Aunque somos nuevos en VRBO, no somos nuevos en hospedar invitados. Hemos alojado a más de 200 invitados de 11 países y hemos alcanzado el estado más alto posible, desde otra plataforma de alojamiento. ¡Bienvenido a nuestra casa histórica construida en 1875! Te invitamos a disfrutar de un alojamiento superior en este victoriano recientemente renovado. Una señal de stop lejos de las autopistas y del centro. Está a solo 5 minutos en coche de Ballparks, Fountain Square y Newport on the Levee. Dé un paseo de 5 minutos a restaurantes fantásticos, con vista a la ciudad, como Prima Vista - Fine Italian Cuisine y The Incline Public House - Amazing Food and Craft Beer. Spring Break Getaway

A great space for our family on vacation. It was nice to have a home away from home to relax in when we weren’t busy with activities. I think it made our vacation even more relaxing then staying at a hotel.

Beautiful bnb just 5 minutes away from downtown. It was clean, beautiful, lots of parking, the AC was on before we got there. They had local restraunt menus available! It was great!

Great visit!

We loved our stay in Cincinnati! The place is nice (even more spacious than the pictures indicated), the location was awesome (home from the ballgame in 20 minutes), and very responsive host (magically appeared when we fumbled with getting in the first time). Very close to Incline Public House with incredible view of the city.

Great place to stay!

Only great things to say. We loved the decorations, the comfy furniture/beds, the quality of everything including the toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, hand towels, bath towels, bed linens, etc. The kitchen is stocked nicely, we even found some water bottles in the fridge. So much better than staying in a hotel. You will not be sorry 😀

Amazing Place!

We love this well appointed and comfy home. This was our second stay here, and it did not dissappoint. The area is quiet, secluded from the city, but close enough to get to everything in a short amount of time. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, and the firepit outside is amazing. We will make this a regular stay when we come to Cinci. The hosts are fantastic people. 😉

Queen Bee Half Home Away

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home. Fabulous kitchen. Keep in mind that the bedrooms, and shower are downstairs. My own fault for not thinking about my post half marathon trek to the shower. Short drive to many restaurants, downtown, and the Duke Energy Center. Thank you again.

Terrific home base for exploring Cincinnati

We loved it! Superb access to downtown, riverfront, Great American Ball Park, Kentucky. The restoration of this historic home is impeccable, cleanliness was spotless and we couldn't stop talking about the fun decor. Conversations and beverages on the roomy porch were most enjoyable. Staircase leads down to bedrooms in the walkout basement. Bedrooms have windows with private views of lush woods behind the home. This was our first short-term home rental and we were delighted with our choice!

Perfect in every way

Mike was at the property to greet us when we arrived so that was lovely after a long drive. The home is magnificent -- very clean, decorated well with optional wine available (always a win)! Walkable to coffee shop, the best soft serve around the corner, coffee shop and two great restaurants with amazing views (we tried them both and they were yummy!). We were able to cook with everything you need to make breakfasts and dinners. Close to the zoo, and about an hour to the Ark Encounter. Lots to do close by and a comfy home to come back to! Can't wait to arrive today.

Terrific Stay

M&M’s 2 BR home is very spacious. One of the largest 2 BR I’ve stayed in Cincinnati. Location was 4 minute drive to downtown. This part of Price Hill is safe and well kept. The Incline Public House is within walking distance and must be checked out for the view and food. Parking was off street but always available. Both BRs are on the lower level, which was fine with us. Snacks and waters were provided when we arrived. Very nice touch. I highly recommend staying at this M&M property.

Great stay!

The place was great! We were in town for Taylor Swift and loved the proximity to downtown. You get to enjoy feeling like a local while being only a very short drive away from the stadium. We got home after the show in 25 minutes which was so much faster than we anticipated. If you’re looking to be close to downtown without being in downtown, this location is great. We met the hosts on our first night. So friendly and helpful! They gave us so many recommendations on where to eat and what to do. They have done an amazing job renovating the home to be cozy and welcoming. They were quick to respond, meet our needs anyway they could, and checked in regularly to make sure all was okay. Will definitely stay here again when back in the city!

Incline District Holla!

Some family told us we wouldn’t like the area. Pshhh shows how much they know... we LOVED LOVED LOVED it. The space was spacious and clean. You know how some listings (AirBnB, VRBO, Zillow, etc) take pics with a wide lenses to make the place look bigger than it is...and you see it and it’s not what you expected?...yeah, they didn’t do that. It was perfect. We never ran into Mike and Missy bc our schedules didn’t link up but they were super accommodating. I told them it would be nice to have TV’s downstairs but we didn’t need them. We were too busy with our wedding plans that weekend. I would definitely come back! For someone who uses AirBnB as their go to, I’m heading back to VRBO for Cincinnati. Xoxo thanks Guys!

Birthday getaway / Ark encounter trip

We had a wonderful weekend in Mike and Missy’s wonderful home ! It was beautiful , spacious , clean , inviting home and looked exactly like the pictures ! Mike and Missy are so nice and welcoming . They gave us great recommendations for dinner and their home is so conveniently located close to downtown and the just a short drive to the Ark encounter and Creation Museum . Would highly recommend a stay at their home !!:)

Home Away From Home

Had a great time with all that Cincinnati has to offer. While we were on the go most of the time, it was a treat to just hang at the house and enjoy its many comforts and amenities. And don't miss checking out the neighborhood (BLOC Cafe, the Overlook, etc.)

Sister’s trip

This was the perfect place for our sisters trip. We had everything we needed and when we needed extra supplies the host was quick to reply. The house was roomy, clean and decorated nicely. It was close to downtown and easy to find. A perfect getaway for us.

My wife Missy and I were high school sweethearts that lost each other for 25 years. We reconnected on a popular social media site in 2010, got married on the porch in July (2016) and bought the house that September. Our goal, from there, was to renovate the downstairs into a BNB. The prospect of meeting interesting people and sharing stories is an exciting new chapter in our lives.

Our property is located in the Price Hill Incline District - A Neighborhood on the Rise

The Incline District rests on top of the western section of the former Price Hill Incline. This first incline (train) in Cincinnati opened in 1874 and enabled Price Hill to become a thriving neighborhood known for its first and second generation Irish and German Catholic immigrants. The district has a plethora of views and is extremely close to downtown and expressways.
The Incline District, in which development ranges from the 1850s through today, features Italianate row houses, Shingle and Queen Anne Victorians, Colonials, and many varieties of Arts and Crafts four squares and bungalows.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Original hardwood floors, 11' ceilings, wooded view from every window and a great front porch! Although we are just minutes from down town, you will likely see many types of wildlife. We have frequent visits from Deer, Red Fox and other woodland creatures. You will see and hear many species of birds, including the Barred Owl.
We have two VERY friendly dogs Mollie and Ginger, and a cat Ruby, which live upstairs with us. They are not permitted in the rental space. Please let us know your thoughts, regarding our furry family members. They will be more than happy to lick your face or we can keep them at a distance. Either choice is perfectly fine with us!
