Ubicada a medio camino entre el típico pueblo de Marpissa con sus calles estrechas y casas encaladas y el pequeño puerto de Piso Livadi, esta villa ofrece magníficas vistas del mar Egeo y las Cícladas. Ofrece una piscina al aire libre, un jardín con flores, terrazas a la sombra y zona de barbacoa. Estás a 10 minutos de las playas más bellas de la isla (Logaras, Pounda, Hrysi Akti ...) La villa está idealmente diseñada para familias con niños, parejas o amigos que desean pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. Ella puede acomodar
 hasta 6 adultos. Posibilidad durante el verano de realizar excursiones diarias a las islas vecinas (Delos, Mykonos, Naxos, Ios ...) desde el pequeño puerto de Piso Livadi. En Piso Livadi también puede tomar su café, su aperitivo o su cena junto al agua en un entorno magnífico. En varias playas tendrás la oportunidad de practicar windsurf y kitesurf. Las tiendas están a 5 minutos a pie. En Paros también hay un aeropuerto a 18 km de la propiedad.

Brilliant stay in Paros

We just returned from a fantastic week in this wonderful villa.Views are amazing, walk to sweet harbour town is 20 mins but longer coming back as a steep hill to climb!The gardens and outside space at the villa were incredible and although you share the pool at times with the family villa next door and the owners apartment below they are so accommodating and discrete this was not an issue.The hospitality of Manolis and his wife Olga was brilliant. We enjoyed their home cooked meal on arrival and they were very helpful and accommodating at all times. We have 2 teens who had the 2 rooms with shared bathroom upstairs and so this 3 bedroom villa suited us perfectly.

Great expansive property for family trips, no more than 15 minute drive from anywhere you want to go in Paros from nightlife to beaches, but a quiet place to rest at the end of the day

Stunning sea views and perfect locatiob

Our host Manoli was ever so helpful, even offering to do a shop for us as the ferry was arriving at a time when the supermarket may be closed. There was a home cooked Greek meal waiting for us on check in to rival my mother’s. The property has a wonderful garden, stunning views and infinity pool and is ideally located. It’s a short distance from the port town and Naoussa but far away enough not to feel overwhelmed by a mass of tourists. The local village Piso Livadi is so cute. Has enough restaurants and a cute harbour, a few shops and a relaxed vibe. There are great beaches dotted along the coast near the property from high end organised beaches to little hideaways.

Truly AMAZING!

I am almost afraid to write a review, for fear that everyone visiting the lovely island of Paros will want to stay here, and it might not be available for us! This home is AMAZING - beautiful, colorful, comfortable ... and the views and outdoor space are not to be believed! Manolis was an absolutely WONDERFUL host. Hard to imagine someone can be so warm and welcoming to complete strangers. Starts with his excellent communication; his helpful hints (rent a car, as an example); AND, we had delicious Greek stuffed peppers in the oven waiting for us upon our arrival -- YUMMY! I cannot thank you enough, Manolis, for sharing this lovely home with us on our visit to Paros. As I mentioned to you, we didn't want to leave! With many thanks and great appreciation for your hospitality and professionalism! *If renting a home on Paros, you will need a car to take full advantage of the island.*

Ideal stay on Paros

Our five-night stay in this villa could not have been more perfect or enjoyable. It's a gorgeous property with magnificent views of the countryside and ocean. Nearby Piso Livadi is a lovely village, where we enjoyed dinners at portside restaurants, a 20-minute ride away from the bustle of Parikia (you definitely need to rent a car to stay here!) Manolis was the most amiable and responsive host we have ever had on a vacation. He met us at a local supermarket and escorted us to the villa; he prepared a delicious meal for our entire family; he responded within minutes to any communication, whether it was a request for information or a minor plumbing problem. He made a separate trip to the store to replace a defective appliance. We vould not have enjoyed ourselves more at the villa and cannot recommend it more highly.

Awesome Stay on Paros

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. The place is very comfortable, quiet and has everything you need with a great pool and awesome views. The gardens are full of fruit trees and flowers which makes it all the more beautiful. We were looked after with a beautiful homemade meal for our first night. Plenty of room for the five of us and the kids had their own space. The location is great, coffee shop, supermarket and shops nearby. I can't recommend this villa any higher.

Paros Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The host went above and beyond to be helpful and communicative. We loved the Greek casserole and wine he provided upon arrival. Look no farther and book this place!

Slice of Paradise on Paros

Our stay on Paros was amazing, and we can't thank our host Manolis enough. The villa was perfect for our stay. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for party of five. The kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated, although the breeze with the windows open was refreshing. The location of the villa in relation to Piso Livadi was perfect for accessing cute shops, wonderful seafood, sailing trips, and served as the perfect base for our beach hopping. There is an awesome market within 5 minutes. It is evident that Manolis takes great pride in the grounds surrounding his villa. The pomegranate, lime and fig trees were beautiful, as well as the grapes growing on the trellis on the back patio. The view from the villa was spectacular. We were tired on our arrival to the island, but our host had the most wonderful homemade meal waiting for us on our arrival, complete with wine and bread. It was delicious and extremely appreciated. Thank you for a trip that we will not soon forget!

Charming place with great views

This place is magical, and has incredible views with various places to have lunch and dinner. The owner Manolis was very welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations. Only bathrooms were a bit disappointing if you like modern places.

Paros-excellent location.

Very spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle. Welcomed beautifully with a prepared hot meal, and a bottle of local wine. You will have a great view from the house and the beach/restaurants/coffee shops/pharmacy amenities are a few minute drive and some can be walked easily. Manolis/ the owner is quickly responsive.

Stay in paradise

This was the best stay of our trip! Manolis was so friendly, accommodatiny and available to provide us with tips and help. He kindly arranged for our transport to the accommodation and assisted us with making restaurant and ATV bookings. The place itself: heaven! The most beautiful stay with views of the Aegean sea, a pool, lots of space to relax. Manolis also kindly made us a seafood paella for dinner. The place was extremely clean and comfortable, only a short walk to Pisa Livadi. If I could leave 20/10 review I would!

How many words of praise can I give??

The place is magical. The views will take your breath away.There are many places to sit and relax outside - perfect for any size group! I was nervous about sharing a pool with the other unit tenants but it turned out to be a great way to meet fellow travelers! Manolis is the perfect host. His attention to detail is immaculate and we felt well cared for. He greeted us with a home cooked meal and charmed us immediately. The property description perfectly describes the house except that you can't really capture how gorgeous the views are and you just have to come to Paros to experience them! Stop looking elsewhere and book it!

Amazing Villa

Absolutely recommend - - the house, the pool and the surroundings were all way beyond our expectations - - if anything the pictures do not do it justice. We had a magical stay with family and friends, celebrating our wedding. So very sorry to leave, and very much hope we will make it back someday. Many many thanks to our gracious host Manolis, who has created a veritable paradise on Paros!

A beautiful oasis

The thing we loved most about our time in Paros was Manolis' home. Seriously. His home is so lovely. The beds are all comfortable, plenty of seating, a well stocked kitchen (this is the only place I stayed that had a microwave as well as multiple other convenience items), and the water pressure in our shower was amazing. But the outside of the home is just stunning. It is like a tropical oasis with flowering shrubs everywhere and beautiful views. Everywhere you turn you discover a new little nook to sit and enjoy the cool breezes and blue skies and sea. Our family loved eating dinners out on the terrace. The infinity pool is a fun addition along with the jacuzzi. Manolis could not have been kinder. He greeted us with fresh vegetables, and apricots from his garden (he always has something in season) and fresh bread. He even brought us a traditional homemade casserole that was so yummy upon our arrival. He was helpful in answering our questions and easy to communicate with online as well as in person and he was flexible with our checkout time. We enjoyed the beaches and Paros Park hike, but our rental was the best part of the trip! Don't miss this gem!

Perfect view extremely helpful host

The host of this property went above and beyond for us. He greeted us with a home cooked meal - even went so far as to make two - one for our meat eating kids and one for my husband and myself who are vegetarian. The views from the property are unbelievable - gorgeous outdoor space and although the pool was shared with three other villas there was rarely anyone else in it. The house was super roomy plenty of space for a family of five. It was walking distance to Piso Lividi and a very short drive to the famed Golden Beach. Manolis was so helpful - anything we wanted to do he gave us suggestions and made phone calls for us. We had a magical time and would definitely rent from him again.

Beautiful Garden Setting Villa with Great Views

This villa is located in a gorgeous setting. We were the only guests at the location so had the entire pool, spa and seating area to ourselves. It is located up high so the view of the sea is fantastic from the many balconies and pool area. The villa is very spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped if you wanted to cook. It has a washing machine for laundry. I would recommend a car so you can explore the island. It is centrally located to the port, airport and the many beaches. Manolis is a wonderful host. He promptly responded to any questions I had prior or during our arrival. He helped us arrange a rental car and someone to greet us at the port as we arrived by ferry. His brother met us at the supermarket which is 2km from the villa so we could follow him to the property. We were welcomed by an authentic Greek dish for dinner which they prepared for us ahead. The dinner was delicious. I would highly recommend Manolis and the Villa.

Tout simplement parfait !

Notre séjour en famille/amis durant 15 jours a été parfait de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. La maison, magnifique, très bien équipée et bénéficiant d'une vue exceptionnelle, était particulièrement bien située pour rayonner sur l'île. Manolis a été très disponible pour nous conseiller tout au long du séjour avec, toujours, bienveillance et sourire. Nous le remercions chaleureusement et espérons pouvoir revenir très très vite.

Wonderful spot for a Greek Island vacation

The property is in a beautiful location, convenient to nearby towns and wonderful beaches. Manolis was a fantastic host who gave us a great orientation to the island, made sure were were all set up for our stay, and even prepared a meal to get us started. This is a great place for a fantastic retreat in Paros.

Beautiful house, very nice owners

Our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) spent 3 days in Paros. The house is amazing, spacious, clean, air conditioning, great views, flowers all around, pool! The owners are extremely nice and available. They even gave us local food already prepared for dinner the day when we arrived as well as apricots from the garden. Piso Livadi is a small town just 2 miles away, charming with very good sea food restaurants. Grocery shops, bakeries are within 5 min drive. All was perfect! We will definitely return!

Fantastic

This property has a huge flaw, it is so gorgeous you may never want to leave and see the rest of Paros. Manolis gave us great directions and promptly met us and escorted us to the property. In addition he had prepared a beautiful leg of lamb for us to dine on. The property has a breathtaking view and a great pool and will entice you to just sit out and enjoy the ambiance. The house is well equipped with all that you need and the location is excellent being no more than about 10 minutes from great beaches and lovely small towns. We have stayed in many properties and this was far and away the best and the best host who gave us great service as well as advice on amazing places to eat and see. I would give the highest possible recommendation and will definitely consider returning.
