Este condominio cuenta con todos los muebles nuevos y modernos, y vistas panorámicas desde el sonido de Santa Rosa hasta el Golfo de México.

Todos los apartamentos de tres dormitorios tienen vistas panorámicas con ventanales, balcones privados, lavadora y secadora (en la unidad) y cocinas totalmente equipadas. Los tres condominios de un dormitorio están ubicados en una esquina de la torre y cada uno tiene una envoltura alrededor de balcones amueblados con vistas panorámicas.

Cada torre tiene una piscina climatizada y un spa, fácil acceso a la playa, todas las comodidades del Resort, que incluyen spa, gimnasio y restaurantes como Coastal, Al Fresco y Gulfside Grille. New years eve getaway!

The property is very nice. Plenty of amenities without feeling crowed. Every meal we had was great. The views are amazing!

Fabulous!!

This property is awesome! The views are incredible ( both the sound and gulf) the resort is incredible with your choice of pools and restaurants on property.My only complaint is that we didn’t realize there was a keurig and recycling available. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning views

We stayed for one week at this beautiful condo and it worked out perfect for our situation. We were moving our parents from Texas to Florida so all the kids came down for the move. We live in Michigan, Oregon & Montana so the beach and sunny days were a welcome break. we would definitely come back.

Great Location

This property is a great place to stay, especially in the off season. High season can be pretty packed and pools get crowded. Having stayed at many other similar places and having our own vrbos, I would recommend two things: 1.Replace the doors. this building is over 20 years ond the doors have become wet on the bottom, have swollen and need replacing. 2. The supplies are VERY sparse. One dishwashing pellet, two kitchen trash bags, one roll of tp per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, We were here for 4 nights and ran out of all supplies. This just makes it more difficult to today up. The unit could use a broom and swiffer as well. If not, it would be nice to be able to have maid service if we wanted. The views are beautiful and it is super relaxing.

Condo needs updating, otherwise grounds are very nice

We stayed here for a family vacation with our young children and parents. While Portofino resort is beautiful and has many amenities, this condo does need some updating. I did not read all the reviews before booking but many of my findings align with them. The front room mattress is very hard and noisy, there is a noticeable dip in it as well, every time we turned in bed our kids woke up next to us. The bottoms of most of the doors are swollen and chipped off paint. As another review stated the kitchen could use some baking sheets. As another review stated, the remote for the lights and shades doesn't control the rooms correctly. I used it for the living room and it turned on the lights in the bedroom. Could be user error but a previous review mentioned this as well. Great location to stay but this particular needs some TLC. I typically don't leave reviews but I do hope the owner attends to some of these items as others that have stayed here have mentioned the same thing.

Very pleasant as advertised

Everything was very nice with our stay. The property was clean and in good condition. Being on the bay side of the resort turned out to be super nice and the views were wonderful in all directions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing views.

The condo. is beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of room for everything. We had trouble using the tvs and phone as there were no operating instructions. We also could have used a few more cookie sheets.

A little disappointed

The resort emailed and asked if we would change our room because they were replacing units on the roof. We agreed but didn't realize that our room was being downgraded. There was no change in price which was disappointing. Overall the suite was large enough for our family, just a few inconveniences like hard noisy mattresses, broken couch (unusable) and only 1 chair on the balcony (the rest were broken or too rusted to be trusted)

Beautiful

The condo and resort were beautiful. Everything was really clean. The condo was spacious. I did notice not everything worked as far as the lights and shades for windows. The view of the bay was so nice. I would stay again.

This property is awesome!

Loved the condo and everything about it - spectacular views, safe complex, beautifully decorated, very comfortable with ample seating. It is on the 18th floor, so if you have any problem with heights, this is not the one for you. However, if you enjoy panoramic views of both the Sound and the Gulf, this should be your choice. I did not give 5 stars because I felt the communication was bad. Would have liked to receive a packet with contact phone numbers, etc. and instructions as to expections, check in/out times, and so forth. Thanks.
