This was a perfect home away from home for our multi-generational family get together in Nashville. The houses are beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all that you will need and more. The host is a terrific and very responsive to all questions. Located within easy car/Uber access to sites in and out of the city and a short walk to great coffee and other neighborhood eateries.

Perfection in Nashville

This was such a wonderful home and perfect for our group of 12. Lots of privacy and also common spaces large enough for our whole group. It was very, very well stocked, so clean, awesome rooftop decks… just truly perfect in every way!

Family and Friends Trip to CMA Fest

House was very clean and exactly as described online. It wasnt a bunch of bunkbeds crammed into rooms to get headcount up. These were king and queen beds in all the rooms. Very spacious and came with evwrything yiu need. Owner was responsive. Only knock is that there really werent stores or food within walking range. Overall, would highly recommend.

Fantastic golf trip to Nashville

This property was the hub for our 5- day visit to Nashville. The location is close to absolutely everywhere in Nashville. The accommodations were clean and spacious, with excellent common areas for meals, drinks and conversations. The owner/ host was extremely helpful and responsive. A superb choice in a great city.

First Class Experience

Leadership team retreat!! Awesome experience with the host!! Great property to accommodate 8-10 adults! Everyone had their own real bed-no bunks! Great communication from the start, all the way til checkout! A real pro!! Great value!!! We’ll definitely return!!!

60th Birthday Celebration

We had 6 couples, sharing the "Duet": properties. The beds were very comfortable, as advertised. Location felt safe and very close to most things we wanted to experience. The host was very responsive as issues arose, which was appreciated.

Host and place made our Nashville stay perfect

start with the host: Text message concierge helped with activities during the weekend and ease of check out. Place: Huge- we had both condos and plenty of room for 10 adults. Showers were a delight. Location: Definitely check out the cafe at thistle farms for a great brunch.

Perfect places for our extended family vacation

We rented both homes for 10 days for our large group that came from all over the country - AZ, AR, FL, IL. The home layouts were perfect for what we needed with an extended family that ranged from 5 to 79 years old. The location was close to everything we did in Nashville. There were a few minor items needing attention in the homes and Shawn was very prompt and responsive in tending to the items and communicating with us. The places were exactly as advertised and if we make it back to Nashville we would definitely stay again.

Immaculate, spacious and amazing!

We stayed here with a large group of girls and the property was even better than advertised and expected! Tremendous living space, perfectly clean, the comfiest beds!!!, and plentiful amenities. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Quick Uber everywhere!! We would highly, highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

40th birthday trip

I highly recommend these houses for a large group! Absolutely everything was perfect from the location to the house to the bedrooms to the communication with the host. Shaun was wonderful and extremely helpful with recommendations and making sure our stay was perfect. The houses worked perfectly for our group of 14 (7 couples) with more than enough space for everyone even when we all hung out on the deck of one of the houses. Just a short Uber ride to downtown or other Nashville attractions. Extremely easy and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing accommodation and fantastic host!

This VRBO was amazing! Very beautifully decorated. We had a group of 16 and we had plenty of space and the beds were very comfy! Living room and kitchen were great size and great for entertaining. Shawn was amazing and responded right away with any questions we had. So close to broadway too! Would recommend this spot to anyone!! Our experience was amazing!

**DO NOT STAY HERE**

The perfection of this residence will spoil you for any future bookings elsewhere. I know my title is misleading, but the accuracy is just. The photos truly do not capture the beauty of the home and the tranquility of the property. We were 11 women from Texas in town celebrating our anniversary. And being that we're grown grown, we wanted space to relax apart, areas to laugh together and amenities because we can be bougie when traveling. We stayed in both properties and it delivered on all that we desired. My one suggestion for improvement is....nothing. Plenty of towels, good location for Uber/Lyft, very responsive and sweet host, more space than expected and ease of access amenities. Enjoy!

Excellent experience

Our group had a great experience staying here with everything clean and ready to go. The only setback is the two units were not connected, so you had to walk out front to get from one to the other. Still a 5-star stay though.

A great place to stay for groups!

We booked this property for a weekend bachelor / bachelorette party. The listing is clean and advertised, located about 10 minutes drive outside downtown Nashville. Shawn, the host, was super communicative and attentive to our needs, and we loved coming back here to relax after the day’s activities. Overall, would definitely stay here again if returning to Nashville with a large group!

Great host and property!

Shawn was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked the property. We were sent detailed instructions and given ideas of what to do around Nashville when we booked the house months in advance. The property was beautiful - big, clean, and well maintained, and Shawn checked in on us throughout our long weekend there. We had a big group and there was plenty of space to hang out together, but also the bedrooms were on different floors from the general area so people could have their privacy when they wanted. Highly recommend!

You'll be in the Sylvan Summit Neighborhood. It's hillside is sprinkled with modern styled homes throughout. Just down the way there is a emerging restaurant district called Sylvan Supply and L&L Market. This is something I highly recommend our guests checking out. You can grab a 100 layered donut or some of the best freshly made pasta just down the street.

Also, the Sylvan Summit Neighborhood is close to the West End/Vanderbilt Neighborhood. This has always been great for parents/families coming for graduation or those attending on campus events.

We believe that while staying here you should feel comfortable and have plenty of space to relax, that's why there are zero bunkbeds in this home! Unlike other listings that may sleep the same number of people, 9 times out of 10, they are packing bunkbeds in a bedroom. If having more space and comfy beds is a plus for you, you'll be happy you stayed here.
