We've lived in Pompano Beach for 25 years and love what this area has to offer. We have raised two kids in this area and the house is literally down the street from our home. As with our other vacation rental, we found this house as we were riding bikes to the beach. We always liked this neighborhood and liked Pompano's plans for the beach front and the Atlantic BLVD corridor. All the beach front area is being revitalized and along with the surrounding waterfront areas on the intracoastal and this house was blocks away for all of it. Literally under a 7 minute walk to all the new restaurants beach and the new pier. The location was perfect and based on the fun we were having with our first vacation rental, we were ready for a second. The house has a classic split plan layout with with large bedrooms and a unique lap pool, family room, Florida Room and 3 bathrooms. The basic layout was great but as with our first property, it needed a lot of TLC so we got to work in December 2018 and finished the project in February 2019. A little better timing than our first although we had one project of experience under our belts. We think we've captured modern/beach design with a comfortable feel with lots of pillows and blankets. As with out other properties, we wanted all guests feel like they are at home but in a tropical setting.

Considering we were avid "Vacation Rental Users" and have successfully ran our other 5 Star property for over a year, we continue to improve and make note of our guest likes and dislikes. With this experience, we made sure we included all the essentials, the basics and the "wow's" into our property features. We think you'll LOVE what we've done.

Location, Location, Location. Everyone says this but this house has it all. We're extremely proud of what we've done with the house itself with the 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, game room, renovated kitchen and beautiful outside spaces including the pool and Tiki Hut. With that said though, this house is NEAR EVERYTHING you want in a Florida vacation. If you can handle walks not exceeding 10 minutes, there are 7+ great restaurants, the same number or more in bars/nightclubs, a microbrewery(one of my favorites), large grocery store, liquor store, day spa, pizza and did I mention the beach is a 7 minute walk? Like I said, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Back to the house itself. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people with a combination of 1 Queen, 2 Kings, 1 Full and 1 Twin Size beds in 4 separate bedrooms. There is also a Queen size Futon bed in the Florida room and 2 inflatable mattresses bringing the total to 12 people. All bedrooms have smart TV's by the way. The kitchen is completely renovated and connects to a dining room and a bar seating a total of 12 people. The back yard has a lush tropical landscape with a 35x12 foot heated pool with a cascading waterfall. At one end of the pool there is a large Tiki Hut with plush patio chairs. On the other end of the pool is a nice seating area with adirondack chairs and shade trees. The entire patio is very private. 6 Beach Cruiser Bikes are also included in your rental.
Combine the house with the location and you have the perfect vacation getaway.
