Everything was well stocked and most all worked. Lights in MBR did not light the room. Black mold on ceiling in main bthrm. Other than that we loved it!

We love that it is right in front of the docks- just need to cross the street. We did not like that there was no reply for the whole 3 days from the local manager to our repeated requests for something to kill the spiders, a wastebasket for the bathroom, and to clean the very moldy bathroom ceiling. We were also given incorrect information about how to connect to the WiFi but were eventually able to get that resolved.

Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, kids enjoyed the pool table. The only negatives were, spiderwebs in the corners of every room, the sheets and pillowcases weren’t all the way dry, frying pans are rusty, no salt and no dishwasher. The house is roomy and they supply several games. We had a great family vacation.

Great property except for if you have people above making noise by stomping because you can hear them. Like some of the other comments the internet or the wifi wasn't working even if we reset it. Perfect for people traveling to fish....Right across from harbor.

Great Location

This is a great spot if you want to be right on the marina. Easy walk to restaurant/brewery and shops, as well as beach. The home itself was older, don’t expect anything fancy, it was fine for what it was. Had a wifi issue which was resolved quickly, even when it was in the evening. Was pleasantly surprised to see the bathroom was updated from the 3D tour, so the shower is larger and takes up the entire wall. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Unfortunately that leaves little room for storage. Laundry machines worked and there is room to hang wet clothes. No issues with getting into the home with key and lockbox. If you can’t tell from the listing, you are on the bottom floor of a larger home. Therefore you can hear all the noise coming from upstairs.

Family Time

We had 12 family members come together to celebrate the life of my father in law. He wanted his ashes to be spread in the ocean, so we chose this as the home base for everything. it was convenient for all. Everything was well appointed and we were all happy. We rented both the upper and lower apartments.

2024 fishing trip

This was the third time booking this house. Good parking, Very close to the floats so you can walk to your charter.Great amenities with fish cleaning area outside and a chest freezer to freeze your fish.

Westport Marina Guest House

We stayed here for two nights and truly enjoyed our stay! We went on a charter fishing trip on Saturday morning and this location was extremely convenient. We walked everywhere that we didn't need our vehicle. The Marina guesthouse was very clean and spacious. Westhaven road is the main road going through town, but our accomodations were on the far end, away from the main shops and eateries. It was pleasantly quiet, which was exactly what we had hoped for. We stayed in Unit B, the main floor of the duplex. While not fancy, the space was the perfect size for us to relax. The upstairs unit looks very nice as well. For the price, you can't beat this charming home away from home. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location

This was a fun location and cute place. The back bedroom has no outlets and the main bedroom is extremely and the wall isn't closed off at the top. Other than those two things we where happy.

Great location for marina activities

Clean place - we wanted to crab and this was a great location for that. They even provide crab pots if you want to try it out (get a license!) Steps from the docks. Minimal outlets in the bedrooms, and in weird locations, so you might want to pack an extension cord or three because of that. A little strange that the larger bed is in the smaller room (providing almost zero access around the bed) and the smaller bed is in the larger room.

Great location, bathroom floor issues

My family rented the bottom unit for a weekend while our family friends rented the upper unit. That worked out really well for two families going away together for the weekend. The location is great with being able to crab & fish right across the street & it’s a short walk to the shops & restaurants & beach. The apartment was comfortable enough. The bedroom with the queen bed is super small with not a lot of room around the bed. There is no window in the room either. The kitchen is small. No dishwasher. I would advise providing things like tin foil, ziplock bags, & seran wrap. There was a pool table in the garage that wasn’t advertised, but perhaps should be as it is a nice amenity. The main issue we had with the apartment is the bathroom had dark brown liquid oozing from the seams of the vinyl plank flooring. It was gross & concerning. I definitely would recommend remediation of that before renting it out again.

Great location in town, close to all the shops along the waterfront. Place was clean, living room was nice, one room was small with a bigger bed, other room was bigger with a smaller bed. Bench out front was nice to sit on in the morning with coffee, pool table in the garage was fun to play at night. Only complaint was that it smelled pretty musty in the back room so we slept in the other bedroom but it’s a waterfront home so I’m sure battling moisture is a problem and it didn’t ruin our experience.

Getaway home

The house was fully equipped. We honestly didn't need to take anything to the house with us. The living room was spacious. Bedrooms were cleaned and comfy. This place even had a pool table and we as a family did used it. The house is located in a perfect area. Easy walk to the ice cream shop, latte stand, gift stores and much more. We will be staying here in the future again.

4th of July Visit

We enjoyed our time in Westport over the holiday. The Marina Guest House is just across the street from the marina so we enjoyed sitting on the porch bench in front looking out at the boats. We also had a great location to stay and watch the fireworks. The home is located just a couple of blocks from all of the town businesses, so easy walk to get to restaurants and shops.
