This place was perfect for us. Very comfortable, clean and had plenty of amenities. It was easy to find. The host gave excellent directions and met us there to give some further instructions. The location was nice as its really close to the train station, and an easy walk with luggage. The restaurants nearby were great recommendations for dinner!!! Thank you for hosting us.

perfect apartment in a great location

Very clean and comfortable apartment, just a few minutes away from the vaporetto and train station but in a quiet location. Convenient for shops and sightseeing. The host, Giorgia, is very quick to respond to messages and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone staying in this lovely city.

Our stay in Venice

The apartment was in a great location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Giorgia was very responsive to my questions both before and during our stay. She also sent a map of how to walk from the station to the apartment which was very helpful. Massimo met us when we checked in and provided a map and pointed out favorite restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I get back to Venice.

Weekend in Venice

Great place to stay and convenient to the train station (but not too close). Appreciated the patience with checkin as I gave the wrong arrival time. Only thing I would change is new towels and softer pillows. Otherwise awesome and I would stay again.

Comfortable and clean

Propert owner met us at the apartment, and took us through everything. She was pleasant and helpful. Property was neat and clean. Loved the small balcony, so we could sit outside. Area was qhiet, and only a 5 min walk to the grand canal. Grwat location!

Wonderful place to stay in Venice!

The location of this condo/apt is great. It was a short walk from the transport station/train station. Communication was great prior to our arrival and she sent us a map and met us at the apt to show us around. It was in a quiet location, but a short walk from the grand canal. The only thing that caught us off guard was paying a tax, in euros, at the start of our stay. I must have missed that in the information that had been provided. I would highly recommend this location and condo/apt for families staying in Venice.

Convenient to Train Station

This apartment was close to the train station. It was clean but a bit dated, especially the shower. The towels were very scratchy and the beds not particularly comfortable. However, it was in a quiet neighborhood, and close to a supermarket. A bit of a walk to major attractions. The owner was good with communicating and met us at the apartment on time. The 10am checkout was a bit tough.

Lovely, Spacious, and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely and spacious apartment in Venice! Giorgia met as us the bridge to make sure we could find it and gave us some recommendations and instructions for the apartment. There is an elevator up and the apartment is so nice! It has lots of space, comfortable beds, working washing machine, and nice little balconies. We opened the doors in the evening when we returned from activities and it cooled quickly. There is air conditioning as well. It is close to the train station, water taxi/bus, and good restaurants. We had a lovely time in Venice. It's such a fun city! This apartment is quiet, clean, and relaxing after a day of running around. Kind and gracious hostess, clean and comfortable apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Just EXCELLENT!

I can't put enough words to explain how wonderful was our staying in this apartment. Giorgia recieved us in the apartment. Getting there was SO EASY, even for us in our first visit to Venice. 100% recommendable. Great location, near to EVERYTHING. Great to walk all over Venice and discover every detail of this beautiful city. So quiet, great to rest. I think I can't say much more than if you're planning on visit Venice, GET THIS APARTMENT. Sleep in a Quiet Side of Venice

Giorgia's flat in Venice is super close to the train station, but you will be amazed at how peaceful and quiet it is. Also, it is very easy to find - her directions were perfect. (We suggest using Whatsapp to communicate with her once you are in Italy.) We were a party of 4: my husband and I, plus my best friend, and my husband's cousin. The four of us had just come down from hiking 11 days on the Alta Via 1 in the Dolomites. My Friend and our cousin had never been to Venice and we had a perfect little trip with them, in part because the flat was excellent. Rooms were more spacious than I thought; Kitchen worked well: Coffee and breakfasts were enjoyed outside and we made one dinner in and savored it out on the balcony with 2 bottles of wine- fabulous! The Despar market is very close by and has what you need.) The washer had been broken by previous guests, but Giorgia offered to do our laundry for us. Very nice! (but we decided to do it when we got to Milan instead.) We had ample room to relax and refresh after our mountain time, and as for exploring Venice, the location worked great for catching vaporettos to Guidecca, or the water taxi to the airport, and for wandering to the fish market, Rialto, St. Marks, etc. A perfect artment that we would use again! Thank you Giorgia for everything!

Everything about this property was amazing! Giorgia is incredibly kind and truly cares about the guests. We received recommendations on where to dine in the area and any sights we might want to see. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat. 10 out of 10 in every way. Thank you for making our first visit in Venice such an unforgettable experience.

Great location in quiet area

We enjoyed this property in Venice, It was a short walk from the train station on a quiet canal. everything we wanted to see was a short walk or Sea Bus ride away. Giorgia was pleasant and helpful. Getting woken up by so many song birds in the morning was a welcome surprise.

Fantastic Stay

What a fantastic host!! She was amazing and helped us out with where to eat and catch various transports. Great, modern, clean, and comfortable place. Easy access to transportation and walking distance to major sites. Thank you again for all the help.

Fantastic!

I can only confirm the positive reviews given by others. It is in a perfect location: on a quiet street <5 min. walk from the train station, and <10 min. walk from Piazzale Roma. The apartment and the building have been nicely renovated, and it is furnished simply but tastefully. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of closets and drawers to unpack your things, and even the pull-out sofa bed is comfortable! Georgia was very accommodating: we had originally wanted to rent another one of her apartments, but it wasn't available on our dates, and she kept diligently searching for one that met our needs. This apartment (and I'm sure any other of Georgia's) is highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in a great location

A lovely clean and spacious apartment in a great location - very quiet but only a few minutes from the station, bus station and the Grand Canal vaparetto stops. The small balcony was a great spot to enjoy the late afternoon sun. Georgia was a very welcoming host - thank you. My friend and I really enjoyed our 4 night stay and would recommend it to others.

MOLTO BENE!

Giorgia's Wohnung ist sehr schön. Vorallem die Sauberkeit ist uns aufgefallen, modern und hell eingerichtet, die Betten (wichtig!) waren sehr bequem. Laken, Handtücher etc. strahlend weiß. Viel besser als in manchem **** Hotel. Das Miethaus selbst ebenfalls geflegt und ruhig mit schöner Gartenanlage. In ca. 5 Min. ist man in der "Stadt". Also eine phantastische Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mille gracie! Petra

Beautiful appartment near Venezia railway station

We stayed for a business trip in Venice for three weeks. Renting this appartment was the perfect choice! We never had such a clean and beautiful residence in Venice. An advantage is also that it is located quite near the railway station. Rooms were cleaned perfectly every week and sheets and towels were changed as well. Such a service is really TOP! Very nice, confortable and central apartment

Everything was perfect. We enyoyed Venice and the apartment. The central heating was really very nice when you come home tired and cold. We thank Giorgia Bertoldy for the opportunity of staying in this beautifull apartment. We will come back to Venice.....but next time in spring !!!

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Die gesamte Abwicklung war problemlos. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Beste ist die ruhige Lage in der Nähe der Vapourettostation, die ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Besichtigungen in Venedig ist. Die Vermieterin war pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit vor der Wohnung und hat uns alle benötigten Informationen gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon und Grünblick

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir schöne Stunden verbringen. Das Beste war die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zur Vaporettostation, von dort aus konnten wir alle Besichtigungen in Venedig starten. Die Vermieterin war pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt vor der Wohnung und hat uns alle benötigten Informationen gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
