Eso es todo; el único; El lugar de vacaciones que has estado cazando. Cuando en la playa quieres estar en la arena. Sea Breeze es el único condominio en Biloxi que es!

Simplemente actualizado, puede relajarse en el hermoso interior o en su gran balcón con una vista magnífica. ¡Simplemente zánzate y olvida todas tus preocupaciones! El balcón ofrece una vista de una de las dos piscinas y las islas Cat y Deer, y una hermosa vista del sol poniente y las románticas luces nocturnas.

Las ventanas del piso al techo en el dormitorio principal tienen vista a la playa y al golfo y puedes dormir viendo los rayos de la luna en las aguas del golfo.

Los dos baños tienen cada uno una ducha separada y el baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje para una mayor relajación. Una cocina grande te da un amplio espacio para cocinar la captura fresca del golfo o el pavo de Acción de Gracias o el jamón navideño. Una rica tradición de Navidad a nivel local es un enorme plato de camarones recién cocidos: ¡nada es mejor!

Los eventos de todo el año lo mantendrán ocupado: el Festival de Luces de Navidad, uno de los más grandes del sur, la apertura del nuevo Aquarium en 2019, varias micro-cervecerías, festivales de arte y artesanía mundialmente famosos, fiestas en la calle el primer sábado, el crucero Fiesta de una semana en la costa, múltiples exhibiciones de fuegos artificiales, el Christmas Boat Parade en el agua en Biloxi y uno en el Bayou en Gulfport, Movie Nights en los greens de la ciudad, conciertos al aire libre y los muchos espectáculos especiales en todos los casinos. Awesome Condo!

We've stayed in 208 before and loved it. We will choose to stay again. It's clean, cool and nicely furnished. The check in/check out process is so simple!We had an awesome time!

This beachfront unit is beautiful!! Great location, very clean, plenty of room for the 4 of us, safe and relaxing. We had an incredible week on the clean beaches and exploring Biloxi. We will return. PRM was great to work with!!!

This is the ONLY condo directly on the sand in Biloxi or Gulfport! That uniqueness makes for a perfect beach vacation. We are so happy you enjoyed the CLEAN beaches and exploring all Biloxi has to offer. We do hope you will return.

This was a great vacation success. The condo was located right on the beach. There was a parking garage. My family felt safe. The condo itself was flawless with the exception of the jacuzzi tub not working. It was still nice to soak in it though. We bought everything we needed for a beach trip but the host was already prepared as well. The condo had tents, beach toys, dishes, linens ect. I would recommend if you are going to Biloxi, give this property a try. You will not be disappointed!!

Beach Problems

So let me start by saying the condo is fine. No complaints. But the Gulf is very sick. Our trip was quite disappointing due to the toxic algae bloom that is affecting the coast. We tried to cancel and go somewhere else, but no one would offer us a refund, including PRM nor the travel insurance. Seems hazardous water doesn’t count. Ironically if we had gotten sick after swimming we could have been refunded. But not before. We spoke to the HOA of the building and attempted to contact the actual condo owner with no luck. Either PRM or the HOA never tried, or the owner never called us back. To make matters worse, Tropical Storm Barry set its sights on the coast during our stay. We tried to make the best of it, but the beach experience was horrible. Biloxi, you need to clean your beaches! The only beach I’ve seen worse than this was in Mexico. There was nobody on the beach...It was a ghost town due to the algae and forecasted tropical storm. But every day I filled a small bag with cans, bottles, fireworks remnants, and other various trash that was scattered about. Once the surf came up with the storm, the trash got much worse. And with that storm came the dead wildlife. Numerous fish, birds, and a sea turtle washed up dead on the beach. The gulf is really, really sick. I’ve never seen such dirty water and beaches. It’s truly sad. I know the area has taken a beating between Katrina, Deepwater Horizon, other storms and now inland flooding, but I’ve never seen it this bad. We saw trucks empty trash cans on the beach once during our stay, but no work to clean the beaches. We won’t travel back to Biloxi. I wanted it to be a great place. But we were so disappointed and disgusted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The refrigerator didn't work when we arrived. Service man was called right away and he got it going again. The Garbage disposal didn't work, but we didn't need it anyway. The jacussi was out of order. Several light bulbs were burnt out, and the smoke detectors were beeping. Jeff and Jessie got that taken care of. DThe dinning chairs are a bit shaky. The living room couch was uncomfortable. The kitchen was almost fully equiped. Needed forks. We purchased a couple of wine glasses. We also purchased a couple of cushions for the outside chairs.The beds were comfortable and the tv was good. I think with a little TLC, this will be a very desirable place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and have reserved for next year.Enjoyed Woodies and Shaggys.

The only negative for this trip was a lot of maintenance going on and the pools were both closed due to maintenance also. But we understand that needs to happen to keep things nice.

Perfect location for the concert and just a short walk to the beachside restaurants. We did have to drive to the casinos but it was super easy. We did experience our coffee maker missing but the owner was willing to deliver one first thing in the morning and was super quick on their response about it!

Very nice condo! Great location!

Very clean, nice condo! I would definitely stay here again! The check in / out process is a little inconvenient you have to go to an office about 5 miles away to check in / out but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Josh, starting mid-September you will not have to go to our office to check-in. They units are being upgraded to keyless entry. I am happy you found the unit clean and were pleased with it!! Wasn’t being actually on the sand beach wonderful???!!!! We do hope you are able to return soon!

Perfect location

Have zero complaints! Very nice property and fabulous location! Convenient to the beach and pool. The view was perfect to wake and smell the fresh air and sip a cup of coffee. Not any complaints only wish the checkin/checkout process was at the property but completely understand.
