Gites NORMANDY near Honfleur with Pool and Sauna

Rental near Honfleur, in a complex of two thatched cottages, each comprising several adjoining apartments.

By renting the entire property, you will enjoy 350 m² encompassing the cottages (Honfleur, Deauville, Studio, Longère, and Garden Room) with 8 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 18 people (less comfortable for larger groups due to the use of a sofa bed in the Studio).

In the largest cottage, "La Longère," you have the option of gathering for meals.

A 7x4 m above-ground swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th (unheated). A sauna is also available (€25 per one-hour session, closed during periods of extreme cold and after 6:00 PM // maximum 6 people per session).

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.

A security deposit of €1500 for the cottages (credit card imprint or cash deposit) and optional packages will be required upon arrival.

Here is a breakdown of the accommodations:
The Longère (1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds), sleeps 7 maximum, 1 shower room and 2 separate toilets. There is a large dining room and a living room.
The Honfleur: 2 bedrooms (1 ground floor bedroom with a double bed, 1 upstairs bedroom with three single beds), sleeps 5 maximum. A shower room with toilet.
The Studio: 1 bedroom (double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs), sleeps 2-4. A shower room and separate toilet.
The Deauville: 1 bedroom (double bed upstairs) with en-suite bathtub, maximum 2 people, separate toilet on the ground floor.
The Garden Room: Maximum 2 people, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room and separate toilet.

Barbecue, Free Wi-Fi, Pets not allowed // Non-smoking cottages.

Two parking areas are available, accommodating up to 10 cars (depending on size).

There is no public transport in the village.

The nearest train station is 20 km away. A car is highly recommended.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Packages and supplements are payable upon arrival and are not included in the departure price (sauna, late check-out, etc.).

We live on-site and are available to assist you during your stay.

A €1500 security deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid by credit card.

All our rooms and cottages are non-smoking and quiet between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Charging electric or hybrid vehicles using the property's electrical system is prohibited.

For safety reasons, electric barbecues and griddles are prohibited.

It is strictly forbidden to light an open fire, use smoke bombs, fireworks, or firecrackers anywhere on the property or in the surrounding area.

No unauthorized barbecues are permitted outside the designated area.

Private swimming pools or inflatable hot tubs are not allowed on the premises.
