Place was nice and clean, beds, comfortable, just a suggestion. I think it would be nice to have a laminated sheet with contact information and check in and check out information for easy reference. We only had decaf coffee, but it would’ve been nice to have regular coffee, we were out early in the morning and came back late in the evening so all we did was sleep there, but I would recommend it as a great place to stay. There was a problem with the faucet, but it didn’t affect us cause we weren’t there much and I’m sure they’ll get it fixed before the next people arrive. Their decor was very pleasant and attractive.

We had a great stay. The property was very clean, the towels, sheets, everything was very clean. All information that we needed was included in all the emails we received and nothing was left out. We will book again.

A fun and relaxing stay

I made a last minute reservation to stay at this property and received a call a few hours later from the property manager to make sure I received all the paperwork and information. I was so appreciative of the great communication! The property is conveniently located about 9 miles from Grand Targhee ski resort and perfect for a couple or small family. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and, although a bit dated, the property was clean and comfy. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway!

Two Women and Two Small Dogs

This is the third time we've stayed in Teton Creek Resort, but the first time in Teton Serenity. It was as we expected -- clean, comfortable, and always a concern of ours -- easily wheelchair accessible. I will have to admit, it I have preferred the two previous which had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. But they didn't allow dogs. So, as "doggie parents" often do, we made do.

Awesome but Room to Improve

The location, ease of check-in/out, free shuttle (we took it up to Targhee and into town and never drove!!!!!) hot tub, and general layout of the place were great. I will totally stay again next year. A few small improvements would give this place 5 stars. A new kitchen faucet (there is just a trickle), new hairdryer (barely works), new shower fixture (the shower plunger cut off thing would not stay up and the water would not stay flowing through the showerhead), and 2 more degrees on the water heater (just too cold, especially with the shower stream cutting off every couple seconds) would make this place absolutely amazing.

Weekend Stay

When we first arrived it was extremely warm inside like 80 deg, fireplace didn’t work, all the lights would flicker or come on and off randomly, there is not heat in the main living area, only heat in bedroom, even if it was set on at 50 deg it was too warm in there, so it was either too hot or too cold. The whole place is a little out dated but an ok stay overall. It’s a beautiful area and great location just lots of issues with our room. We enjoyed our stay none-the-less and tried to make the best of it.

Wendy, We wish you had reached out during your stay about your concerns. We have an excellent support team that should have resolved any issue with your rental right away. We looked into these issues at the property. The fireplace pilot light is controlled by the switch next to it and it had been turned off. The fireplace is the heat in the main living area, so we regret that we did not have the opportunity to help you with this during your stay. The technician stated the lights are fluorescent and flicker a bit when they were switched on. He is replacing bulbs and will look at the ballast if there are any further issues. We hope you had a great overall stay and will consider booking with us again for a future adventure.

Driggs Review

The location of this property is on a beautiful, with a stream running along the back of the units. It was easy to find and close to town. The unit had everything you'd need with enough bedding, towels, and kitchen items. Our only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the unit. The shower curtain had lots of mildew and the carpet was stained. There was a musty order when we arrived. We fixed this with Febreze and didn't notice the remainder of the stay. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Cute little apartment in quiet neighborhood. Close to the ski area if that is your interest. Appliances small and weak. Took forever to cook a burger on the stove or toast bread. While the rooms were clean, the dishes and pans were not. TV reception was poor, kept cutting out. We were there when the weather was pleasant, don’t know how it would be be if it was hot or cold out. Seems to be heated by a gas fireplace and there is no air conditioning. The latter may not be needed in ID.

Kitchen was total fail

No water from kitchen sink faucet. Freezer didn’t work - didn’t even cool, let alone freeze. And really, you want me to PAY to wash the towels I used? “Communication with property manager” should be N/A - there was none.

Hi Jacqueline, sorry to hear your experience was anything less than perfect. We always strive to provide the best customer service possible. We have searched through our email as well as our VRBO messages and we couldn't find any messages from you reporting any of these issues. We can also be reached 24/7 via phone. Had we been notified of these issues we would have done our best to remedy them as quickly as possible. The freezer does take a while to cool down after being left open to load with warm groceries and get back down to a proper temperature. Also, this home is not listed with a washer and dryer and in none of our pictures does it show a washer and dryer, sorry for any confusion on your end. The entire condo community shares a coin operated laundry facility, this condo is no exception.

This was a wonderfully maintained and comfortable property. The only issue we had was with their Dish Network which kept freezing up. Kabino's representative, Monica, was fantastic and tried repeatedly to fix the problem (along with the onsite property manager - who was wonderful). The day before we left, Dish did come out, but the problem did not get resolved. The owner of the unit really needs to resolve the issue himself. The property is located in a beautiful complex which is close to shopping and lots of wonderful eateries. The only other suggestion we would put forward to the owner is to install accessible handles in the shower. We were extremely comfortable and happy with our stay and highly recommend this property.

Few issues at this property

Overall the property was ok, however, there were a few issues. The fireplace did not work. The blinds in the living room didn’t open and close properly and slats kept falling down and I spent a lot of-time trying to fix. The curtains in the bedroom did not close. There was a huge gap. I had to place pillows in the windows to keep closed. The towels were stained.and the patio light was burned out which made it uncomfortable at night.

Hi Harvey, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your stay with us was anything less than perfect. We've updated the thermostat, which controls the fireplace to help ensure the comfort of our guests and replaced the blinds and towels as well. Being so far from the hustle and bustle of a large city is great for seclusion and adventure, but it sure can be a hassle to get things replaced or items serviced the same or next day but we try to do so as quickly as we're able. Our phone line is operated 24/7 and we would have loved to have the opportunity to make your stay a great experience!

We booked the property for 2 nights and brought our two children ages 6 and 4. The WiFi was not working and cell service wasn’t great so, it was very hard to research the area, restaurants etc. after a long drive we tried to watch a family movie, TV was not working. I endured the host and got a response the next day to try and restart the router which we did, still nothing. Eventually she suggested another WiFi network late in the day and provided a password. The photo of hot tub is misleading, it shows wine glasses as if it’s your private tub on your deck, nope, had 15 young adults in it everyone we tried. Stay in a lot of places, tuis was not even a 6/10 experience. I could go on, no cooking pan, crappy toilet paper etc but it’s a moot point.

Thermostat not working on arrival so I had to go to store to get batteries to fix it myself. 2 bath towels in whole unit. Frying pans need to be tossed in the trash. Pillows uncomfortable. I have stayed in much nicer units in these condo buildings. The owner really needs to invest in the property or sell it to someone who will.
