En la zona residencial de "Bois Fleuri", Biot, en una villa, nuevo apartamento de 5 habitaciones, independiente, en un nivel en la planta baja de la casa y sin vecinos. Se abre a una hermosa terraza, con vistas al jardín y acceso a la piscina. Piscina privada para inquilinos de apartamentos. Completamente reformado, soleado, tranquilo, orientado al sur. Vista muy clara Cerca del mar, a 10 minutos de Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, a 20 minutos de Cannes.
Parking privado (7 plazas). Acceso a wifi.
Gran terraza exterior cubierta de 70 m², jardín arbolado privado de 5000 m² al borde del Parque Natural Departamental de Brague (Paseos a lo largo del río).

El alojamiento muy luminoso de 180 m², totalmente climatizado, incluye 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, sala de billar, salón (televisión). Cocina independiente totalmente equipada como nueva con lavadora y lavavajillas. Las 3 habitaciones con vistas al jardín y la piscina son de un tamaño generoso, cada una con baño, aseo y vestidor. 1 habitación doble con cama King Size (160x200) y una habitación doble (140x190).
El tercer dormitorio está equipado con una cama King Size (160x200), escritorio, TV, vestidor y baño. Vista del jardín y la piscina también.
Toallas (9) y sábanas proporcionadas.

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns eine kurze Einführung der Zimmer gegeben. Wir fanden alle Zimmer sehr sauber vor und fühlten uns in in der Zeit sehr wohl. Der Pool war super schön und bescherte uns eine Abkühlung. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns hiermit nochmal herzlich bei den Gastgeber für den schönen Urlaub den wir hatten :-)

Perfect relaxation

We felt very comfortable here from day one. In addition to the pool, billiards, and air conditioning, we spent a lot of relaxing time on the terrace. There is also a beautiful jogging trail that runs directly through the nearby woods. We went on a very nice hike along the river to Biot. The landlords were very friendly and gave us some good tips (e.g., a boat trip to Saint-Tropez and a trip to Monaco to see fancy yachts and cars).

Wunderschönes Haus in ungestörter Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Ausstattung war erstklassig. Alles vorhanden. Die Lage des Objektes ist super. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreicht man. Antibes, Cannes, Nizza oder Grasse und vieles mehr. Die Hausherren sind überaus freundlich und stehen gerne mit Rat und Tat bereit. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und auch die beiden Söhne im Alter 15 und 18 haben sich nicht gelangweilt. Von Billiard über Tischtennis bis zum Bouleplatz ist alles da.

Exceptional Property

The property is well located for exploring the South of France, though be aware that a car is essential if staying here. The property is extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious. Our hosts Muriel & Eric met us on arrival and , whilst they live on the first floor (entirely distinct access), the only other time we saw them to speak to was on departure. That said when there was a slight problem with the WiFi that was fixed within a couple of hours of my messaging. Overall we had a marvellous week. Just a couple of things I feel worthy of mention: The track down from the garden to the stream is extremely steep in places & I would suggest is only attempted with care and in sturdy footwear. Whilst not a problem for us, if travelling with younger (say pre-teen) children you should be aware that one of the bedrooms is only accessible from the covered terrace with no direct access to the house itself. This is not clear from the property description & perhaps should be added.

What a location & what a place!

We had a great time in this property. It has great facilities to relax & enjoy a quiet break or is close enough to drive into Nice, Monaco, Cannes or Antibes. Communication with Muriel was good beforehand with useful information sent out for us to consider. Our flight was delayed & so we arrived very late but this was no trouble as Muriel & Eric were on hand to great us & show us around. It was great to know that we could ask for anything if we needed it but we were left to enjoy ourselves in privacy.

Great location for visiting friends and local sites

This is a wonderful, updated property with great amenities for all ages (pool, pool table, ping pong table, wonderful kitchen, bathrooms). My teenage daughter loved the beautiful lemon tree. Great location to visit our friends which lived 15 minutes away, 30 minutes drive to Nice airport, and great central location to go to several towns and cities within a 30 minute drive. I would highly recommend this property to families.

Amazing

Really nice house and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed the house, it’s pool, barbecue and washing machine. As well as pool table and table tennis! Good location, near both beach and restaurants such as Valbonne and Vence (by car). Thanks for a lovely stay Muriel and Eric!

Beautiful house with pool and views

We had a perfect stay. The house has everything you need and is very clean. We loved the pool, the garden, table tennis and surrounding woods. The area around Valbonne is stunning with such a beautiful sea to swim in. A big thank you to Muriel and Eric for their kind hospitality.

Nothing short of fantastic

Hosts - Muriel and Eric are fantastic! They are helpful but not intrusive. They live above the accommodation but they do not intrude on your stay and keep grounds perfect without you noticing. They speak some English but if you can learn a little French before your trip it’s a bonus. Property - you would think this place was brand new and never stayed in it’s so immaculate. The photos do not do it justice. The pool is a great size - our 3 teenagers loved it and the table tennis and pool table a great alternative! Location - we didn’t hire a car but got a taxi nice airport - there were 5 of us so that can be an issue re getting a larger car. The supermarket is a 15 min walk and a little up hill in one place though would only affect someone with mobility issues. Wine and beer very cheap! If you get a taxi make sure you check their price first! We got the bus to biot (10 mins) Antibes (35 mins) and Valbonne (10 mins) you will see the bus stops on way to supermarket ( the stop on the left will take you to biot and Antibes, the one on the right to valbonne) buses are great and inexpensive. We preferred valbonne to wander around it’s so pretty! If you walk out of the rear of the property to the left you can walk along the river to biot and en route a great place to play in the river! We had such a fantastic week and wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you Muriel and Eric! X

A Great Place To Relax

Our first time to Biot and this villa. A very warm welcome from Muriel & Eric as we arrived (electric gates were open and they were stood on the drive waiting to welcome us). They showed us around and how to use everything we needed. The pool was great. Eric cleans it early every morning. It has steps at the shallow end so easy to get in and nice to just sit on the steps. The kitchen is well-appointed and the pool table is an added bonus in a separate room. We took the opportunity to walk down to the river in the woodlands, which was a nice experience. Muriel was very responsive with messages, especially when we needed a new gas bottle for the barbeque. They were also very approachable for our young children. Thank you Muriel & Eric for a lovely stay. We will be back.

Des prestations de grande qualité et des propriétaires très gentils et accueillants. La présence des propriétaires au premier étage de la villa n'est absolument pas un problème vu leur extrême discrétion. Une location à retenir.

Extremely friendly host and great house

We really appreciated the friendly and welcoming hosts Muriel and Eric. The interior of the house was up to date with a very nice and modern kitchen and bathrooms. Only thing that was not good was the many ants in one of the rooms. The pool was fantastic and plenty of space for activities in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bonjour, Notre famille vient de passer 10 jours ici et nous sommes ravis. Nous avons passer une très bonne vacances. À l'arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires qui habitent en haut de la maison et qui nous ont présenté la maison. La propriété est dans une très bon état et très propre. La linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. La cuisine est bien équipée. La piscine est très belle. En plus, un petit cadeau nous a été offert à l'arrivée. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et très aimable. Des gens vraiment gentils et de bon caractère. En tout, je recommande fortement ce séjour. Nous pensons de revenir l'année prochaine. Un grand merci pour votre accueil.

Lovely property and welcoming owners.

We had a lovely time in this very nice property. The pool was great. We couldn't have picked a nicer property. The owners were on site and available should we have needed them. It was an added bonus to get sight of Eric feeding the wild boar.

Notre vacance en Biot.

Our family holidayed chez Muriel et Eric in late August and early September. It's a beautiful house in a super location. Very rural setting (wild hogs in the adjacent forest) with a river at the foot of the valley with a good path for walking but easy to get by car to the routes to explore the many attractions of the area for example Vence, Valbonne, Biot, Antibes, St Tropez (drive to Ste Maxime then catch the boat, hassle free!!), Nice, Monaco, Grasse. in fact, too many to mention. There is an excellent (and cheap) bus service from Valbonne to Biot and Antibes only 10 mins walk from the house. The young adult family members loved the pool, the pingpong, paddleboarding in the sea at Villefranche-sur-Mer and inland at Le Lac de St Cassien. If you visit Villefranche-sur-Mer, you must visit La Chappelle St-Pierre decoree par Jean Cocteau. Muriel and Eric are ideal hosts, unobtrusive but around to help if needed. We would definitely return for another family holiday. Merci Muriel et Eric pour votre aide et pour le partage de votre maison avec nouz. Merci beaucoup aussi pour votre bon recommandation d'un bistro en Beaune. C'etais tres tres bonne. Encore, merci a vous, Pete Lesley et famille.

Très belle maison chez très gentils propriétaires

Cet appartement se trouve dans une région idéale pour découvrir tous les déstinations connues à la Côte d'Azur. La maison est très bien et généreusement installée en plus c'était très propre et moderne. Nos espérances étaient primée. Eric et Muriel avons fait un très agréable accueil pour nous. Un aspect original étaient les visites de tous les sangliers les soirs. On y'en a profité très bien - merci pour cettes vacances. Nous pouvons que recommander cette maison. super vakantie

Geweldige en complete woning met prachtig uitzicht! Fijn zwembad, pingpongtafel en biljart. Eigenaren goed bereikbaar en altijd even vriendelijk. In de avond komen wilde zwijntjes op bezoek. In de nabijheid van het gezellige plaatsje Biot met heerlijke eetgelegenheden. Een anrader!

Très belle location

Location bien située pour découvrir la région, commerces proches. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil, très discrets. Maison bien équipée, propre, beaux jardin et piscine. En contre-bas de la propriété, jolie rivière avec chemin de ballades. Bref, tout y est pour passer de superbes vacances !

Well appointed comfortable stY

The property was exactly as described and gave us a great base for exploring the area. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to to see. A very relaxing and refreshing holiday. Wild boar coming up from the woods below the property we’re an unexpected bonus! 😊
