Accessible by lift and compliant with PMR standards, this exceptional apartment combines high-end facilities, breathtaking views and privileged access to a private wellness area (swimming pool and sauna).



The accommodation comprises the following:



- Living room with double sofa bed and flat-screen television

- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster

- 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower room (granite basin), one with private WC

- 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and en-suite shower room

- 2 separate WCs

- Terrace (34 m²) facing due south with views of the mountain and La Clusaz village

- Flat-screen television (satellite), telephone, Wifi

- Bathroom with heated towel rail

- 2 private ski lockers with boot dryer

- Washer-dryer in the Master bathroom

- Access to wellness area (swimming pool and sauna) from 9am to 9pm (45-minute slots to be booked the day before)

Services not included:



- Pets accepted: €10 per animal per day

- Parking: €10 per day (2 spaces for the T6 — any additional parking: €15/day)

- Transfer bookings available on request at the time of reservation



Equipment available to borrow free of charge (subject to availability):

Raclette set, fondue set, crêpe party kit, DVD player, extension lead, plug adapter, iron and ironing board, sledges, shovels.

For children: baby cot, baby high chair, baby bath.

Small kitchen equipment: measuring jug, tart dish, cake tin, blender, board games.



A few useful clarifications:

The beds will be made on your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), tea towels, bath mats and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 4 toilet rolls/WC…) are included in the service as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you free of charge with a baby cot type travel cot and a high chair on request.
