Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el sexto piso, directamente con vista al río lento en Phoenix Orange Beach con increíbles vistas panorámicas del Golfo. ¡Evita los ascensores y estaciona en el mismo piso que el condominio! También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. ¡Con más de 1,750 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler!



Las comodidades abundan en este condominio de Phoenix Orange Beach: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y una televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 55" en el maestro, y una inteligente de 50 " TV en el segundo y tercer dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Hay una cama King en el dormitorio principal y el segundo y dos camas Queen en el tercer dormitorio, junto con un sofá cama en la sala de estar para dormir hasta 10.

The weather cooperated the whole time, and this condo made the experience even better. The heated indoor pool was a huge hit for our kids, and we could walk or have a short drive to all of the best places in Orange Beach. The rooms were much larger than anticipated, and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we plan to make this condo our Fall Break tradition.

I have been staying in Phoenix condos since the 80s in Orange Beach and in Gulf Shores. Love the updates and better design of the building. The condo was as described and would absolutely stay here again. It was clean and updated. Easy access to pool and the beach. Will definitely be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was not very clean. Floors were dirty when we got there and some surfaces in kitchen. The trash cans had nasty residue in them that need to be cleaned. Washing machine drum is broken so you can only wash one towel or small batch of clothes at a time. Oven didn’t have working numbers and took forever to heat up. Nice unit but needs better cleaning crew and some appliance repairs.

🅿️ on the same floor as the room was nice for unloading and loading. Other days, We parked on the lower levels. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room. There are no hangers, so bring your own. There are lots of drawers to put things. It was nice having different choices for swimming. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed eating at the original Doc’s on Canal Rd and Cosmos Restaurant on Canal Rd.We also enjoyed steamed shrimp from Blaylock’s on Canal Road. The lazy River and zero entry pools met our needs. The only drawback for us was the height of the beds and the dining table. One person in our family has disabilities due to stroke so the height made it difficult for him. Being able to park on the level of the unit was great,

In my opinion, some of the pots and pans should be replaced and the hairdryer in the main bathroom was broken. In one of the guest baths the toilet paper holder needed replaced. We enjoy staying at the resort because it is clean, well run, and the staff very welcoming! We plan to stay again!!

Excellent vacation

It was way too short . The Sunday they closed the pool due to weather. Our pool was closed for hours when others were open. We could not find anyone at check in. But that did get resolved once we got someone on the phone . The condo was awesome . Plenty of room and enjoyed all the amenities of the property. Short walk to the beach

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, along with our 2 grown children, their spouses, and our 3 grandchildren stayed in unit 602 for a week-long family vacation. The bedroom setup worked perfectly for all of us, and we had plenty of towels. We had plenty of room to spend time together in the living area and balcony. The beds were comfortable, but I would bring my own pillows next time. The only cooking we did was breakfast. There was sufficient cookware and dishes for that. We were happy to have the large coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The only suggestion I would make is to update the pots and pans because the non-stick coating is quite worn. Overall, we had a fantastic week. My husband and I plan to stay in this condo again in September with friends.

Security seemed to take their job serious which is always a plus. We did notice that our floors in the condo we were in were not clean. My child’s feet were extremely dirty after being there for 30 mins. Everything else seemed pretty clean. The size of the condo was perfect for 3 families but we probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the pool area.

Great location and property amenities

Overall, good rental experience. Had some cleanliness concerns at checkin with the master bed linens. Many peices of hair and hot pink toe nail trimmings found in "clean" sheets. Contacted property manager and got a call back within 2 hours. Someone brought me clean set of king sheets that afternoon, no king blanket was delivered, and no one offered to remake the bed or take the dirty linens. I had to strip the soiled linens myself, remake the bed with clean sheets, and wash the blanket my first evening there before i could go to bed. Manager did offer to refund my cleaning fee of $265 for my troubles. I also found many hairs on all bath towels and face clothes. I ended up washing all the bath towels on second day. A clean king blanet was delivered to me on day 3 of my stay and no one ever collected the soiled linens. Manager did offer to have someone picked up on day 3, but i was not in the condo to put the dirty linens by the door the time the cleaners stopped by. Otherwise, the unit was clean and as advertised. Clean kitchen, shower/tubs, floors, ect. I hate that my experience involved the cleanliness issue of linens or i would have rated 5/5 for all areas. Property has excellent amenities and well maintained. Close proximity to food, groceries, shopping.

Excellent Location and Perfect Condo

4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a child stayed in this condo. It was immaculate. The furnishings were so well made and beautiful and the condo itself was spacious. We felt like we were staying in luxury. The location was perfect with many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping across the street in walking distance. Basic necessities were provided. Parking on the same floor as the room was such a great convenience. I am positive this will not be the last time we visit this condo at Phoenix Orange Beach!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo that had everything we needed for our stay. Having an ice machine was great! The disposal was not working when we checked in - I reported it, and it was replaced within hours.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, not to mention conveniently located on one of the lower floors (6th) of the property. Between the beach, lazy river, and splash pad, there was no shortage of things to keep our toddler busy. Definitely one of our better stays in the OB area!

Fantastic location and condo

We absolutely loved the condo and the location. The staff were all friendly. The lazy river was fun. The beach access was great! We would not hesitate booking this same unit in the future.
