Wolf Creek Guest Ranch es un hermoso rancho de trabajo de Texas Hill Country donde los huéspedes pueden salir de la ciudad y disfrutar de la belleza rústica que este país tiene para ofrecer. El rancho está situado en la cima de la montaña con vistas que rejuvenecerán tu alma. Si lo que estás buscando es tranquilidad, has encontrado tu lugar. Disfrutarás de la abundante vida salvaje y de tantas aves diferentes que llaman hogar a este rancho.
El rancho tiene 2 cabañas vintage ubicadas aquí desde Arkansas y Ohio que fueron construidas originalmente en la década de 1850. Se agregaron cocinas, baños y porches a la vista para darle la sensación de retroceder en el tiempo con las comodidades que todos esperamos.
El rancho también cuenta con un Guest Lodge con 4 dormitorios y 2 baños. Esta cabina tiene porches completos delante y detrás. La parte trasera proyectada en el porche se abre a un gran patio hermoso que conduce a la piscina. Las 3 cabañas tienen sus propios patios privados con parrillas y asientos para disfrutar del aire libre. También tenemos una gran hoguera para noches frías y grandes reuniones. La cabaña de la Guerra Civil y el Guest Lodge también tienen chimeneas interiores.
Las 3 cabañas acomodarán a 14 personas con 2 por habitación o 21 personas con 3 por habitación. El precio se basa en 14 personas con una tarifa adicional por cada persona adicional.
También tenemos un gran granero de desayuno para que lo use para conferencias o fiestas más grandes con cocina, asientos para 30 y 2 baños.
Si se va a casar, organizar un retiro de yoga o un retiro espiritual, tenemos una hermosa capilla de cabaña de troncos perfectamente adecuada para su grupo. Este es un gran rancho para organizar reuniones familiares, retiros y conferencias o simplemente escapadas con tus mejores amigos. Un excelente lugar para volver a casa después de ir de compras, cenar y degustar vinos en las cercanías de Fredericksburg o Kerrville. Estamos perfectamente ubicados a una corta distancia en automóvil de cualquiera de estas encantadoras ciudades.

The photos do not do this location justice. It was better than expected. We had a party of 18 family & friends & stayed in 4 different cabins. It was a nice location & not far from Main Street. They had several large sweet dogs to greet you. The host / owner is located on the premises beside the cabins. Which ironically we thought we would have better service or attention. There were a few mishaps the biggest being the owner was not responsive. She had gone somewhere for our first day & a half & left her phone so she did not receive our messages whenever we had questions or needed help. Upon returning & receiving her phone it still was much slower than we are used to in other VRBO locations we have stayed in. They are usually quick. I expressed this to her and instead of apologizing she got defensive & gave excuses. My review may have been different had she just apologized. The Jack & Jill rooms, one on each side of them did not have mirrors in them which is probably ok for a man but not really for women & was hard to get ready in since you had to share a bathroom. The pots & pans were quite dirty & we had to find filters from another cabin to make coffee. The refrigerator temp wasn’t very cold. There was an issue with one of the toilets & took a day to find a plunger. One of the cabins was warm even with the thermostat at 65. Over all we liked the location & that it fit the size of our party just not the service. So it is up to you to decide. This was just our experience.

80th Birthday Celebration

The property is very nice and was perfect for our family reunion/birthday celebration. Check-in was very easy and the Wi-Fi access was simple. Prior to arrival we received valuable information from the owner regarding the accommodations and where to place various family members. We didn't do too much cooking as we had used the owner recommended caterer for the party. The pool is really great and we probably spent more time there than anywhere else on the property. I highly recommend this as a laid-back location for a large family gathering.

Great place for a large family vacation

Our multiple family group enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out. We loved the pool, the porch and the outdoor areas. Each cabin was very nice and very well stocked.

Amazing stay!

We had a get-together with friends and family to celebrate an engagement. Having a private pool, each group in their own cabins (walkable to each other), incredible views, and sweet animals to pet was wonderful. At the end, we all discussed this was an unforgettable trip and we appreciate Kerri for providing a place that can create such sweet memories!

Beautiful views and peaceful

Beautiful place and very clean. Could walk on all the floors in bare feet and no spiderwebs on railings etc. All cabins were very well equipped with amenities. Check the pool on arrival since ours had frogs and frog eggs in it.

Family Christmas

Everyone enjoyed the stay. We used 3 cabins with the lodge used for Christmas meals, games and activities! All cabins were clean and well stocked! Would love to go back in the summer to take advantage of the pool!

Beautiful and Convenient

This property was just what my mother wanted for her 80th Birthday, a ranch house in the heart of the hill country. My parents loved waking up every morning to such a beautiful view. The home was clean and had plenty of necessities. The host lives right next door and available for assistance. I confirmed with the host prior to our stay that my relatives that lived nearby would be attending the birthday party and she approved. However during the party she accused me of breaking rules which made everyone uncomfortable and caused a damper on the mood of the party. Even my niece that lives nearby met with her ahead of time and felt she was well aware and approved. So that is the communication problem and the conflicting rules on her website and the VRBO post as well. Great location close to Kerrville and Fredericksburg. The children loved playing with farm animals but again conflicting information on supervising “small” children versus all children which changed on her website and VRBO post while we were there. The children, 10-12 years old, were accused of ruining the hay bails while standing on them yet the goats were standing on them and making a mess. My husband was told not to feed the animals anything but he failed to communicate that, so that is on us but adding that clearly stated on the post and website would be helpful. Overall wonderful memories for a lifetime in celebrating a significant milestone birthday for my mother.

Team bonding

We enjoyed our stay at the guest ranch. Their was plenty to do. We enjoyed cooking food together, making a fire and doing smores. Some for the first time. A lot of animals to visit and pet. Just an enjoyable time for all. Had different games that we played.

Golf & Family Weekend

This is a beautiful property. The central ranch house provides an excellent place for everyone to gather and enjoy the many amenities. The stargazing at night was amazing! We even caught a couple of fish in the pond. The property is centrally located to both Fredericksburg and Kerrville which provided nice shopping and visiting options in both directions. We loved being away from the crowds as this property truly allowed us to enjoy just being together.

Family reunion

The property is absolutely beautiful and very quiet. Loved all the animals. Our family enjoyed every minute of it. Kerri was such a pleasure to deal with. I would suggest this place to anyone that needs the space with a large group of people.

Hill Country Sanctuary

Our family had the best experience staying at this beautiful, peaceful property. The space was absolutely perfect for our family, but our favorite thing was hanging out on the back porch while the kids enjoyed the pool, soaking up the peace and quiet and taking in the gorgeous scenery. We loved loving on all the precious animals, especially the horses as they grazed in the open in the front yard of the guest house…so cool! Kerri and her family were so warm and welcoming and helpful, so that was an added bonus to the whole experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us…we LOVED it and will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Excellent Hill Country Getaway

This is the second time my group has stayed at this property. It is easy to get to and has great views of the hill county, a quiet setting, and lots of room to spread out. We were able to enjoy the pool this trip and the owners were wonderful to deal with and great to chat with. We will absolutely be coming back again and cant wait for the next trip!

My husband and I rented the guest lodge and both cabins for our entire family to get ready for our wedding. The place was absolutely perfect!! Kerri was amazing. We will be booking to come back with the family this summer!
