Con una ubicación ideal en el corazón del pueblo de St Emilion, esta casa familiar completamente renovada lo seducirá con el encanto de sus antiguos servicios y su jardín cerrado.
Esta cómoda casa de 140m² ofrece, planta baja, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero, hall de entrada, sala de estar (sofá cama (2 personas), TV, reproductor de CD y DVD) biblioteca (libro de viaje, etc.) wifi
, baño con WC: arriba 3 dormitorios (cama doble) incluyendo un dormitorio principal con baño privado, baño con WC: en el jardín, muebles de jardín, aparcamiento privado.
Equipo completo: cafetera, tostadora, vajilla y cubertería, hervidor de agua, microondas, placa nueva, horno de pirólisis nuevo, lavavajillas, frigorífico, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, calefacción.

Stay at the stone house.

The house is quaint and beautiful, located on a quiet side street making it private yet walkable to the center of Saint Emilion. Isabelle was wonderful. We will plan to stay again.

Lovely spacious house with great amenities. Nice outdoor area and parking right at the door. Top location for 5 min walk to restaurants or stores but quiet for a sleep in. 30min walk or short drive and park at railway station for train to many places. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with main bathroom downstairs. Ensuite shower is good. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful location, walking distance to many vineyards and the village. Lots of wine shops with very knowledgeable staff, wonderful food. The gite was spacious and clean. Great place for group a get away

So nice to walk in to Saint Emillion instead to look for a parking. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed the house and our stay in Isabelle’s house.

Great location!

A short walk to the beautiful town of St. Emilion. Fully stocked kitchen. There are signs asking not to flush any paper down the toilets, which was inconvenient. We were there during a heat wave so we had to keep all of the windows and blinds closed during the day as there are no fans or AC. Portable fans would have been helpful for airflow. Otherwise a large comfortable home.

Merci de votre venue. Pour répondre à vos remarques dans les toilettes ne pas jeter l’hygiénique des femmes. D’autre part il y a dans le salon un rafraîchissent d’air dont vous n’avez pas utilisé et un ventilateur dans le grenier que j’ai oublié de mettre mais il fallait me le demander.

Outstanding stay!

We were looking for a place close to St Emilion and this checked all the boxes!! Lovely home with excellent amenities in the the kitchen and a comfortable space for friends and family. Five minute walk into the picturesque village of St Emilion. Very quiet and a bonus was walking through the local vineyards on their many trails. Our host, Isabelle, was very responsive and helpful.

It was fantastic! The location was great and it was spacious and well equipped. So clean!!! The grocery store and butcher shop are a 5 minute walk away. The setting is perfect as you are on the edge of town and surrounded by vineyards. Walk a few minutes and you have your choice of restaurants. Large outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Host is very responsive.

Home away from home

This is our second stay in this house and we enjoyed it as much as our first. The house is very well equipped and comfortable and in a fabulous location. Although it is only a short walk to the centre of the village its location provides you with a quiet haven away from the tourist bustle. Isabelle is a wonderful host and provides lots of information on the location including restaurants and chateaus to visit. This is definitely on our 'come back' list.

Marvellous Location

The location of this property is excellent for visiting St Emilion. This is a wonderful family home which is maintained to an immaculate standard so you need to treat the property with the greatest respect. Isabelle is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is a first class property with all amenities supplied to have a wonderful experience in St Emilion. I would highly recommend

Excellent Accommodation and Hostess

The cottage is perfectly located, very roomy and well appointed. We had dinner in the garden most evenings. We needed help to get fuel and Isabelle went out of her way and came to the petrol station to assist. It is not air conditioned, and temps were up to low 30s in June and it was warm but fine inside.

St Emilion at your doorstep

Isabelle’s home is in the in the absolute perfect location to explore the numerous wineries in the St Emilion village. She was awaiting our arrival, gave perfect direction on the layout and then even walked one of our family members into the village to show the location for our reservation for dinner that evening. I want to go back now! Thank you, Isabelle! We will come back.

Beautiful home in the vineyards

If you are looking for a great home close to all St Emilion has to offer, this home is it. You open the gate to a big gravel area for your car bordered by a large grass lawn complete with many loungers. The house is lovely with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge on the main floor. Roomy bedrooms (3) are upstairs. There are two bathrooms one up and a large one downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay there. You are a 5 minute walk to the centre of town with its many restaurants and wine stores. To be enjoyed.

Perfect location for a visit to Saint Emilion

You really cannot get a better location for a rental house in Saint Emilion. Just a block or so away from the center of town. The house was very nice with a big, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room for 4-6 people. The outside front lawn is fantastic for sitting around the table, sipping local wines and playing cards. For American tourists, just be aware there are 2 toilettes and neither is in a bedroom. It was not a problem for us, but I know sometimes it is confusing trying to understand what constitutes a 'bathroom' in France. If you have not visited Saint Emilion, just be aware that about 4-5 tour buses show up every day and the streets are packed with tourists, then they leave in the evening. The shops there really cater to the tourists, so everything is pretty expensive. Isabelle is very responsive and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property if you want to visit Saint Emilion and the region!

2020 replanned trip.

The property was good. The host does not speak English and I do not speak French. There is always room for mid-interpretation which happened with when we were supposed to advise on when we were to check in. Because of this, the host was rude. She was rude throughout the entire check in process. She supplies nothing, you need to clean and she charges for additional (different) cleaning and she wanted to come to check the place before our check-out date. We have stayed in many short term rentals in France and other countries and own short term rentals ourselves and have never experienced anything like this before. Truly a downer to our vacation.

un premier temps les locataires n'ont donné aucun signe de vie la veille de leur arrivée et le jour même non plus. Leur ayant envoyé 2 messages la veille et 3 le jour même réponse une demi heure avant leur arrivée alors qu'il me faut 20 minutes pour me rendre au gite. D'autre part il s'effectue un état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie. Les produits ménéger sont dispobible et le ménage est facturé comme cela est indiqué dans les règlements intérieur ainsi que dans le description du logement. Se sont des personnes de mauvaises fois et n'ont donné aucune excuse.
