap or shampoo but fails to mention that cleaning delivered it to the condo immediately upon being made aware. Also, the decorative glass fireplace door wasn't laying on the floor but rather one post of it came off the track and was still attached to the fireplace as he the guest wrote to me. Regarding the light cover, it did fall which has never happened before, but again he fails to mention that he sent me a message informing me that he thinks it fell due to the wind as it was extremely windy on the mountain that day. I can only assume that he left one of the doors or windows open if he is writing that it was most likely from the wind. The carpet was in really good condition prior to his arrival as it was professionally cleaned just a few weeks before. There were no stains or burn marks as I have photos from before he arrived. Finally, I tried to be nothing but nice to this guest, responding to all his messages immediately and even allowing him to stay well past his checkout time. Not only didn't he seem to be in any hurry to leave but once he did checkout, he contacted me within the hour of doing so asking if he could check back in and stay an additional night. I find it strange that a guest claiming that there are much better places to rent drove out of his way past dozens of other lodging possibilities to check-in again and stay another night at the condo. Lastly, there is nothing 80's about this condo as most everything is new or relatively new inclusive of the furniture, appliances, electronics, linens, bedding, cookware, etc...which I have numerous receipts for. Clearly, this review by the guest doesn't make any sense as one could easily look at the photos of the condo and read the other reviews to know what staying at the condo is truly like. Thankfully, all the damage was able to be repaired and cleaned throughly and the condo is back to the high standards that have always been expected.
