Moderna casa habitable invertida de 3 dormitorios, con cocina, comedor y salones en el piso superior para aprovechar las vistas.

Ubicado a 10 minutos a pie del centro de Fernie, a 5 minutos de Supermarket and Liquor store y a 10 minutos en coche de Fernie Alpine Resort. Situado en el centro de todos los senderos de bicicleta de montaña.


La cocina es muy espaciosa, con un gran mostrador de península que es ideal para el entretenimiento, la despensa y la nevera están equipadas con una gran cantidad de alimentos básicos, simplemente reemplace lo que usa.

El piso de arriba es un espacio de concepto abierto, y el salón cuenta con cómodos asientos, smart tv con Netflix, Sonos y Wifi en toda la casa.

El espacioso dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño de 3 piezas, con una ducha tipo lluvia doble, para aquellos que gustan de la compañía en la ducha.

Hay guarda esquís / tablas de nieve junto con secadores de botas y guantes ubicados en la entrada principal. También hay 4 pares de raquetas para su uso.
El almacenamiento de bicicletas de montaña se encuentra en un garaje cerrado.

Durante los meses de verano, hay una terraza de 700 pies cuadrados sobre el garaje para que pueda entretenerse, relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas en privado.

Se da preferencia a estancias más largas. En consecuencia, hay un mínimo de 3 noches para todas las reservas con más de dos semanas de antelación.
Las reservas de última hora con menos de dos semanas de antelación tienen una estancia mínima de dos noches y los precios son negociables.

Family Ski Trip

Our trip and stay in Fernie was absolutely wonderful. The view of the mountains from inside the house was spectacular, the house itself was beautiful and immaculate, everything was very well stocked, and we were so comfortable during our week stay! Would book it again in a heartbeat :) Thank you soooo much!!!

5 star stay! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, along with thoughtful extras that made our visit even more comfortable. The house was spotless and stunning. Although the family stays in the basement, we never heard a sound—it was incredibly peaceful. The location is perfect, close to the ski hill and all amenities. Relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the slopes was absolute bliss. We hope to make this a regular getaway. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Great stay in a beautiful home

This lovely home has truly outstanding views. The kitchen was well outfitted and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great and prompt. Master bedroom mattress was a little firm for my liking. Our family with 2 teens loved having their own space and lovely big beds. Highly recommend.

5 star property in the middle of town

We have stayed here before and will do so again. Location is within walking distance of the river, parks and downtown district. Immaculately clean and comfortable with a spacious second story deck. All the amenities you could want including a very well-stocked kitchen. Owner is super easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Great place -will return

This is our second rental of this home. Centrally located and very clean. The layout is perfect for vacations with a great room upstairs and the bedrooms located downstairs. It is very well appointed and has an exceptional kitchen and outdoor deck. The owner is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful house in a quiet, yet central, part of Fernie

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this property. The owner, David, is very helpful and responsive to all our questions and queries. The house is super comfortable and very well equipped. It is located on a quiet side street on the outskirts of downtown Fernie. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and other facilities within walking distance or a very short drive (under 5 minutes) away. The mountain is under 10 minutes away. We will be back!

Beautiful home with fantastic views!!

The kitchen, dining living space with the gorgeous views was really nice. The hot tub was an added bonus! We were welcomed with a thoughtful gift. It is a bit of a hike to downtown but we enjoyed the walk and the beautiful Fall colors.

Fantastic!

We had a great time here in early June. The home is fantastic, very well furnished, comfortable, very clean and amazing mountain views! David was also a great host and communicated very well. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view

David was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful welcome gift . The home had everything you could want and more . It was well stocked with all the essentials. The views from the living area were absolutely breathtaking . The only issue I had was ,leaving. We wish we could of stayed longer .

Beautiful house, perfect for family vacation!

We loved this house. Loved that the living/dining room/ kitchen were all upstairs! Beautiful windows with panoramic view of the mountains. House stocked with everything you need or might have forgotten for your stay. Huge deck and private hot tub. We loved that all the rooms were on main level away from the entertaining area. The owners were super helpful and very quick to reply if we had any questions. Would love to go back !

Feb 5-12 2022 ski week

We (4 adults) had a wonderful time in Fernie. The ski resort was all that we expected even if we didn't get any powder. It was wonderful to come home to the hot tub, take a glass of wine while cooking supper all the while enjoying the superb view. The kitchen is extremely well equiped and large enough so that the 4 of us could lend a hand withouth stepping on each other's toes. We really enjoyed the top floor open concept (kitchen, dining room and living room). We also appreciated the ski boot dryers. The house was sparkling clean and stocked with the basic necessities and very nice extras (toilet paper, dishwasher soap, really nice soap and lotion in the bathrooms, tons of towels, ...). You will not regret your stay in this beautiful house.

Ski trip 2020

We can not say enough good things about the property. It is spacious with the most amazing views. It has a big dinning room table which was perfect not only eating but was also the perfect table for playing games on. I would highly recommend this house.

I am originally from Australia, I moved to Canada in the early 90s and fell in love with the mountains. Though I originally came to Canada as a classically trained chef I am now a builder and have been building houses in Fernie for the past 18 yrs.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I love this house, I built it myself . The Annex is a great part of town to live in, everything is close by, the mountain bike trails are only a few blocks away, as is the Elk river for fly fishing or tubing. There are a great variety of restaurants all within walking distance. The gym, yoga studio and golf course, once again are only a few blocks away.
