A solo un corto trayecto en coche del golf y el tenis, ya poca distancia a pie de las pistas de esquí, este condominio cuenta con cocina completa, chimenea de piedra con leños de gas, lavadora y secadora, WiFi, televisión por cable y bañera con chorros. La unidad tendrá capacidad para 6 personas con una cama King en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas gemelas en la habitación de invitados y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Disfruta del acceso a la Casa club Branches, donde puedes relajarte bajo un televisor de pantalla grande, leer de la colección de libros o participar en un juego de futbolín o ping-pong. Great place

We loved our stay here. It was clean and as described. We really enjoyed being able to watch the skiers and snowboarders on the mountain. We hope to come back soon!

Great place with great location

This Cabin Had everything we needed and more. Perfect access to the slopes, convenient to stores and restaurants. Balcony overlooking the slopes was awesome! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms updated and carpets clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future

Perfect location

We found this to be a perfect location for everything we wanted to accomplish on this trip. The condo has quite a bit of usable space. The back porch was a nice treat. It overlooks a running creek.

All about location

While the actual cabin was fine, the location was great. Aside from the steep set of stairs that you must traverse to get to the slope, which is tough with gear on on the way down but brutal when you're tired on the way up, the location is perfect. We loved the views of the lift and mountain from the balcony.

Perfect Location

A great place to watch our teens ski and for them to come back for an afternoon break. The location was perfect. They could walk back to the condo and relax before hitting the slopes again! Restaurants in Banner Elk did not disappoint and it was a very easy drive to town. Will be back!!!

Property management company were friendly and very helpful with directions and information for area attractions. They allowed us early check in which was so beneficial for us after being on the road for 10-12 hours! Will recommend to any friends traveling to this area.

What a wonderful place!

We stayed here for two nights to allow for a day of skiing at Sugar Mountain. The condo was perfect! We found it easily using a combination of gps and the directions provided. The unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. We only had to bring our luggage and the food we wanted. The location is AMAZING!!! To be able to watch the slopes from the condo is something special. And we were also able to walk over to the slopes for our day of skiing. This included 10 and 13 year old girls, so the walk is definitely doable. Highly recommend!

Letting us known that there are 2 different buildings with "branches" in the name. Also the actual "branches" signage could be lit up so it can be seen at night.

Great place for a snowboarding trip

The teens went snowboarding at night and had no worries walking to the slopes. The couches were comfortable for us to relax after a fun day riding. Watching people ski and snowboard down Easy Street from our balcony was fun. The main bedroom was quite large and very private, the bed was comfortable. The fire place was easy to operate and really warmed up the place, we actually didn’t keep it on for long because it got too warm in there. Showers were super nice too, plenty of hot water and shower head options.

Cozy Condo right on Sugar Mountain

This was a great place to stay. It is perfect for couples or small families. We loved the fireplace and the BIG bear. Our view was incredible! I got to see my boys skiing right from the balcony. I loved that you could just walk onto the slope. There are a lot of steps, but nothing too bad. Everything is clean!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very happy with our stay! Loved the location, loved the view with the rocky creek. There is direct access to the bottom of the slopes via stairs, but it was steep, long, and very muddy from lots of rain so we chose to drive - no problem since we were so close to the parking lots anyway. Our kids had a blast watching skiers & ski lift from the back deck, playing with the black bear in the living room, and having their very own tv in their room. Furniture was very nice, everything was clean, kitchen well stocked (we cooked breakfast and dinner most nights.) Being able to login as a guest on the Roku was great so we could watch our shows and movies at night! Only a few minor complaints. After using the fireplace it was difficult to cool the condo down.. the thermostats were all on the lowest setting most of the time we were there and we were very warm. The water pressure in the kitchen was extremely low, but thankfully the bathrooms were fine and we had no issues with shower pressure. If you have young kids, the only bathtub did not have a faucet, and we had to use the jets or shower head to fill it up with water, which took forever. The kitchen table & chairs are bar counter height - not ideal for our 2 year old but it was fine. Just wish I'd brought a booster seat to strap her in. Lastly, the sheets were very scratchy... I wish we'd brought a set from home! Knowing everything, we would definitely stay there again, but I would be better prepared next time.

Our after Christmas family trip!

Property was exactly as described. Loved the view overlooking the slopes. Kitchen generously supplied with pots, pans and most anything you might need. Yes, there are lots of steps to slope and we had to be careful when they were icy but we never used the car while we were there. Would definitely use this property again. Couldn’t check in until after 5PM due to delay caused by snow the previous night.

Great rental for small family

We had a great time at Sugar Mountain. The rental was clean and comfortable. The check in/out process was clearly explained and the property manager was easy to contact. We especially enjoyed playing ping pong in the clubhouse and the playset for our young daughter. The location was great! Thank you!

Very clean, cozy & comfy

Had a little trouble finding the condo, went to the wrong complex. Upon arrival the condo was spotless. The décor was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Little brook in the back was very enjoyable. Only negative was the internet and fireplace did not work. Other than that I would recommend this place.

Great place

This place was amazing Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and was great for cooking Loved the sound of the stream that was just out back; very relaxing. Location was great. Only thing is make sure you read the instructions on how to get there (printed in the packet you pick up) as my gps had issues getting to the site and the signage was a little confusing. Really enjoyed the stay!!!!

Great Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best ski trips ever. The 6" of snow was unexpected for sure! The location to the slope was a little off from advertised but nothing we couldn't handle. (Steps a lot of steps) LOL.The Branches #4 was really nice. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. The Black Bear stool was a hit with our kids! We will certainly use it again. I must mention Ski Country Ski Rentals. We had a set of skis taken from the lodge and Ski Country was over accommodating in working with us to rectify the situation. Proud to report the skis were returned the following day!! I also want to mention how much we appreciate the operators at Sugar. They were super nice to my 8 yr old daughter who was skiing for the first time. They took time to make sure she was comfortable and enjoying herself. All of the staff at Sugar were great.
