Encantador apartamento tipo loft, en el primer piso sin ascensor, ubicado en el corazón histórico del casco antiguo, a los pies del castillo, en un edificio del siglo XVII. Clasificado 4 estrellas por la oficina de turismo de Alta Saboya (Udotsi 74).

Restful stay in an adorable hideaway right next to all the best of old town Annecy. The terrace was delightful, and the perfect place to unwind after a packed day of outdoor and foodie activities. One of my favorite stays of all time.

Wonderful In Every Way

This flat was wonderful in every way! The interior was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and very quiet. We especially enjoyed afternoon tea on the delightfully private patio. The convenience to everything in old town Annecy was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a perfect location in the old town of Annecy. We loved being able to walk straight out of the building into the beautiful old streets with the market at the your door. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable with fantastic cooking facilities which was perfect after shopping at the great markets. I was hoping to use the delightful courtyard but it was too cold but we did appreciate the cosy heating. The bed was very comfortable. The whole apartment was well set up with everything you might need.

Anne-Valerie and Philippe were wonderful hosts, always on hand for any queries I had (including the recommendation for a wonderful hairdresser)!The property is extremely well set up with everything you could ask for in the kitchen. As I cooked most nights this was wonderful.The fresh produce market is held three days per week in the same street and the quality of the goods is excellent.Annecy is a charming medieval town, beautifully decorated with hanging baskets and with great shops and restaurants. I was sad to leave.

The property is adjacent to Rue Sainte-Claire, the heart of old Annecy. Many shops and restaurants are nearby and you can readily walk to the train, car park and lake. The flat itself was pleasant, quiet and well stocked. The managers, Anne-Marie and Philippe were excellent in responding to both pre and post-booking inquiries. This is a very good VRBO option for two persons staying in Annecy.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location.

This apartment is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well appointed with washer, seating at the bar or at a small dining table. Outdoor deck with table is great for drinks, tea etc.Tub/shower with separate wc. Walk up 2nd floor . Excellent location for exploring Annecy.

Peaceful stay in the old city

This was our second stay in the apartment. We like the quiet even though the street outside is full of bars and restaurants, and the market is there every few days. The hosts are super-responsive and the place is charming. We’ll be back for a third time!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

The apartment is perfect in every way. In the center of the old town where there is much activity, yet very quiet. The bed is comfortable, the water pressure in the shower good and the WiFi strong. Also, the little garden is a delight.

Great place to stay, very well located.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Well equipment, clean and tidy. Location was great as we were in the buzz of Annecy as soon as we step outside. Hosts were contactable for questions when needed which was very reassuring.

Lovely Stay in Beautiful Annecy

We had a lovely stay of 9 nights in this beautiful property. It is right in the heart of old town and very convenient for us with the car parked only about 100m away. We visited all that Annecy and the area had to offer and then came back to this lovely haven of tranquility to relax. Anne Valerie made us feel very welcome and was always available to assist if we had any questions. Loved our stay in Annecy,
