Great location

We had a great stay. The place was just as expected and clean. The location was perfect for us, near the convention center. We come back twice a year, will be looking to stay again in the future.

Great location but dirty

The location to the convention center is wonderful as well as the community. However, the condo was dirty. Everything had a thick layer of dust, toilets had a black ring, and there was hair on the floor of the primary bathroom. The condo was also very humid. So badly that the carpet actually felt damp. We stay in Orlando yearly and have never had an issue like this. We ended up cutting our trip short after discovering mold in the bathrooms and on the windows. We will stay in Vista Cay again, but not this unit.

Perfect location and beautiful property

My daughter played volleyball next door at the convention center Vista Cay location was perfect! Really enjoyed the pool, pool bar and location of our condo to the pool, shopping, restaurants and theme parks! The condo was updated and clean. This is our 3rd time at Vista Cay and we will definitely be coming back!

Best location in Vista Cay!

Check in was a breeze. Arrived to a clogged toilet and was able to contact maintenance "after hours" via phone and email. Maintenance let themselves in the next morning while we were out and we returned to a fully functioning toilet. The apartment was tidy and beds very comfortable. Kitchen was very scarcely furnished but we managed. Publix (grocery) was a 3 minute walk from condo. Pool was wonderful and parking plentiful. Would bring my own kitchen utensils ;) next time but definitely rent here again.

Reviewer Comments: The homes that I had rented were a great place to stay for multiple people. It was a hassle going through Expedia to book the condo. The communication of codes were horrible. There was a night I sat outside the condo for 30 minutes trying to let them get it figured out.

Great location but not our favorite unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and access to the condo or both wonderful however I do not feel that the apartment was very clean. We walked upstairs with the cooler and went to pick it up later with a huge dust pile attached to the handle. The baseboards and floors were dusty and left our feet black. The couch in the living room is a sofa sleeper and all of the cushions sunk down inside the couch frame and was very uncomfortable to sit on. I would not rent this condo again. The beds and pillows were very comfortable

It was a lovely experience and the communication between the host was exceptional! The only complaint is the couch is not very comfortable, as with any sleeper sofa after about the first year they are not very supportive when sitting on. But if you are looking for a place to sleep while you are out and about all day, this is the PLACE!!
