Apartamento, clara, brillante y muy tranquila, con un gran balcón con vistas a los tejados de París. Central para los Champs Elysées. Completamente renovado por un arquitecto en 2016.

Apartamento 38 m 2 habitaciones que pueden alojar cómodamente a 4 personas. En la 6ª planta.

Situado en la zona histórica del Arco de Triunfo, con sus edificios del siglo XVIII, muchas tiendas, restaurantes y cafés. Va a disfrutar tanto de la tranquilidad del apartamento y el barrio animado.

Salón con 2 grandes ventanas luminosas con vistas a un gran patio luminoso y tranquilo. cocina moderna totalmente equipada con una mesa de bar grande para 4. Habitación con vistas a un patio muy tranquilo. moderno cuarto de baño con una gran ducha a ras de suelo. inodoro. Muchos armarios.

Clean 6th floor apartment (with elevator access) close to public transportation. Apartment looks into a courtyard and is well-equipped (laundry, kitchen, etc.). Communication was good, especially the directions for finding and accessing the apartment.

The Host was nice and communicated back usually in a reasonable amount of time. The location was within a 15 minute walk to the Arc. The pictures looked a lot nicer than things actually are. The kitchen was disappointing, the appliances that you would need to use in the kitchen were not clean and we did not prefer to use them. The kitchen lacked necessities like paper towels, hand soap and coffee. AC unit is a tower fan that you have to keep putting water and ice packs into. The AC tower fan does not cool accurately. There is only one of these fans in the living room and nothing in the bedroom. There is one floor fan in the living room and one on a nightstand in the bedroom. With the 3 ineffective fans it meant you have to step across cords in your walking paths. Very uncomfortable temperatures for doing anything in the apartment especially sleeping. The last night and our departure morning there was no hot water available for showering or to use in the kitchen. The best feature of this apartment is its close proximity to attractions.

I am very badly surprised with your severe and unfair review. What a disappointment, I don’t understand. I want and I need to answer every points. The pictures of my listings are exactly the same as the reality. We always clean thoroughfully the apartment, my apologies if we missed a glass or a knife. There are paper towels in the upper closet of the kitchen. There is handsoap in the bathroom, in the kitchen and spares ones in the drawers of the bathroom. I am not providing coffee but there are 2 coffee machines, a standard one and a Nespresso. I am nowhere mentionning in my listing there is AC in the apartment. There are 2 fans and an air cooler. Concerning hot water, I am very sorry for this. This is a topic totally out of my control because the hot water is coming from the building not from my apartment. There has been indeed an exceptionnal and very temporary shut down which is now fixed. Again I am sorry for this. On my side I could say I was a bit disappointed with your communication. You informed me the morning of your arrival, after we had already prepared the apartment, there will be 2 additional persons with your daughters and you will be at the end 4 persons instead of only 2. We had to go back to the apartment before your arrival to prepare an additional bed. I wanted to please you then I didn’t complain at the time and I didn’t even charge you for the extra fee which comes normaly for 2 extra persons. Then overall all your comments are really inappropriate and disappointing !

Good for short stays. Closets and drawers were limited. Location close to Arch and metro. Clean and modern and quiet.

Dear Barbara, thank you for the review. I am surprised with your comment on "limited closets and drawers". We put so many! Did you notice there was a "hidden" closet in the corner of the living room? When we remodeled entirely the interior design, we choosed a hidden style for the closets, meaning they look like the walls

Very nice apartment .

Great location and very clean and well-maintained's apartment. Not spacious but comfortable . Would have been nice to of had some air-conditioning is it was very warm for the few days I was there. Great location.

Thank you for this nice review Tim. It was a pleasure to welcome you. It is true there is no AC in the apartment but I hope you have seen the big fan which is available in the closet of the bedroom. Also a good thing to know with my place is that it is so quiet and so safe you can leave all windows open at night on both sides of the apartment to get some fresh air. That's a pitty if you didn't do so because this way the ventilation of the apartment is very efficient and the place comfortably fresh at night.

Fabulous One Bedroom

Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Only drawback is no a/c during a week of 95+ degree F weather. I will certainly use again.

Thank you very much for this nice review. It is true it was very hot during your stay. We are not used to such high temperatures. Fortunately sleeping all windows open on both sides of the apartment helps. I also have now a big and efficient fan.

The apartment was wonderful for our family vacation in Paris! The apartment was very clean and has everything you need including laundry, nice bedding and towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The host was wonderful! He provided clear instructions for how to get to the apartment on transit and very clear instructions for check-in. He answered questions very quickly and was highly responsive. The location of the apartment is amazing. Steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. Easy access to transit, restaurants, markets, and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this apartment for perfect accommodation in Paris!

I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer. The apartment was actually hotter than the temperature outside, which made it quite uncomfortable. However, the location was very convenient and made it easy to get around.

I am sorry you came during a very unusual heat wave. Did you leave the windows open on both sides of the apartment, in the living room and in the bedroom ? If you do so you are able to get the fresh air at night. Also I just purchased a new air cooling system. That’s a pitty he didn’t arrive before your stay. It is now available in the apartment.

Great property!

Check in was easy with clear instructions. Location is fantastic! Gave it 4 stars as we were there in August when most things are closed around there (even the boulangerie for the last 2 days!). But it’s Paris in August! Apartment is exactly as listed. Kitchen utensils are sparse but you have the necessities.(with minimal dishes, it would be great to have a dishwasher pod for each day of the proposed stay so we don’t have to buy more pods). Jean-Francois responds very quickly. No problems! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great Location & very comfortable

LOVED this apartment. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook a quick meal. Bakeries, restaurants, grocery store, fine dining, even a butcher all on the same the street. The Arc de triomphe and Champs-Elysees just a 10 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the Argentine metro which can take you anywhere. Will definitely come back to this place.

Court séjour à Paris

Très bien situé donnant sur une jolie cour intérieure sur une rue calme près des commerces et transports en commun. Procédures d’arrivée et de départ très faciles et très bien expliquées même si sans contact humain. L’appartement est petit mais c’est Paris. L’essentiel y est et il y a plusieurs commerces, épiceries et restos tout près.

Great location & light (natural & indoor lighting)

The shower drain was clogged so we experienced flooding in the bathroom one morning but the property manager sent someone to fix the problem the next day. Also the apartment “rules book” is missing information on how to use the oven and the microwave oven. And in which drawer to put the suds when using the washing machine. Finally did not tried to watch TV until the very last day and it seems that the TV internet system is not working very well. Told the property manager of those problems so I hope it will correct them for his next guests. Otherwise great apt & great neighborhood !

Small apartment near l’Arc de Triomphe

Perfect location near champs Élysées. Nicely sized apartment for 2-3 people. Well equipped. Everything worked. Clean, easy access and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
