It’s very disappointing when some guests try to take advantage of a situation. From the start, I had concerns about this reservation. Shortly after the guests checked in, the city experienced multiple power outages that unfortunately damaged one of my breakers, which caused issues with the WiFi and living room TV. This problem was identified at check in. Within an hour of their arrival, the guests called me along with one of their in-laws and immediately demanded a free week, stating they didn’t want to stay without WiFi or a TV in the living room. I remained calm, respectful, and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Even though the outage was completely out of my control, I quickly found a solution. I had my technician install an extension cord to power the WiFi router and living room TV, restoring service for their stay. I also apologized for the inconvenience caused by the city’s outage. Regarding the mouse issue they mentioned: the property is a mountain cabin located in a high-altitude forest area where wildlife is naturally present. We have a professional pest control company that services the cabin monthly, and they strategically place traps as a preventive measure. While it’s impossible to completely eliminate all pests in a forest environment, we take every possible step to keep the property clean and well maintained. As far as the other items we keep the house fully stock everyday needs and our Spa was and keeps working in perfect condition.

All documents are sent the day of the check we don’t send it days before due to safety reasons from other tenants staying prior your check in. All paperwork is sent via email through Docyousign. We check you in and a code was provided to you on time for your check in. So need to lie on our website. As far as towels there more than two on each bathroom. All extra towels are inside each Vanity and there are also extra towels in the living room basket for the Spa. The spa is working perfectly, every jet is turned on manually on the spa panel.
