Nestled in the heart of a magnificent one-hectare park planted with centuries-old olive trees, it offers a truly peaceful retreat. Its private, secured swimming pool promises relaxing holidays on the French Riviera.
This six-room property, spanning 220 m² over two levels, provides an authentic and comfortable living environment. The large living/dining room opens directly onto the park and the pool, inviting you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The bastide has been designed so that you feel completely at home, in a warm and secure atmosphere (a safe is available).
The sleeping area, spread over both levels, accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 main bedrooms, ensuring a high level of comfort and privacy.
Master bedroom (Upper floor): 180 cm double bed (2 x 90 cm), full bathroom (bathtub, shower, and WC).
Bedroom 2 (Upper floor): two 90 cm single beds, access to a terrace with sea views; separate shower room.
Bedroom 3 (Upper floor): 160 cm double bed, washbasin, balcony access with a glimpse of the sea.
Bedroom 4 (Upper floor): 140 cm double bed, en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 5 (Ground floor): two 80 cm trundle beds, wash area, direct access to the park and the pool.
This layout, with numerous shower rooms and outdoor access from several bedrooms, is ideal for families seeking both shared living spaces and independence. The one-hectare park is the property’s main asset, offering calm and serenity. The private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) is secured with a fence and an alarm and is surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor lounge furniture, and a pergola for shade. A barbecue is available for summer meals.
You benefit from parking for four cars. The location is convenient: just 4 km from shops, restaurants, and golf courses, and 14 km from sandy beaches and Cannes train station.
