Palace Hillside is a beautiful home that is well appointed with comfortable beds and it's like staying in a art gallery/museum with all the beautiful artwork, sculptures and such. The outdoor areas are very peaceful and private. We used the front and back areas quite often and grilled on two occasions on the nice Weber grill.The location is perfect for walking to the galleries and there is plenty of parking for 3 vehicles without having to move any of them to pull out.There are only a few negatives. 1. There is no actual coffee pot, you have to use the french press. 2. There is no microwave. 3. Backing out of the driveway can be a challenge if you've got bike racks on the back of your vehicle. Other than those 3 things, this place is AMAZING and you won't regret staying here.

Our 4 night stay at the Palace Hillside couldn't have been better! The location is excellent, within walking distance of many must-visit places. Every room is clean and beautifully decorated with art on the walls and tables. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, seating, and en suite bathrooms with L'Occitane products. We only had limited time to spend enjoying one of several comfy outdoor seating areas due to weather and our schedule. The property manager was easy to reach and pleasant when we got lost due to entering the wrong address into our navigation app. Due to the multi-level layout (4 steps up/down to the den and second bedroom plus a couple of steps up to the main house), this would be a wonderful spot for a family without little ones or for a group of adult friends. The house is not child-proofed.

The location is perfect for quick access to the Plaza, Georgia O’Keeffe museum, and major historic sites (St Francis Cathedral, Loretto Chapel). Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We used the TV room for movie nights and kitchen for family dinners when we weren’t going out. The kitchen is well-stocked with gear and the appliances are modern and easy to use. The master bathroom has a large shower and closet space. Tatiana was on top of making sure we had everything we needed and showing us around the property. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property for a stress free and comfortable week

This property was a perfect place for our three couples to have a lovely and relaxing week. The decor inside and out was impeccable. The kitchen was well appointed with room enough for us to all contribute with preparing snacks. We were able to hook up our laptops to the large screen TV, and share family pictures. The grill was like new. The luxurious beds with private bathrooms were welcoming at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this property for adults who want to share time together in a lovely setting. There is also a lot to see in the area. We particularly enjoyed Bandelier National Monument.

Enchanting Santa Fe rental

Reviewer Comments: Located just blocks from Canyon Road’s art galleries and first class restaurants this enchanting home is the perfect setting to enjoy Santa Fe. The house is filled with light and artiscally decorated. The outside patios are beautifully landscaped with lovely sitting areas and sparkling evening lights. The kitchen is equipped to cook a gourmet meal and the bathrooms are filled with fresh towels, robes and bath salts. Even locale guidebooks are provided to assure you have a wonderful visit. This was our first vacation home rental and it will not be our last.

Newly remodeled, with everything you need/want and a nice stroll to the plaza and art district. The property management team is delightful and very responsive. The only negative is the second bathroom does not have a shower, only a beautiful tub. Sadly, we are not tub people and this was wasted on us. There is a single room Casita, which was not rented, and the property management company gladly let us use it for showering.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at the Pineapple Palace was our home away from home. Every amenity you could ask for was adorned in this precious palace. The beds were wonderfully comfortable with high end sheets and the kitchen was a place a pampered chef could cook in. Walk on over to Canyone Road or to the Santa Fe downtown area filled with shopping, restaurants and museums. We would recommend the Pineapple Palace to everyone who needs a home while away from their home. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful transition to Santa Fe.
