Ubicada convenientemente en el campo de golf Angel Fire, esta hermosa casa de cuatro habitaciones con altillo y dos baños tiene espacio suficiente para familias numerosas; durmiendo hasta once invitados. Entras en la casa con solo dos pasos. Entra en la sala de estar saludada por una chimenea de gas cálido y acogedor. Vea su programa de televisión favorito en la sala de estar en la red Dish o vea una película familiar con el reproductor de DVD. La cocina tiene todos los elementos esenciales necesarios para hacer la comida perfecta. La barra de desayuno tiene capacidad para dos. Mesa de comedor para ocho personas. Accede a la cubierta desde el comedor. El nivel del piso principal cuenta con dos dormitorios, dos camas queen size. Cuarto de baño en el nivel principal tiene una ducha moderna. Beautiful Views, But Strange Master Bedroom

An overall good property with amazing views. Lots of room and places to hang out. The one area of concern was the master bedroom in that the shower, bath tub and toilet are all in the master with no separation. Use of the toilet means doing so without any privacy from the rest of the room. We ended up letting our teenager use that room and stayed in one of the other bedrooms as a work around.

Cabin in the woods

The home we stayed in was truly a log cabin in the woods. It was in a beautiful setting. Close to the skiing and grocery store and gas station. The home was surrounded by truly gigantic, gorgeous trees everywhere. We were so surprised to find snow all over the property, which may be location even more beautiful. The negatives were that the fireplace was not working properly. A part needed to be repaired so that you could have different temperatures of heat, but the handyman advised it to be done after we checked out. Also the shower in the upstairs bath had to be turned on at such a particular place on the handle so that it would put out hot water. Since this is the bathroom that our children were using, it was quite a pain to have to help them with his procedure every time they showered. The handyman suggested we could use the bathtub, but the children were all ages 7 through 11, and did not want to take a tub bath. Also that was not mentioned when we read the summary of the property. Again, the handyman said this was a piece inside of the wall that needed to be replaced, but shouldn’t be done until after we left. When speaking with the property manager, and asking for compensation for these two things that did not work as were advertised, the owners refused. They said the handyman said both items were working at a functional level. Well, yes, they were, but they were not working at 100% level. And that is not what we signed up for is partial usage of these things. This put a very bad taste in our mouth, because the next people to rent this property will have everything working 100% properly, whereas we did not. To take some money off for things not working, that were said to be working, when we signed the contract, was very disappointing. This alone will keep us from ever choosing this home to stay in again. Or use this property company. It would’ve been such a simple solution, but the owners were too stingy, too selfish, and to worried about the bottom dollar over the happiness and promised features to the renter.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location of this home. However, we are very surprised by some of the comments in your review. We immediately addressed the two issues you brought to our attention. Our handyman went to the home within an hour of your call. The first issue was with the fireplace. He assessed that the fireplace remote was not working properly; even after replacing batteries. A new remote needed to be ordered. Even though the remote was not working, the fireplace was still functional. He instructed you on how to manually operate the fireplace so you could still use it during your stay. The second issue has to do with the upstairs shower. You first reported that you were not able to use the shower while a washing machine or dishwasher was running. This was not correct information. Our handyman reported that when he arrived the shower handle was on the “off” position instead of “on” which was why the shower was not working. He instructed you on how to operate the shower handle and where to turn it to for the best showering temp. He also stated that you mentioned your children would not be using the shower and they would prefer to take “baths” anyway. The shower was working, but if we were to completely take apart the shower while you were there; you would not have been able to use it at all. He made the decision to wait so that you could continue to use the shower and tub during your stay. Everything was fully operable while you were in the home. You also left an Apple watch in the home which we promptly shipped back to you at no charge. We normally charge shipping plus a handling fee. Returning a forgotten item requires many steps and therefore man-hours: a staff member has to look for the item in the home, find it, bring it back to the office, call the guest to get proper address information, prepare the item for shipping, pay the shipping charges, and drop it off. Normally guests are appreciative when we return items they accidentally leave behind. - Resort Properties of Angel Fire
