Great location and very spacious for a group. Kitchen has a Kurig and some pots; it was nice to have coffee in the room. Bathrooms were very spacious!

Get away weekend

This space was perfect for 2 couples. Incredible view of everything and a wonderful convenient location. Get on the tram to Bellagio then short walk to everything. Watching the sphere from the room is amazing. Make sure to go and see postcard from earth. Be careful to take the car in front of the vdara it is a fee of 85 even if you are just going to the sphere and he did not tell us till he was dropping us off. Ask them to bring you plates, glasses and silverware if you want to eat anything in the room. We did not have any issues except at checkin. They are not very concerned about owner properties. They said the room was not ready. We checked back several times and finally they admitted they forgot to call us. Disappointing start but the views and location made up for things. We ate at Salt and Ivy in Aria, highly recommend.Ford answered all my questions quickly! Thanks for a great weekend.

The location was just amazing and the view spectacular. The place was awesome but didnt quit understand why we didnt have silverware and dishes and have equipped kitchen since it was a two bedroom condo atmosphere, but we loved it regardless. One thing to let other visitors know that you are charged for the extras the put in your room such as pringles and gummie bears and peanut snack which was not stated until check out . Some one came into our room refilled the pringles did nothing else no fresh towels no bed remade just refills on snacks LOL But we would stay there again in a minute.

Review Poor

Arrived to room and noticed flood coming from closet. We went to call front desk and phone did not work. We were advised this unit was owned by someone not ran by them and they needed to get in touch with them. We waited several hours and was moved to another room that was not as good with view was much hotter no AC in one room. The customer service at location was terrible.

First Time in Vegas

Vegas did not disappoint. This penthouse did not disappoint. Description on Vrbo is very accurate. Views are incredible. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Family trip

The check-in process was wonderful. Customer service was professional and friendly and answered any questions I had. The suite was ready so they allowed us access early-which was helpful after a long morning of travel! The suite was clean and the view was SPECTACULAR! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The furniture was not as exactly pictured and could use a little update, but this is not a complaint as the unit was still VERY NICE! Previous communication with the owner, Ford, was always timely and helpful. I’m extremely “picky” when choosing places to stay and I would highly recommend this suite!

Looked Beautiful, but so disappointing

We only stayed for two nights. The first morning, we were displeased to find the coffee machine did not work. Housekeeping replaced it within an hour, but we really weren’t planning to wait that long. We returned from our activities to find a strong smell of sewage in the apartment. There were feces backed up in the shower, and my sister in law stepped in them. Obviously, the sinks were not draining either. We called for a plumber, and after repeated calls, a plumber appeared in about 1.5 hours. We were told that since we rented from the owner, they might not be able to clean after they fixed the plumbing. We tried calling to speak with the owner, but never received an answer. We called VRBO, got a case number, and a phone number for the owner that did not work. VRBO thought we should have some type of compensation from the owner, but obviously nothing happened. The plumbing was cleaned up by the time we got home from our evening show. On our 2nd morning, we opened the dishwasher only to find that the soap did not exit from the dishwasher door so the dishes never got washed. We had noticed that there was soap in the dishwasher compartment when we got there, but it never dawned on us that it was from the previous folks. Who knows how long it had been since the dishes were really washed? On and the TV’s did not work. Apparently, MGM has been hacked, and we were told the tv’s hadn’t been working for a while. To say we were disappointed in our stay was an understatement.

Gorgeous, stunning!

This was a wonderful property for our group. There was plenty of space, nice amenities, a drop-dead amazing view onto the Bellagio fountains and the strip. The location was perfect--right on the strip but tucked away so that we were insulated from the craziness of the action there. The place felt homey and was absolutely clean. We had a little issue which was no fault of the property owner or of Vdara, but it was handled efficiently and capably by the maintenance staff. Communication with Ford Brown was excellent--we were thrilled to stay here for our birthday celebration weekend.

The view from this Vdara Villa was spectacular! The beds were very comfortable, and the living space was such a nice treat when coming home from a long day of hanging out on the strip. Will look for this property again if going to Vegas with more than just my husband. Only drawback was the extra hour it took for them to get the room cleaned. We had to wait at the bar until 4 (check in is at 3), and had early dinner reservations, so that was a little tight. I'm sure it was a fluke, and the bar was nice, so it worked out.

Exceptional Service

The Vdara hotel services were exceptional. They pampered us and provided all we needed during our stay. The suite was clean and comfortable. Amenities were quite good. We will certainly stay here if we are in Vegas again.

As a part time professional poker player, I have been coming to Las Vegas for over 20 years and I know the importance of doing it all and then getting away from it all... of having fun and then having quiet time.. The Vdara Hotel is perfect in that it is in the heart of the Strip and you can easily access everything: shows, nightclubs, gambling, shopping... but it is also feels like a calm oasis that lets you get away from the craziness when you need to. It is so important to find a relaxing, comfortable space in this town and I feel like this is the best there is to offer.
