Increíble retiro del lago! Tu propio lago privado de 6 acres con un nuevo muelle impresionante! Gazebo con vista al lago para su café de la mañana o para disfrutar de la noche. La casa grande tiene capacidad para grupos grandes y es accesible para discapacitados. Escapada perfecta con todas las comodidades del hogar (wifi, televisión por cable, calefacción / aire acondicionado centralizado, descalcificador de agua, televisores de pantalla grande) para que la familia pueda permanecer adentro y cómoda, mientras que el resto disfruta del aire libre. Se puede agregar caza / tiro. Se pueden alquilar botes de remo (2). La pesca es excelente en el muelle, pero tenemos un viejo barco pontón disponible para alquilar barato.

Wonderful getaway

My brother's family and my family rented this to visit home. The house was wonderful, and it was a great quiet place to get away for us all to hang out. Lisa was absolutely wonderful!

Lisa and Kelly were AMAZING hosts! The property was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and secluded in nature. The lake was incredible. If you like to fish this is the place! We can’t say enough good things about it hosts and the property. I highly recommend it!!

Best hidden gem

We had the very best time at this little retreat! It had everything we wanted for the perfect vacation. The place was very clean and homey. The hosts are amazing people! We will definitely be back!

A truly wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for the weekend. They have really thought of everything: hot tub, pool with lots of pool toys, the dock & pontoon on the lake, and everything else you’ll need. They even provided sunscreen, which I thought was a nice touch. We can’t wait until we visit again.

Peace in the country

The pool was amazing. Very clean and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen nice and stocked. Lisa was very accommodating and communicated very well. A great peaceful getaway.

Only thing missing is the people!

And I didn't miss most of the people. Lisa and Kelly were wonderful to work with and keep a great property. Like anywhere in rural MO, it has its quirks, but home was clean, well appointed, and check-in was very easy. Thanks so much! I hope to stay again!

Amazing stay

Our family had the best time staying at this property! Lisa is a wonderful host that goes above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need. The house is clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outdoors, swimming and fishing. There's so much space to explore outdoors. You can hang out by the pool, on one of the docks or kayaks, or walk the trails on the grounds. If you're looking for a place to relax and have fun, book this place. We can't wait to come back!

Close to Home Getaway!

This was a fantastic break from the hustle and bustle of real life. I loved how close it was to the KC metro area. The proximity made it the perfect getaway for all of our family to meet up and spend some time together. The fishing was great. If you have younger kids in your party, they will love pulling bass out of the little lake one right after the other. The pool was a wonderful place just to kick back and relax. The house was exceptionally clean and our hosts were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this rental!

Great house, property, and property managers

Lovely house with well-maintained pool and hot tub. Very comfortable. A/C struggled a tiny bit but not enough to be an issue. Enjoyed fishing in the lake from the dock, and kayaking. Great communication and service from the property managers. Some stocked items (bottled water, hard seltzers, beer, coffee, etc.) were much appreciated. Looking forward to a future return stay!

Review

Need to be clear the lake is not for swimming. Boat motor only lasted an hour. Was trash left in the outside of the property. Otherwise comunication was good and inside of the house was clean.

Great Lake House

Enjoyed some down time around the pool, sitting on the front porch and fishing at the lake dock. We had our grandchildren during the day and they loved it. We could have enjoyed even more if we had stayed longer (stayed 5 days). Great TV room that we didn't use and a hot tub available. The inside of the house has been remodeled and we could have cooked, or grilled but just chose to have pizza. The most notable part of the visit was the effort the landlord put into timely responses and the effort to help us enjoy our stay. We had a few odd requests and she helped us make it a great experience. I thank her for those special things.

Wonderful Lakeside Retreat

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Spent 4 days fishing, lounging in the pool, and just relaxing. We really came here to fish and spent a lot of time on the lake. We definitely recommend renting the boat. The hosts are gracious and went out of there way to make sure we had anything we needed! Can't wait to stay again!

We are close if you need something but want you to have privacy and a good time on your hard earned vacation. We encourage you to let us know if something isn't working or you would like something to make your stay more enjoyable. It's very important that all our guests have a great experience and want to return and refer friends.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is very accommodating to larger groups as the house is separated in the middle by the living room. Master is on the south side off the kitchen and has it's own exterior door, and the other two bedrooms and bath are on the north side of the house.
We have upgraded all the inferior aspects of this home ( and that was a LOT - big water heater, water softener, new HVAC, bath tub, fixtures, appliances) and now it's super comfy and enjoyable while still at a great price.

Want to have a bonfire? Shoot your gun? Go on a trail ride? You have come to the right spot. We are in the country and want you to enjoy the outdoors. We of course want you safe so any fires outside of the ring we provide or shooting you want to do need to be set up with us in advance.
