The house is FULLY stocked for cooking beautiful meals, enjoying a good cup of coffee, watching movies, playing games, and enjoying the surroundings. Super short walk to Frisco’s Main Street, and the rec paths in the area. Plenty of spaces to sleep. Lovely scented toiletries. But my favorite thing about this is how communicative the staff at Summit Rentals was both directly to my number and through the VRBO app.

This was a great place to stay for a few days of skiing! It is very updated and clean. We loved having a garage to pull into. It has a well stocked kitchen for cooking, a spacious living room to hang out in with a fireplace and is a great location within walking distance to Frisco. There are big windows with lots of natural light and pretty views. The only complaint we have is that the tvs were not really usable - you could not mirror your computer or use any apps like Netflix, etc.

The unit is in a great location. Love the river outside the door. Grill worked well. The bathrooms were clean. We noticed blueberries here and there in the kitchen floor…. so obviously it had not been cleaned. Bedding is a bit tired and could be updated. One entire room is bunk beds. Would stay again if it was thoroughly cleaned with new bedding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect to walk into charming Frisco for meals and shopping, only minutes to Copper Mountain! Everything was exactly as pictured. Kitchen very well appointed with everything needed if you choose to cook. Only two things that we’ve mentioned to the management company: a few honeycomb blinds in the living room didn’t function so we couldn’t appreciate the full extent of its beautiful views. Also, no drawers or shelving for clothing storage in the two larger bedrooms. Would be nice to have a dresser or at least suitcase stands in the closets. So little floor space available in master for suitcases we put one suitcase in the bathroom. :-/ The bunk room had a nice set of shelves in addition to a closet. Mudroom with laundry directly off of garage was particularly handy! With those two improvements it would be close to perfect.

Poor communications and done challenges

The property delivered to the pictures and location promised. It was clean and self check in was smooth. We were challenged the guest night by water pouring from top floor through the ceiling/light fixture in ceiling when the upstairs shower was being used. I called for help and was told someone would come in the morning and no one came. No one called back over the 4 days. The sheets and blankets were rough and meager, as was the kitchen utensils. The ice maker in the fridge was broken as well. The garage door did not have an opener except for the wall box code. Otherwise it was good.

A nice condo close to town. Our family along with my children and grandchildren enjoyed staying here. Lots of room. We all enjoyed how close it was to Main Street so we could walk whenever we wanted..

Reviewer Comments: Hello, my stay in that place was terrible, I delivered the house on the agreed day and time, they made a charge to my card of almost $ 460, because they say that I ruined a door and that we ripped I don't know what things from one door that is next to the laundry room, that is totally false, we would never do something like that, knowing that we would harm ourselves financially, they are liars and accusers, the person who came to receive the house, apparently is a very bad person character, I was very disappointed to have rented that house. Be careful, they invent anything to charge you more money.

Perfect location!

We loved this property! The walk to town was easy and pretty. There is a small stream that runs behind the property but we walked to several, larger streams nearby to play in the water (really cold, but fun). The shower in the master room was very nice. I was worried the house would get too warm during the day, but it always felt nice and cool even in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great property in the Center of Frisco

My family and friends stayed in this property for 5 days during Spring break. The house is in good conditions, and the kitchen is well equipped with updated appliances. The large island fitted our party during breakfasts. The living room area was quite comfortable. The only recommendations I will give is to change the mattresses from the bunkbeds and to install blinds or curtains in the guest room from the third floor because the sunlight coming from the top of the window was a bit uncomfortable. We will definitely recommend this place.
