Una "cama y cocina", Whippoorwill Haus permite a los visitantes disfrutar de la cocina completa para preparar sus propias comidas.
La espaciosa área común se encuentra en el primer piso y tiene una sala de estar con chimenea, Smart TV, área de comedor, cocina de tamaño completo y barra para tragos.

La cocina completamente equipada incluye: refrigerador grande, estufa y horno a gas, lavaplatos, máquina de hielo, utensilios, vajilla, ollas, sartenes y copas de vino.

El primer piso también incluye: tocador, cuarto de lavado y acceso para discapacitados. El porche sur principal cuenta con cómodos asientos con ventiladores superiores y domina los pastos de cuernos largos y caballos, el putting green y el comedero de ciervos.

El primer piso incluye dos dormitorios y dos baños privados.
Dormitorio uno: cama king, TV, baño con un amplio lavabo y encimera, bañera, ducha, inodoro y armario.
Dormitorio dos: dormitorio queen accesible para discapacitados con rampa de acceso desde el área de estacionamiento exterior, TV y baño compatible con ADA: ducha, inodoro, lavabo y mostrador.

En la parte superior de las escaleras hay una sala de estar que cuenta con un cómodo sofá cama con vistas a la propiedad.

Se puede acceder al segundo piso por escaleras e incluye dos habitaciones con baño privado:
Dormitorio tres: una cama doble y una cama queen, baño con lavabo individual, ducha y WC.
Dormitorio cuatro: cama king, TV, baño con bañera, ducha separada, lavabo doble y baño separado. También incluye un amplio vestidor.

This was my second stay at The Whippoorwill Haus and it was just as perfect as the first. Debbie is such a wonderful host! The house is beautifully decorated, well equipped, so comfortable, and very conveniently located. I look forward to staying here again!

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful setting! Love that each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there was a nice porch to sit on to see the beautiful countryside.

Heaven in Round Top

We rented Whippoorwill Haus for our 4 day family reunion in RoundTop, and our decision to stay here could not have been better. This perfectly decorated home was equipped with everything (and more!) we needed, from an abundance of dining & cook ware to 4 guest suites with private baths to relaxing views of nature from the large back porch. The expansive living room & dining area were perfect for the 6 of us and it easily accommodated other family members who visited. Whippoorwill Haus was quiet and peaceful in the evenings, with the faint sounds of birds and star-filled skies at night. Everyone in our group voted Whippoorwill Haus the #1 VRBO residence we had ever experienced!

Sibling Gathering

Whippoorwill Haus is a true haven! My siblings and their spouses gathered for a much-needed getaway and reconnection time and Whippoorwill Haus provided the perfect place to unwind, share meals and tell stories from our childhood. We cooked together in the well-appointed kitchen and ate meals on the large tables inside and on the back porch. We also gathered on the back porch with our coffee every morning and cocktails and wine watching the longhorns every afternoon. We spent time in town shopping, sipping, and enjoying dinner at Boon & Company and other great restaurants and shops and also enjoyed the art festival happening that weekend. It was a wonderful feeling knowing that we could drive just a couple of miles back to Whippoorwill Haus to relax again. We highly recommend Whippoorwill Haus for your next getaway.

Wonderful girls trip

Our girls’ weekend getaway was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a plate of cookies, such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Every detail was perfect, and the warm, cozy atmosphere made our stay truly special. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend at Whippoorwill Haus! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need! Debbie, the host was so great and made us feel so welcome. The beds are truly the most comfortable we have slept in! The location of the house was so close to Round Top. It was very easy to go back-and-forth. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect house for Round Top shopping with friends

This house has an excellent location just a few miles from the center of Round Top. Debbie the owner keeps it stocked with everything you need (lots more than most VRBOs I've stayed in). The house is on a farm that is beautiful and peaceful with giant oak trees. This would also be a great place for a couples weekend retreat - four couples would fit comfortably.

Girls shopping trip

I think this was our 5th year to stay at this home. It is beautiful, very accommodating- there are 11 of us- has top of the line amenities, comfortable furniture, and cozy beds. Already booked for next year!

Beautiful place for a weekend or Antique Fair

Amazing home and property

Property is a favorite among friends. Everything about it is just top notch. Location, overall property is quiet and gorgeous. Home is beautifully decorated with all the lovely extras including fresh flowers. Host is phenomenal and very accommodating. Really a 5+ property.

Wonderful memories made at Whippoorwill Haus!

Whippoorwill Haus was the perfect gathering spot for our sisters' weekend! The house is beautifully appointed and decorated. We enjoyed the back porch for afternoon wine, dinner, morning coffee and even our own church service Sunday morning. The den and dining room hosted long discussions and games and even some dancing around the kitchen island! And, the house is so close the town square where we enjoyed shopping, lunch, dinner and pie! Thank you, hosts, for sharing such a special place with us. We will definitely be back!

Amazing house and property!

A group of girlfriends and I stayed here for my 40th. We had so much fun! The house is beautiful and roomy, and the property is gorgeous. Debbie was very helpful in providing contacts for local drivers and a chef who came to the house to prepare a fabulous dinner for our group. We enjoyed splitting our time between shopping and dining in Round Top and relaxing on the porch enjoying the views. I would highly recommend this house for a friends or family trip. We will be back!

My husband, I, two children and one daughter in law graduated from UT, Austin. Our son in law is a Longhorn by marriage! We all live in Houston and Brenham but get to The Farm as much as we can.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My Husbands parents purchased this 300 acre property in 1969. We inherited it in 2007 and have operated it as a small working farm with cows, horses and donkeys. We spend most of the day outside either in the vegetable garden, or working on fences or with the cattle. Our house is located on the property with Whippoorwill Haus so even though you are in the country, you won't feel too isolated! And it's conveniently located just 2 miles from the Square in Round Top. Wine and dine in the gourmet kitchen at WH or at one of the many fine dining locations in Round Top and the surrounding counties!

We honestly are never bored at The Farm! There is always something to do. And with Round Top's growth in recent years, there's always a social event going on in town or the surrounding areas! You can experience quiet farm living or a lively small town experience.
