Relájese y explore la ciudad como un local en esta casa completamente renovada, a pasos de la arena en el centro de Pismo Beach. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva y extraordinaria cama tamaño king y un Smart TV montado para su disfrute. Pase el día en la playa y solo tendrá que caminar unos pocos pasos para una comida casera rápida. Perfecto para familias y parejas por igual; hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales más allá de la cocina. El sofá es tan flexible como convertible: puede guardarse como un sofá, o plegarse en un sofá cama o cama completa. La mesa del comedor se puede convertir en una zona de asientos para cuatro personas y la cocina también está totalmente equipada para cuatro. No escatimando conveniencias: el combo de lavadora y secadora se encuentra escondido en el armario de la habitación. No hay estacionamiento asignado; aparcamiento en la calle solamente. Esta propiedad permite mascotas con una tarifa de limpieza de mascotas.

I really enjoyed the time there. I will bring a room a/c next time i stay. I love that i could have my dog. I thought the beach bungalow was adorable

Thoughts

For me, the seating area was to small and uncomfortable. I'm 6'4, 290. I actually used my beach chairs instead of the small couch. Furthermore, the three bay windows should open to allow the ocean breeze in. The remodel on the cottage was beautiful, but not a good fit for myself. Why the owners didnt install double-bane windows like they did on the smaller windows is weird. Plus the traffic noise and sugar noise was a little much. While we enjoyed our stay we would not rent this unit again

Great Location and Home!

We loved our stay here, it was exactly where we wanted to be and had the amenities we wanted! Easy to get to, parking was easy to find, and the check in/out process was relatively easy. Not to mention the absolute best view in Pismo! Only a couple of (extremely minor) details that would have made our stay more effortless and perfect than it already was: you do have to pick up your keys at the rental office vs keyless entry or lockbox on the property and we knew there would not be beach chairs or towels so we provided our own. The rental office is around the corner with super easy after hours pickup and we knew about the chairs/towels so we were prepared and it was absolutely no inconvenience to us. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be recommending you to others and will stay again!

Location, location, location & comfort, too!

A wonderful little cottage by the sea! Small but spacious, extremely clean, functional and oh so close to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were very comfortable, great water pressure in the bathroom, great little kitchen for breakfasts or snacks, fireplace worked beautifully and TV was perfect, too. The only thing I’d like to see is a designated parking spot. We had no problems parking in front but usually had to wait for the crowds to leave (this is upon us leaving in the morning and returning in afternoon). On the day we spent tome at the beach we never used the car. Everything is right there...the Pier is awesome, and the vacation was enjoyed by adults and the (hard to please) teenager ;). Thank you!!

The house very very cute and comfortable (for 1-2 people, will get tight for more)- easy to get to. parking is a pain- the street is in high demand (and heavily traveled for cars and pedestrians) for the beach/pier access, so getting a spot is tricky, even in the off season. You'll likely end up walking 2-3 blocks, which isn't that big a deal, but good to know. watch Street signs from June to October, as the parking is time limited during those months. I had a little trouble getting the check in information- i t never arrived in my inbox, so had to do an after hours call once I arrived, but the process itself was easy enough once I had the info. The location is very walkable to tons of restaurants & bars once things are more open- but the street its on is mostly hotel/ motels so street noise can get kind of loud on the weekends. All said, I would stay again and the house was well renovated and clean.

Location Location Location!

This is a perfect little beach bungalow. Great views and you can hear the waves crash. A designated parking space would be nice but parking wasn’t too challenging during our midweek visit.

Beach Cottage

Just a few steps away from the beach, the pier and shops and restaurants . We really enjoyed morning walks on the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. Had it mostly to ourselves apart from the early morning surfers. Due to the central location we were able to make trips to Avila Beach And Morrow Bay. Overall a great stay.

Great cottage by the beach

This cottage is steps from the beach and from restaurants and shops. You can see the Pismo Beach Pier from the cottage and that too is a short walk. The cottage has all you’ll need. There is a full kitchen. The property was in very good shape. Bring your beach chairs and beach towels and you’ll be all set!

in the heart of the action!

Closest little house near everything! Just as described, would stay there again. Very complete little kitchen, great location, good value. I would recommend a little fan if you go when warm, but other than that its a great little place

The location was amazing; just steps to the beach! The property was clean and cozy. My family, dog, and I enjoyed our stay. Love that the place was pet friendly as well.

Super close to everything

Good experience, management was helpful and responsive. No parking but it really wasn’t that big of a deal moving the car every four hours. There is four hour parking between 10 am and 6 pm, after 6 pm there is no time limit. Great place for kids because there is a cool swing set on the beach. The place has been refinished inside, that was a plus.
