For the most part, we would rent this house again.The only suggestion is to bring your own pans if you plan to cook. The enamel is worn off on the ones at the house.Also, we had some issues with the wifi password/connection. One of the agents from Martha Murray had to come out to fix it. They were terrific!Overall, this is a nice centrally located place to rent.

Charming House with Updated Kitchen and Baths

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is delightful - pristine, comfortable and well designed. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen with two sinks and central a/c. Although it is not close to the beach, it is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the Dennis Stop & Shop in Patriot's Plaza. The neighborhood also has a private tennis court for the use of guests and residents. My only suggestion is to provide a few more coffee mugs for the coffee and tea drinkers among us and some large serving bowls.

Nice week

Beds a bit uncomfortable but I don’t expect luxurious mattresses either. Another tv would have come in handy and we couldn’t find lobster krackers. You are exposed to the neighbor behind you but they did have someone there measuring perhaps for a fence? It didn’t really bother us though at all. Excellent location and immaculate house

Great House

"Golden Girls" week with four friends in this very clean and nicely located house. It worked very well for us. Owner was very prompt when we had a small problem. Loved that it was a really short walk to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Close to grocery store, etc and only a short drive to Mayflower Beach which was wonderful. We had 4 really nice days to drive up, go to Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown and the beach. The last 3 days were raining and windy but there are plenty of things to do inside including Fritz Glass Blowing (highly recommended) and Edward Gorey Museum. Would maybe recommend a couple of games, puzzles, etc would be a nice touch for rainy days. Loved the decor and set up and kitchen was well equipped! Would definitely go again..

Cape Escape

This house is beautiful inside but we felt like we were in a fishbowl sitting out on the deck. The neighbors, though friendly, are all very exposed. Overall, we liked this property and would likely stay again.
