Relaxation getaway

Perfect location to sit by the pool and let the days pass by. Loved the house and everything is offers to enjoy the getaway. The property owner and manager were quick respond with answers and assistance. Definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette Trip

We booked this home for a stay of 5 girls for my sister’s bachelorette trip. It was the perfect stay! Michael was very easy to communicate with, the home was clean, and the location just couldn’t be beat. The pool and view was exquisite. Absolutely breath taking. The home is also walking distance to many fun restaurants that have DJs and live music. 10/10 recommend and I would absolutely go back to this home when I come back to Fort Lauderdale!

Great place

The property was very clean and in great condition. The property manager was available and always responsive before during and after our visit. We were only a short golf cart drive to restaurants and the beach. A perfect stay for our family of 5.

Beautiful place, fab location

My family and friends stayed here for 5 nights after a crazy busy week in Orlando. The villa was stunning, and located in such a beautiful spot overlooking the waterfront. You could sit by the pool all day and watch the boats go by. The villa was spotless, spacious and stunning. Highly recommend and would love to go back.

Great Location

The house was lovely with plenty of space. The backyard was definitely our favorite part. We loved laying by the pool and watching the boats pass by on the Intercoastal. Very close to town and beach.

Home away from home.

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea was cute and comfortable. We felt right at home. The neighborhood was friendly. A quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent house on the water!

The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating given most of our stay was during a tropical storm. Also took the time with recommendations for food and boating that were spot on. Will come back for sure!

Family Getaway

Beautiful home right on the intracoastal and well equipped with everything you need. We spent a lot of time in the pool, watching the boats go by and fishing off the dock. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants we love. Had a fabulous time with our family!

Fantastic property near beach in Lauderdale By The Sea

This house is amazing and was perfect for our family. Interior seems brand new and the house is incredibly clean. Location near beach is amazing. The pool is quiet and very comfortable. Owner is great and he was very responsive throughout the entire rental process. We will definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this property to others!

Family Getaway

All the reviews for this place are spot on! It is a beautiful home that was so clean and well equipped with everything. The pool area is great and it was so fun to watch all the boats going by on the intercoastal. Close to everything including the beach and some amazing restaurants. Michael was very responsive to all our questions and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing outdoor area and a fantastic location

This was a multi-generational trip with 8 people and everyone loved the property. The outdoor area with the pool, hot tub and tons of seating options was fantastic. Being right on the intracoastal waterway and being able to watch boats go by all day was a highlight. The interior of the home was also very nice and had everything we needed to prepare meals, etc. The location was very convenient to many restaurants, the beach and a grocery store. All of those things are within walking distance or a very short drive. The property had beach chairs we were able to use as well.Overall, we would highly recommend the property and we’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home

This experience was one of the best. Beautiful home with many amenities. Calls super close to the beach and everything else you need. The pool was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet. Michael answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect location

The house was absolutely perfect. Although the homes are all older, this one has totally been renovated inside. Pool area was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was really well equipped. Lots of towels for inside and for the pool. We walked to the beach in about 8 minutes. Michael was excellent to deal with but never bothered us throughout our stay. We would certainty stay here again.

Wonderful Oasis Vacation Spot

This is an excellent vacation spot for a family up to 10 people. It was perfect for our family. The house has everything you will need for a week long vacation. It is fully equipped and the owner has thought of just about everything. Being right on the intercoastal was better than being right on the beach. To be honest, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool overlooking the intercoastal more than we did sitting on the beach. We even had a daily visit from a family of manatees (dad, mom, and baby). The owner is extremely responsive in communication through VRBO app giving us high confidence in advance of our trip. We absolutely loved it and will be back! We highly recommend this house for rental.

Exceptional!

Property and location were idyllic, exactly as pictured. Loved sitting on the intercoastal for morning coffee, nighttime cocktails, sitting in pool/hot tub watching the boats go by, very relaxing and entertaining! House was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Having golf cart was so much fun going to nearby beach and shops in Lauderdale by the Sea. Owner Michael and property manager Michael were always readily available and responded promptly. We rented the boat, had such a great time with boat captain Wyatt and steward Marlon that we rented it again!! Highly recommend! All in all, the people and the property made for a great family vacation for kids, parents, grandparents! Thank you!

Underrated Place! Pics Doesn't Do it Justice.

As the title says, this place is extremely underrated. It's so clean and set up so well. The house is beautiful and the pictures only tell a portion of the picture. It's a great neighborhood and a lot to do around there. There is a Publix, a CVS, a Target, multiple restaurants nearby. The beach is nearby. $10-15 Uber to Fort Lauderdale. Mike (owner) is a great communicator and was flexible about our arrival. He was always responsive and helped with questions that I had. Easy check-in and check-out process. Trust me...the pictures do not do this place justice. It's gorgeous inside!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was as pictured and described in the listing and the location was fantastic - a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops, 10-15 minute walk from the beach. Close driving distance to grocery stores. Being on the intracoastal waterway was a great experience - both for people and boat watching and for having a water view. We were there during 4th of July and could see fireworks all around including the ones down at the beach (which we watched from just outside the house). We could also hear and see other fireworks shows from the water side of the house and the echos were pretty awesome. A reasonable drive to both Miami and Boca, this was a good location to explore everything we wanted to on this vacation. The teens in our family enjoyed the pool, the big screen TVs and the pool table. The house was comfortable and modern and a great size and layout for our family.

LBTS family fun

House is in a beautiful neighbourhood, you can walk everywhere. Living room and kitchen area are really spacious and comfortable, Great views of the inter-coastal. House was not well equipped for long stays. (min.cookware & cutlery, no cleaning supplies ex: mop/bucket, vacuum etc...) Listing stated "some construction in neighbourhood" when actually houses were being built on each side of the house - it was extremely noisy and we could not enjoy the outdoor pool area. Probably would of not rented had I known (as we were there for almost 3 weeks) A/C in Master bedroom was not working, so bedroom and bathroom very hot - especially in the afternoon when the sun set.) King bed in one of the back bedrooms was broken - I notified property manager - it was still broken when we left.

Great Place to Stay

This property has a great location where you can walk to the town and beach ! The house was clean and the property manager was very helpful and responsive when we had a few questions. The house if gray fun for families and has all the amenities you can ask for !!

The neighborhood is extremely family oriented and safe. My property sits on a quiet block with great neighbors. I recently did a full renovation on my home, making it more spacious and bright. In addition, I have recently installed a gorgeous in-ground pool with breathtaking waterfalls.
