Muy cerca del campo de golf, parques, playas del aeropuerto y centros comerciales. Excelente punto de partida para ver los sitios en el Parque Nacional Hilo, Puna y Volcán.

Great stay! The master bedroom bedding was very comfortable, and the newly renovated bathroom and kitchen were excellent. Japanese-style utensils made the stay even more pleasant. Convenient location near Safeway and close to the airport.

Great Stay in a Convenient and Clean Hilo Home

This vacation house was very convenient to all the attractions we visited. The KTA Super Store is just a few minutes’ drive away, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was spotless—clearly well cared for—and had almost all the facilities we wanted. Even without air conditioning, the fan was more than enough. Our family really enjoy a wonderful 3-day stay here!

Our Month in Hilo

The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped but located between two busy streets, so there was a fair amount of traffic noise, not to mention an annoying dog across the street that often woke us in the early morning with his barking. The house is located in a very modest neighborhood at the south end of town about a 10-15 minute drive to the center of Hilo. All the appliances worked perfectly and the TV/wi-fi service was excellent. Vaughn was helpful and answered our questions promptly. All in all we have no complaints, but if you're looking for upscale living, this is not it.

It was perfect for us

The house is super convenient, cute and comfy. We met our son from Oahu in Hilo to do some hiking and it was perfect for our needs. Great large shared space, we cooked and played games!

No Place Like Home, Except Here

Our visit to Hilo has never been so relaxing and comfortable until we got to stay here. It really felt like being at home. The location was perfect, close to the airport, KTA, our friends and family. We could even see Mauna Kea from the backyard. From the laundry room, kitchen and bathrooms, everything you needed was there. It was very well supplied with what you would expect in your own home. The kitchen and barrooms were upgraded with modern lighting and fixtures working perfectly. The winds kept the house cool but having the ceiling fans in every room made it even more comfortable. Every bedroom has adequate hanging space and luggage stands. Even the toilet paper and paper towels were of high quality. I spent a lot of time at the home so I enjoyed the quiet patio deck and the large, well cut backyard with the fruit trees. I will definitely look forward to staying here again in my future trips to Hilo.

This house was perfect for my mom who ambulates with a walker. We chose it because of the bathrooms, which were perfect for her. Totally enjoyed

The property was very nice and tidy. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the closeness to everything. We stay 10 days for the IVF Va’a World Sprints and it was a great place to stay and chill out after racing.

Convenient clean gathering home

We chose this home focused on accessibility for a relative with difficulty with steps and use of wheelchair. Worked out wonderfully! Had 15 people over, very comfortable. Very homey, back porch with awning and BBQ grill. The open floor plan and single step to get in the house was great.

Home away from home

Nice house with all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay yet it must be noted that the home is located within a couple of blocks of two main roads. This made it easy to get to and from the house but there was a lot of traffic noise. All considered, we would stay again. Great host.

Beautiful home, wonderful service

This home was everything we needed for a work trip in Hilo. The rain had our project delayed, and the property managers were so helpful and communicative to try and be as flexible with us as possible to accommodate our situation when it came to extending our stay. Thanks Vaughn!

Would recommend

Great house, awesome spacious backyard with fruit trees. This house was the best stocked home we stayed in. Everything was nicely updated with everything you might need for your stay, they even had a small rice cooker. My kids loved the spacious backyard and they loved picking fruit in the mornings. The only negatives are the trash situation which you have to take your own trash to the transfer station but I guess it’s expected for the area. And you must clean up before you leave and strip all bedding and still pay a cleaning fee. But that wasn’t a big deal for me because I’m kinda a clean freak. Overall, I would highly recommend this house. It’s very spacious, it also has a covered laundry area and a covered patio. Vaughn was also quick to respond to any questions Don’t hesitate and just book it!

(A) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
(B) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
(C) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
(D) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
