Disfrute de una tranquila taza de café sentado en el columpio del porche delantero mientras siente la brisa marina perfecta. A poca distancia de restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y del mundialmente famoso hotel histórico Don Cesar. No hay nada como pasar el día perfecto en la playa y justo cuando crees que has tenido suficiente sol, quédate y contempla la mejor puesta de sol sobre el Golfo de México. The house was perfect! The beach was a 5 minute walk and Walgreens was even closer which was nice to grab a few things. There is a beach wagon and beach chairs in the garage for beach days. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. We had a great time at Jimmy B’s and Toasted Monkey! The pool was so nice and the backyard was very relaxing. The host is very responsive with any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for walking to the beach. Great restaurants nearby unique to St. Pete Beach. Check-in was a breeze, great communication! Pool was fantastic. The home was a great place for work, relaxation, and exploring the neighborhood. The home is very nicely appointed, well thought out amenities for beach-goers or just hanging out at the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping this bungalow is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay for over 30+ days and can say it was a terrific location, all updated with a serene backyard with a pool! Short Walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner and the beach!

What a great house in an incredible location. It was an outstanding experience for us and our kids. Walking distance to the beach. The kids loved the pool. What a lovely place to stay!

Beautiful retreat from the world’s worries

We had a lovely stay at this property. The beach across the street,the pool was beautiful. We had 5 weeks of sunshine and heat the pool was used daily to cool off. The manager was very helpful and responded quickly with my questions or needs. I would definitely recommend and rent this house again!

Lovely Beach House

Luana's "Beach House" was perfect for our two month stay. Ideal location, being a short stroll to the beach, Walgreens, Publix and a selection of restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean with a lovely patio and pool (not heated), which suited us as we prefer colder water. A large gas bbq and firepit added to the out door experience. On the occasion that we had to contact Luana, she was very prompt in dealing with our queries.Hopefully in the future we can return.

Incredible Property

For the past several years we have stayed in several locations in FL. This property is, by far, our very favorite. We were there during the height of the Corona Virus and found the beautiful backyard, patio and inground pool to be an oasis where we enjoyed sun, evening cocktails, and eating outdoors. The house is comfortably furnished and we had everything we needed for our three-month stay. Highly recommend.

Another great stay

This was our second winter staying in this cute, well equipped beach house. We love the location away from the noise of Gulf Blvd as well as the proximity to Publix and various restaurants. Luana is a fantastic owner with quick response to any questions we had. The home is decorated with a welcoming beach theme in gorgeous calming colours and she has thought of just about everything you would need for the kitchen as well as an abundance of towels and other linens. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with privacy and several seating/dining options. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental and we hope to return in the future.

A Tranquil Gem !

My parents rented this property the entire month of November to get out of the cold in Pittsburgh. We came down the week of Thanksgiving and had such a great time. Finally having a quiet moment to review the house. You can’t help but relax in the house - the color scheme is so peacful and everything is completely updated fresh and modern. The backyard is truly spectacular- a large beautiful pool, fire pit, and spacious yard (especially nice for our 2 girls ages 4 and 7). I know my parents are talking about coming back again this year. The location is peefect - just seconds from the beach and the area has lots of good restaurants and things to do.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our cute, quiet, private winter “home”. We knew the location would be perfect as we’ve stayed nearby many times. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The house is just far enough away from Gulf Blvd to make it peaceful. The house was neat and tidy when we arrived with a very thoughtful bin of essentials on the table. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook full meals or even bake some muffins! Luana was very responsive to questions or concerns and check in was contactless and easy. The only slight issue was the endless falling of leaves into the pool and onto the patio. It was a daily chore to keep it looking nice but gave us some exercise which we likely needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Luana was a fantastic host. She was quick to respond when we had questions and left us a really nice welcome b basket. The house was immaculate -- which is very important to me. The pool and palm trees in the back yard were a constant reminder to me that I was in Florida. We really enjoyed having a garage -- we brought our bikes with us. And the house is really close to the amazing bike trails in the St. Pete area. We took a walk on the beach every day -- a mere five minute walk from the house. Loved it so much we booked again for next year!!

Dreams Can Come True

This lovely house with its outstanding landscaping and gorgeous pool made for an exceptional vacation. There is plenty of room for children and grandchildren to each have their own space and a high end kitchen that has absolutely everything you might possibly need! Lots and lots of thoughtful extras such as umbrellas, sand wagons and toys for the gorgeous beach a few minutes away. We all loved it and can't wait to return!

If we could, we would rate you as a 10! One suggestion would be providing at least Basic tv cable.

One word says it all----SUPER!!!!!! You and your assistant were immediate on your response to our questions, before and after check-in. We had expected at least a day to return our call. More importantly, everything advertised exceeded descriptions. We wished we had booked 2 months, rather than one.

Overall nice property. Well maintained. The owners were very responsive to any issues. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to some nice restaurants and the beach. Enjoyed our stay. One downside, many mature trees which dropped leaves and dirt the entire stay. We needed to sweep the pool area and clean the pool daily, which was unfortunate since the pool is not heated and was too cold to use until mid March.

Our pool cleaning company comes once a week, but if I knew that it needed to be cleaned more often I would have gladly told them to come twice a week for your convenience. Sorry you weren’t able to enjoy the pool as often as you would have liked. It’s usually about 70-75 degrees in the winter months.

SO RELAXING! Get WAY More Than You Pay For!

The best pictures can’t do this property justice! The location is amazing, and is a short walk to beautiful St. Pete Beach. This family home has been remodeled into a vacation dream home! The fenced private outdoor area boasts plenty of room for all your friends with a salt water pool, fire pit and grill. A wonderful kitchen and living area are beautifully decorated and functional, not that you will be spending much time inside with the beach so close by and the beautiful, private outdoor oasis calling your name! You can tell the owners lovingly decorated this vacation home and is the perfect oasis for some R&R. Coffee & breakfast on the front porch swing was the best way to start the day. Even though its not too far from where we live, it made us feel far away in our own private oasis. The owners were wonderful hosts, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us! We will be back.....sooner than you think!

Home away from home

Backyard oasis! Nice, peaceful, and quiet getaway for my wife and I. Loved the fact that we were a 5 minute walk to restaurants; drug store; and beach. PLUS it was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store. Neighborhood setting in which we loved because it wasn't all about tourists.

Born in raised in the Tampa Bay area it's hard to enjoy a vacation, because nothing seems better than home. It's hard to compare the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico to anything else. We are located in one of the United States favorite beaches. Why go anywhere else? We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

This property cannot be better located. Once you are here you literally don't need a car for anything. There is a local trolley that can take you to near by locations for a small fee. You have two great restaurants right on the same street. The pharmacy has just about anything you could need also on the same street. A grocery store just a 10 min walk, which happens to be right next to the best French bakery in town! And of course, last but not least you are just a 5 min walk to the beach. You can be there all day or come back to the house to cool off in a newly constructed saltwater pool! You have everything you need and could ever want. One word I use to describe this oasis is simply, "Peaceful."

Great beach bar located right next to our beach access with live music on the weekends. Tons of beach chair/umbrella rentals near by. All sorts of beach equipment rental available. Close to everything.
