Nuestra primera casa fue galardonada con Premier Status después de 3. 5 meses en el mismo vecindario

Esta es nuestra segunda casa de vacaciones en el mismo barrio. Nuestro primero ha sido galardonado con Premier Status a la vuelta de la esquina en Raintree Drive, en el vecindario de McDowell Mountain Ranch en North Scottsdale. Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Cocina renovada con muebles nuevos, ropa de cama, TV, cable completo S (65 "y 60") y WiFi. La vista desde el hermoso patio trasero está despejada de la Cordillera de McDowell sin vecinos a la vista. Ya que la casa acaba de ser incluida en la lista y aún no tiene reseñas, verifique las revisiones en nuestra primera casa de vacaciones, que se encuentra literalmente en el mismo vecindario VRBO 1498666. A la vuelta de la esquina.
Como verá en las imágenes, el patio tiene una piscina y un nuevo putting green de 3 hoyos con putters incluidos. El patio trasero también tiene una barbacoa incorporada para su disfrute. Estamos ubicados a menos de una milla del club de golf McDowell Mountain, propiedad de Phil Michelson, dos centros recreativos en la comunidad que cuentan con piscinas climatizadas durante todo el año, canchas de tenis, básquetbol y campos de Pickle ball con acceso gratuito para nuestros huéspedes. En la misma calle también tenemos el centro acuático de Scottsdale, que se puede usar por una tarifa nominal.
Además también tenemos la biblioteca árabe al lado. McDowell Mountain Ranch está ubicado en North Scottsdale, sede del Torneo de Golf Waste Management TPC a menos de 7 millas de la casa y también el hogar mundialmente famoso de la subasta de autos Barrett Jackson y el espectáculo Arabian Horse, entre otros grandes espectáculos y exhibiciones. Scottsdale cuenta con unos 23 campos de golf. La abundancia de restaurantes como Maestros, Fleming s, Eddie V, Capitol Grill, Maggiano's, Cheese Cake Factory, Preston 's y muchos más hacen de esta parte de Scottsdale un destino turístico muy popular tanto en verano como en invierno. Por cierto recordar en el verano es un calor seco. También estamos ubicados muy cerca de Casinos y tiendas para todos los gustos.

Great Home, Beautiful Views – But Privacy Concerns

stayed at this Scottsdale property for three months and can confidently say the location is amazing, with breathtaking views and a backyard and pool area that truly feel like paradise. The home was well-equipped with everything you could need for a long stay, and the setup made living there comfortable and easy. It’s a wonderful space in a fantastic area.Unfortunately, the experience was impacted by the host’s behavior. Throughout my stay, there were multiple unscheduled visits from the owner, including unexpected appearances at the front door and in the backyard. On a few occasions, we noticed someone walking around the property, looking in windows, or sitting in a truck outside—raising real concerns about privacy. The owner also requested in-person meetings and seemed to rely on a neighbor to monitor activity and report back to him, which led to more intrusive communication.While the home itself is outstanding, the lack of privacy and repeated, unannounced visits ultimately made the stay uncomfortable. For that reason, I wouldn’t return—but if you're looking for a beautiful home and don’t mind close oversight from the host, it may still be a great option.

6 weeks in McDowell Mountain Ranch, Scottsdale

Location is super, easy access to everything. House is comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed the community pool and playground. The Javalina walking trails were great for some daily exercise. Beds were comfortable. We used the playpen and high chair for our Grandson, very handy. Brand new fridge. Dishwasher is original and should be replaced. Outside stacking chairs are not the most comfortable. Phillip was great to deal with and seems concerned that everything was in order for us. We loved McDowell area!

Needs Updates

House would be better if all the fake plants were removed and newer furniture and art were added. The outdoor furniture is not comfortable and the loungers were broken. You might get a repeat customer if the house wasn’t so dated.

Lovely Mountain View Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this McDowell Mountain Ranch Home. The layout worked wonderfully for us. The pool and yard was pristine with amazing views of the mountains. Quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed as well. Phillip was a wonderful host!

Disappointing

First, the positives- The owner is nice, the backyard is pleasant for relaxing and the living room was comfortable with nice furniture. There is a nice, new refrigerator. Unfortunately, there were issues we encountered. In one of the bedrooms the sheets had holes in them and a pillow had unappealing stains. Each of the three bedrooms had only one nightstand, which would be difficult if more than one person was in the room. In the primary bedroom the mattress was very high and it was difficult to get in and out of the bed. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a shower that is very small. There are no drawers in the vanity and the toilet is very low, which could pose problems for anyone with balance problems. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination and we found the faucet difficult to use and control temperature. There is no counter space in this bathroom. Neither bathroom had slip resistant rugs so we purchased them to avoid falling.. The dining room chairs needed to be cleaned and one of them has a hole in the seat. As I said, the owner is nice. I told him about these issues and he said he would be addressing them. Overall, I believe the house is overpriced for its’ condition. .

Million Dollar View

The home was great. Well stocked and comfortable. The best part was the beautiful view of the mountains. The entire backyard space is very relaxing. We stayed for 3 months and spent most of our time outdoors in the pool, golf putting contests, and enjoying the hummingbirds and mountains. So private and serene. All amenities are near and great walking trails. Philip was responsive and checked in to ensure we had everything needed. Thanks Philip! Beautiful property.

Perfect location

We loved our stay here. The house was impeccable and the beds were comfy! I loved that they left condiments in the fridge so we didn't need to by all of them. The pool is not heated so we did not use it. Great spot for us to get to Cave Creek and Old Town Scottsdale!

Nice Place!

The house is exactly as described -- very clean and well appointed. Phillip was a great host; he responded very quickly to everything and included some nice extras in kitchen. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Mountain View

What a view! And what a beautiful home! Phillip was an awesome host and the home had essential items that were really thoughtful, like simple as bottles of water when you arrived! You will also love the back yard with pool and mini golf! We will definitely look into this beautiful home when we return to Arizona trip!

Best Host

The pictures of the house are very accurate. It does not reflect, however, that Phillip has stocked the refrigerator with all those things you wish you had but don’t want to spend money for your week stay. Did you need spices, they are in the cabinet over the stove. You brought your toddler, good because there are dishes, cups, and silverware for kids. The pool is great and a safety net surrounding it. Pool toys in the garage. The putting green is fun and equipped. There is a high chair and Pack & Play. TV in living room and master bedroom with many, many channels. A book that tells you all the things you need to know. The view in the back yard is a wash not your next door neighbor (backyard neighbor is about 100 yards away). Neighborhood is was very quiet. This was a great place to stay for us in Scottsdale. The host, Phillip, was very easy to work and contact if necessary. Thank you very much Phillip!

Awesome property

I called Phillip a couple days before checking in to inquire about his coffee maker. I told him I was packing and needed to determine if he had a Keurig. He said pack your cartridges and he go out and buy one. He then sent me a text to inform me it was handed. That’s just a small example for his guests concerns. This property is set up perfectly. Updated fully stocked kitchen. There was a 12 pack of beer in the fridge and much more. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a nice place to stay. The putting green, swimming pool, fire pit and BBQ are nice for outdoor living. The community park is great for everyone. Tennis courts, heated pool and a beautiful playground for kids.

We purchased this property a few months ago after having been awarded premier status on our first home, completely refurnished it with new furniture, beds, linens, putting green and local pottery and artwork on the yard walls.It has beautiful unobstructed mountain views from the pool and new putting green.
