Kamaole Beach Park III está al otro lado de la calle del exclusivo Maui Kamaole. Esta propiedad cuenta con un exuberante paisaje tropical, dos hermosas áreas de piscinas con bañeras de hidromasaje y juegos de agua. Hay parrillas a gas en toda la propiedad y canchas de tenis disponibles para su uso. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was a beeping fire alarm at 4am which had us up searching for a 9V battery. None in the condo so I had to go to the store at 6am when they opened and buy one. Maybe put a few in the closet in case this happens again. Thanks for the stay!

Fresh, great view, close to the beach, awesome pool

The property surroundings are gorgeous, the plants and sights. The 2nd pool on the property..gorgeous, the waterfall and stones and plants make it feel incredible. You do have to walk there for 5ish minutes, but we were ok with it. About same distance to the Karaoke 3 park. Beach is very nice there and there are swings for the kids. The property is nicely remodeled, comfy beds, clean. Has the beach amenities like umbrellas and chairs, kids beach toys. I was confused at first by the amount of information and rules for the property, but it all made sense.

Well equipped ocean view across from the beach

Place was accurately listed, well equipped, including in the kitchen. Relaxing space. Ocean view from deck and just across street from beach. I alway appreciate the community grills in this complex. Management communication was great.

A little damper to a wonderful holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An updated picture of the view is needed as we could not see the ocean as advertised due to the growth of the trees. Overall we had a nice vacation. We had to keep our doors closed at night as the roosters start at about 3am ish. We grew up on a farm and understand that, just never thought that would be an issue on a holiday in a city. The disappointing part was all the chicken **** on the plants next to the barbeque and the fact that they roosted right above the barbeques in our cluster. We were also killing 20 small cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms in a 24hr period before they took us seriously about them and sprayed. The deck table was rusted which made it hard to keep clean and the unit could handle a deep clean as the scale on the shower glass was filthy and the dead bugs beside the fridge were disappointing. However, the kitchen was well stocked, the blender was probably used the most (pina coladas were amazing lol), and there was an assorted supply of pool and beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc. that we greatly appreciated. Once the **** roach problem is addressed this unit would be a good choice for a holiday.

Perfect Maui retreat

Beautiful grounds and the perfect location. Ironically discovered we stayed at same place 16 years ago, different unit. The unit has everything we need and was well appointed. The decor made it feel comfortable and homey. The management company addressed a minor appliance issue (coffee pot) quickly with no fuss. Very clean, ample towels and beach accessories. Peaceful to walk around or just sitting on the patio. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A short 2 minute drive up the road to public beach access where there was perfect snorkeling to see lots of fish and sea turtles. Certainly in walking distance if you don’t mind carrying beach equipment. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back here again. Mahalo

Attentive Property Management!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was as described -- as others have mentioned, excellent assortment of beach gear in the lanai closet. I must mention how attentive the property management company was. Our first morning there, could not get the coffee maker to work. Emailed the property managers and (literally) within 15 minutes a brand new coffee maker arrived. So appreciated that! And then, when I carelessly left three items behind during checkout (but was still on the island up in Kaanapali), the management company was again very attentive and responsive in helping me arrange to retrieve the items. I was really impressed with their prompt service and communication!One thing to be aware of: I'm sound sensitive and didn't realize the bedroom with the queen bed (upstairs) was a loft room (i.e. no bedroom door and one missing wall/loft area right above kitchen and common area). If I'd have just been staying with my husband, would have been fine (sound and privacy-wise) but with kids downstairs staying in the only other bedroom (twin beds), I did miss the quiet and privacy that would have been afforded with a standard bedroom. Just be sure you realize the configuration before booking! Otherwise, peaceful unit, lovely grounds, and if they changed the upstairs bed to a more comfortable one (and a KING), I'd stay again!

Close to the beach

Great home base for a beach vacation. 2 full baths. downstairs bedroom had 2 XL twin beds that worked well for the 6'+ adults sleeping there. Upstairs queen bed was a bit soft but functional. Upstairs room is open to below but has shutters that can block view. This worked for us but if you're interested in sound isolation, it might not work for you. Kitchen had a wide variety of plates/bowls/glasses. There were a few spices and some oil available during our stay. 6 great beach chairs and two beach umbrellas - high quality and comfortable. Also some snorkeling equipment (several sizes but not enough for 4 adults), sand toys, and two boogie boards. I recommend that you check out the equipment and the local beach (a 5 minute walk to the beach) on your first day(s) and then figure out if you need to go to one of the MANY snorkel shops before going back to that beach or driving to one of the many other options available on the island. I hope you enjoy the apt as much as we did.

Great for families

Condo was clean and well stocked with all the beach stuff you will need. The community has great pools compared to other condo communities we saw and was great to come back to at the end of the day. Absolutely recommend.

Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear provided. Amazing sunset views from the lanai and the mountains of the west side of Maui. Kamaole lll beach right across the street and a short hiking path close by. Our only gripe are the the A/C units had mold and lacked a thorough cleaning of the carpet as we found cereal from the previous guests. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at this unit.

Turtles and beaches

Great location. Walked the beaches and swam with the turtles daily. Played pickleball at a local park and met new friends. Great time!

Great stay in Kihei!

This was a great place to spend 5 days on Maui with my wife and two kids aged 6 and 9. Great location in Kihei across from beautiful beaches. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nicely done. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

6 days at Maui Kamaole

The property was beautiful and the listing was basically just as listed. My family and I were happy with the condo and location was five minutes from beaches, restaurants, and supermarket. If I ever come back to Maui I would definitely consider staying in this condo again. . The sofa bed was a little thin and springy and my son had read that there was supposed to be a mattress topper for it which we couldn’t find, so we ended up using extra blankets to make it more cushiony. Plenty of room had most things we needed except we didn’t find the laundry detergent either so we bought that. Overall we were very happy at this condo.
